Fast service, great deals, and friendly personnel! The tires came in when promised, and the installation appointment was quick and easy. I was in and out within a very short timeframe, as promised. They checked the wheels too during the installation, and when done, explained that the wheels were in good shape and that each tire balanced well and easily. It really impressed me that they cleaned and wiped down the tires to make them look nice on my truck. The last tire vendor I used didnt even knock the dirt off when installing new tires.

I will never go to another place for tires again! Excellent customer service and competitive prices. The whole process was quick and easy. They scheduled me an appointment and as soon as I pulled up the manager on duty Andrew came out to greet me in the parking lot. The whole process was quick and easy and it seems the folks at discount tire understand how important my time is to me.

Today I ended up with a blowout. I had to have my car towed. The gracious tow truck driver took my car to one place, which I was on hold with for over 15 minutes. Got there and was asked if “I called ahead.” I told them I tried and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, then he got rude. They didn’t have my tire size. I called Discount and was told they had one and my car was towed there. The manager got us in and out in an hour after originally being told nearly 2 hours. I told him my frustration with the other place and he told me he would do his best to move us along and he did. I am thankful and will be using them again.

Jason, Brian, Billy, Josh the whole crew was hustling to get customers great service, pricing, I had a nail in tire,/slow leak,, arrived, they were able to get me in earlier then appointment was for. In/out less than 45 minutes. and were great at explaining it all. Dont hesitate to give them your business, wont be disappointed.

We bought a tire and rim from this location and that tried to charger us an absurd amount of money to mount that tire on our vehicle. They did this because they didn’t want the hassle that late in the evening.We also have a warping issue with the brand new tire less then a month after we purchased it. Made appointment on line. In and out in less than an hour. I researched tires for f150 based off of videos and reviews I bought Continental terrain Trac H/T for there superior traction on wet roads. Living in the south I dont have to worry about snow. Its been 2 weeks and these tires are great. They dont break traction when driving in the rain like my other tires did so easily. Unless a better tire comes out for light trucks for the money I will buy Continental terrain tires again.

The only place in the area that had our size tire. They saved us. We left from Michigan on our way to Florida and hit an object on the highway. They had decent prices and staff was very friendly! They all deserve a pay increase ! Was quick in an out .

Had a nail in my tire and wasn’t sure how deep it went. Brian had me bring it in and looked at it. He removed the nail, noted no damage to the tire, and sent me on my way. Extremely grateful to met this kind man while traveling through Georgia!

I drove my car up to have the tires checked for proper inflation. After putting more air in my tires, the mechanic noticed a nail in one of my tires. He said they fix those for free. I would just need to setup an appointment. I did that today, and my tire is not fixed for free. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this location.

Drove off the lot last week with all the kids in the car and my tires almost flew off… had all 4 tires replaced. Guess they didn’t think tightening the lugnuts was important on a heavy suv. Called and spoke to the store manager Justin to tell him what happened and he had the “I don’t care oh well” tone. I cannot understand why anyone would buy tires from any other source. The prices and service are the best that I have seen. Justin is the manager and he is on top of everything. I also like to deal with Billy. He is as honest as the day is long. Discount Tire has an incredible system. I made this appointment at 12:30 to have my wheels balanced on a car that I just bought. At 12:30 they were pulling my car in and at 12:45 they had it out front waiting for me. When I started to pay for the balancing, they informed me that unless I had extra large tires that they never charge for this service. I was shocked. Called and asked if they were able to mount a 14 inch wheel on a tire. Clarified several times that it was a 14 inch wheel. The guy said yes, had us make an appointment. Showed up to have it done and they say they can’t mount 14 inch wheels. Manager said that “thats not a typical wheel size”. Wouldn’t suggest this location- employees are NOT knowledgeable and will give you false, incorrect information.

Called Discount Tire after repairing a flat tire on my trailer while on a road trip. Sales rep found the tires I needed in stock at one of their locations. Gave me directions. When I arrived they installed the tires and I was on my way within an hour. GREAT SERVICE

I ordered a brand new set of wheels and tires online to have shipped to the Cartersville location. Unfortunately, the manufacturer for the wheels I originally ordered had some issues getting the wheels shipped from their warehouse. Luckily, Billy at the Cartersville Discount Tire understood my frustration with the delay and helped resolve the issue by sourcing similar wheels that were readily available nearby.Billy was completely professional throughout the whole process and his customer service is top notch. The team did a great job with the installation and the wheels and tires look great!

I have taken 4 of my cars to Discount Tire. I was always happy with their kind and friendly customer service, until the last visit I recently had.I had my wheels refinished before getting 4 new tires. I did not think I had to worry about my wheels getting messed up assuming Discount Tire employees were professionals. I arrived and scratches were on my wheels. Then I got to meet the rudest Discount Tire employee who was questioning me, basically calling me a liar. As he said, “You’re telling me, you paid someone for your wheels to look like this” “I have experience in wheel refinishing and these do not look refinished” “we use plastic and that looks like metal to metal” He then asked for a receipt for proof of the refinishing, which I had. He then got them “professionally fixed.” They fixed the scratches I had seen but still has scratches around the rim. (This is my project car so I pay attention to details. It was driven from discount tire to my house and was not driven at all from when they got refinished.)Thank you for fixing some of the scratches, but I will not be coming back to this Discount Tire. Their Manager is great and very kind, sadly he wasn’t there that day. I feel like he would have handled the situation a lot better.Carlos Stephenson

Another bad experience just different location. They stated they had the tire i was wanting. Come in and they dont realize until my truck is lifted that they have ZERO. The only reason we came here was because they said they had what we wanted. They are too worried about getting the sale vs verifying they have a specialty tire.

