I have been dealing with Major Motors for 4+ years. I’ve never been harassed about a payment even when I was late they work with you and after my car got totaled they made sure I was able to get another vehicle with a lower car note within a week plates and all

I have just paid my second car off through major motors. Jennifer has a very smart mouth. Robert isn’t very outgoing. But my biggest complaint is this place is a SCAM! I needed a transmission fixed after breaking down. They “fixed” the transmission and charged me 1100 to fix it. They claimed they would put it on a “side note” and I could pay on the side note. Not even 3 months later magically my transmission fails again. This time I waited a whole week because they sent the transmission they had just gotten for it to be “rebuilt” in Marietta. In the past they offered loaner cars while they fixed your car but that wasn’t possible this time due to the new owners. Fast forward to today I just had them “look” at my abs system, traction control, and blend doors. The blend doors have not made any noises yet. But this car runs no different from the time I dropped it off to now. I just paid them another 600 for this car to be in the same shape it was in before. DONT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE AND DONT TAKE IT TO GET FIXED BY THEM. Their price is gonna be just as high as anywhere else. The owner had me sign a piece of paper stating that I’d file my taxes through them so they could get their money back off the top. I had NO problem with that. But then they’re tax lady typed up that she was getting paid 2800 to prepare my taxes. Just SOOOOO many QUESTIONABLE actions.

Bought a truck for my company from major motors and the truck runs fantastic I’ve had no issues from it and the customer service from salesman Robert was absolutely fantastic, I will be taking my future business back to them as my company grows.

Friendly staff willing to work with bad credit and low cash

Never had a problem with them not really understanding all the negative reviews. Moved here and bought a 08 impala and she’s been running like a champ with no problems. Multiple trips from GA to VA and not a hiccup. Will be purchasing another.

I will revise my review of the former owners. In the past 10 years I have purchased 2 trucks, paid both off a year ahead of schedule. This 3rd time about 10 months in to the purchase they sold my account to Sterling Credit but told me to continue to make my payments to Major Motors, and I did. Within 5 months I was getting calls from Sterling telling me my payment was late and I would have to call Major Motors to get them to forward the payment I had already made. I had to do this on 3 occasions. Then it all seemed fine until one day I came home to find a letter on my door from a 3rd party repo place saying that if I didnt get my payments caught up they would take my truck. I called Sterling and they told me I was over 3 months behind on my payments. I emailed them my card statements that PROVED that I had never missed a payment, never been late on a payment and had ALWAYS paid more than my scheduled payment. They agreed that I was not at ANY fault, and they reversed all late payment fees but they were sorry to inform me that they had been reporting me to the credit bureau as delinquent. The damage was done and bad reports cannot be UN DONE and my credit score took a hard hit. Major Motors was in financial distress and were not forwarding MY payments so my credit score dropped over 100 points for it. Major Motors crashed my credit score. They were liars and thieves

***SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ***THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS A SERIOUS LACK OF MORAL. My payment was due Saturday, today is Thursday, my payment is due in TWO DAYS, and they just towed my freaking car! Heres the thing.....ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY DID THIS! And then had the gall to charge us a mandatory tow fee Its 11:05 pm, and I have no way to contact MM till tomorrow. So I will be missing work tomorrow because they are crooks, liars, and scammers! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! The cars are POS, pretty on the outside and run decent for a few days, until whatever is rigged up comes undone. Smh. I can not even rate this low enough. They dont deserve even one star 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Wish I had NEVER bought from these people. Now I owe 2 years worth of payments on a car that blew up 3 weeks and 3 days after I bought it
