My tire pressure light turned on during a trip from Atlanta to Tennessee. After trying two other shops I went to Mission. Brian not only got my van on the road in less time than promised he didnt charge me for the service. Great business, would definitely recommend!!!

I have taken this place 4 trucks to install lifts, tire and wheels on. They are the most professional honest people I have worked with. Any person looking to do any lift upgrades consider these guys! Absolutely GREAT work!!

* RESOLUTION?!? I took my car back and had them put old tires back on. This garage did nothing to rectify their fraud.Classic bait & switch. Quotes an outstanding tire at an unbelievable price. You get a completely different tire, with lower warranty and quality, yet still paying the quoted price. Never mentions the switch - you see it on your receipt. My first and last time ever doing business here. BUYER BEWARE!!

We called and asked if they could put on a tire for our Kawasaki Mule. They told me they would wait on me to get there now this is some good customer service. Nick is who I spoke with when I called. My husband and I truly appreciate it. We will be back!

We go in and out of the landfill every day so we pick up a lot of nails in our tires and Mission Tire Store is the only place we use! We have had multiple tire repairs done here and bought a set of new tires as well these guys are very friendly and professional with very competitive pricing! I’ve had great experiences with this place. I had new tires put on a few months back. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Took my vehicle back today for an oil change and tire rotation. They were awesome! I was in and out in no time. Excellent value with quality parts. Synthetic oil, AC Delco filter! Super pleased. Mechanic was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Mission Tire! Stopped in to get my tires re balanced as I had picked up a vibration somewhere along the line. I asked how much for a balance. The woman behind the counter says: I cant tell you that without knowing the size. At this point, my eyebrow went up. I said: Why would that matter - its the same procedure regardless of the size. She proceeds to tell me that the price is different depending on the size of the tire. Apparently, they charge people different prices based on...tire size??Ive balanced tires myself a number of times. You just take the wheel off, put it on the machine which spins it tells you where to apply weights. We were clearly just talking about my stock Ford sedan so tire size wouldnt have been a factor here.Given that no tire shop Ive EVER dealt with has ever asked what size when just balancing a tire, my incompetence radar went off and I just turned around and left. I went to another tire shop which balanced the tires - and ya know what? They didnt care what size the tire was....they just balanced them without even asking.

Classic case of overpromise and underdeliver. Bait+and+switch tactics to get you in the door, unprofessional+rude sales staff, wont stand behind what they promised they would do. Obviously doesnt care about the customer/profit-motivated. Will never return.

I have to submit a new review because I had a problem with a service from Mission Tire, but after contacting the owner they worked with me to resolve it. Kenneth, the owner, was very considerate and apologetic and we were able to work things out. Most companies wont fool with you or try to make things right - but I am happy so see at least one place that cares about their service.

I had a windshield wiper blade come off in the middle of a downpour today. I reached out to Nicholas and he had me come on by right then. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The tech met me at the door to get my keys and then had me exit out the side door so I wouldn’t get wet getting back in my Jeep. I have had nothing but the best service on everything from installing new wheels and tires to basic oil changes, and all at reasonable rates.

Needed to get a tire patched and inflate the spare. They got to mine immediately and got me out quickly. Good people here.

These guys are fantastic! Did a great job for my horse trailer, got me 4 tires better than what I had on, paid less than I expected, and did it all quite fast. Overall, just a really good company, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Took my f350 in for an alignment nothing wrong with it when I took it in just got new wheels and tires over 400 dollars and three trips back to the shop and still not right Pulling to the right and steering wheel not straight will have to take it to someone else to fix it right.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service every time. Havent had to return to refix any repair that they have worked on. I have been to MANY mechanics in the north GA area and I would have to say that Mission has left me the most satisfied out of them all. Thanks guys!

PLEASE READ!!! The only reason this business is getting one star, is because it is required to have at least one. I have been a customer to Mission Tire along with many family members for well over 20 years. Needless to say close to about 20 people consisting of my family will no longer use their business EVER again! Long Story short, I bring my new car in for a simple tire repair. The mechanic patched the tire for me and charged me the normal $50 rate. I go home, park my car and the very next day my tire is flat, I call Mission Tire and they ask me to come in so they can evaluate my tire. I air the tire up the night before I bring it to the shop and the tire is still full of air the next morning. No sounds of a leak. I bring it to the shop and the mechanic takes a look. A few moments later the lady working the front brings me back to show me my tire. She explains there is another hole in my tire too close to the sidewall for repair and that I need a brand new tire ASAP. I asked if they could have possibly missed the hole from my first visit and the lady rudely commented that you can get a hole from anywhere. I ask them to put the tire back on and that I will take my business else where for another opinion. I leave to go to another tire store and cant even get a block from Mission Tire without my tire being COMPLETELY flat. I get out to check it and I hear a hissing noise of air rushing from this magical appearing hole. I take it a corporate tire store, where I am told that there is clearly a freshly puncture hole in my tire. They patched my tire without a problem without purposely putting extra holes in it! Its such a shame it took me two days to get such a simple problem fixed. I will not be back to Mission Tire and neither will any of my friends or family!

I was recommended this tire shop over a year ago by a roadside assistance technician who had changed my flat tire. I have been there multiple times now and they always do an incredible job and I can trust them to do it right.

Rip off just like your local friends to try to find the most expensive things wrong to fill their pockets and over charge . I went and rented the tools required from auto zone and did it myself for free only paid for parts and did just as good of a job if not better. Just goes to show cant trust a mechanic

Great tire store in cartersville ga

Was doing business with them for several years. Kind of pricey but I thought they did quality work. Took my Moms car and had 4 new tires put on. A week later (Thanksgiving day) were driving down the highway and got a flat from road debris. Got the spare out and it was flat. Not completely flat but flat enough that when the car was let down from the jack it was on the rim. They lost my business that day.