Its hard to beat their tire prices anywhere else, but if you do they will price match a competitors ad. Ive bought six sets of tires from them, four at the Acworth location years ago and so far theyve been good tires. I applied for a Discount Tire credit card to get extra savings on tires plus six months same as cash. The card can be used at certain gas stations for in store purchases and to fuel up. They give you a mail in rebate form on every set of tires you buy. Make an appointment and your car will be taken back straight away. The waiting area is clean and so are the restrooms. Theres plenty of parking available including Handicap. The technicians are knowledgeable and offer fast friendly service.

I sent my fiance to buy 2 used tires for the rear of my car and planned on buying 2 more for the front next week. We only have one income so money is tight with having children and everything. Our concern was the safety of our children while being able to afford to feed our kids for the week. The rear tires came off the front because they had wire showing and the front ones that were on the rear are actually ok. So once she got there, an employee told her that we needed tires for the front as well which of course she already knew that and explained to the guy that we can only afford the 2 for the rear at the time. This employee insisted on selling her 3 used tires and one new tire for $350. My fiance once again tried to explain that we couldnt afford all 4 this week but would be back for the other 2 next week. After trying to get this guy to understand our finances several times, she just left and went to Hernandez Tires and we got exactly what we wanted/needed for $20 cheaper than this place wanted for 2 used tires.

I made an online appointment at 11pm for a 10:30am appointment the next day after getting a flat tire and needing to replace my tires. The customer service here is AMAZING! They made a sign for me to welcome me. When I got there, guys were instantly coming to greet me and started working on my car. They got me out of there in 30 minutes. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY SERVICE I have EVER had at a tire or car service place. I would honestly recommend more than 5 stars for this place. Incredible.

Nathan provided thorough information while I was choosing tires and helped schedule the appointment, I came in a few days later for my appointment and Cory met me outside to evaluate my car. The staff is very friendly and did a great job fitting my tires. I will be coming back again when I need tires! Best prices in town, and arguably the best service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that doesnt try to push you for an upsell or an undesired special warranty and are happy to answer any questions. Their technicians are skilled and fast. They installed 4 new tires for me in about 40 minutes after about an hour wait (I came at a busy time of the day). But the wait room has free coffee and charging stations for phones and a nice big viewing window so you can observe the work being done. When the work was done, they even drove my truck to the front door so I wouldnt have to walk through the rain. Its a great shop and I will recommend it to my friends.

They have always been really nice and helpful. They seem like good people from what I can tell. They do try to upsale you on their warranty and other stuff, but that seems to be the norm for tire stores. Im guessing thats because of the small margins on the tires. Best tire service Ive ever experienced! Free to plug, free tire filling, free tire rotation. They were fast and on the coldest day weve had yet AND I came 10 minutes before they closed. I will be going back to Discount Tire and specifically to this location because of Steven and his guys. So nice and made sure I knew exactly what was going on.

Lousy policy of quoting a price on the phone to get you scheduled for tires and then boosting the price about 20+% when you show up for the appointment. They neglect to tell you that the price doesnt include the actual installation of the tires, the disposal fee, the EPA tax, the the cost of the air that it takes to inflate your tires. Go to Sams club and youll be much happier.

This was the first time I have ever met a rude Discount Tire employee, I had a appointment and because of a accident on the interstate was 5 minutes late. I stood in line for 5 minutes and when I got up to the front the man said well you are 10 minutes late you have to wait till the end of the day to get in. I asked him if I could get in sooner as the next appointment cars had gotten there at my time and he said no very rudely and then said why don’t you drive in another day! I live 30 minutes away.What makes me more upset is I was in this same discount tire last week and had my car in on time and a guy came in who was 30 minutes late for his appointment and they pulled his car in despite it being time for mine and when I asked they said well we understand that sometime people run late.Not very professional and hopefully the employee will be talked with.

Out of town with a flat tire. I called Discount Tire expecting a huge fee to repair a flat. To my surprise everything was FREE!! They not only repaired my tire but the also rotated and balanced all 4 tires! If and when I need tires I will be considering Discount Tire for new tires.

Tanner and terry are in the right business. i had an issue with the tire that i bought . i was charged for a new tire, yet it was never put on. i went in today and terry, without hesitation, jumped to fix the issue. he went above and beyond to help make me happy. him and tanner are the sweetest guys there. they didnt question anything. they werent rude. they realized that a mistake had been made and went out of their way to make sure it was fixed. tanner even sat and let my daughters sing for him. he made sure that the 2 hours we spent there were pleasant. i cant thank these 2 men enough. we will only do business here for our tire needs!!

I went to check the tire pressure. I had a screw in one of my tires. Discount Tire couldve sold me a new tire. Instead they removed the screw and tested to see if there was a leak. I got it there on time..no hole! Its so refreshing to use a company who is honest! Thank you Discount Tire!!!
