Hot inside! Quite a few machines were broken. Half of the dryers, seriously, had clothes in them finished drying and no one around to remove them. Maybe over half. Parking sucks

I do my laundry on the weekend & the gal that wotks there is a blonde lady,nice enough to talk to but never does her job. Every weekend the floor is dirty & has trash scattered around, people forget items & she leaves it wherever.. She goes outside &if a customer comes in & needs assistance she is no where to be found. She has let little kids play the slot machines but the machines are locked. She also lays across 3 chairs & goes to sleep. This is an ongoing thing. I have noticed the decline in customers since she has been working there.She also goes outside & talks with customets or her boyfriend. I have pictures to prove what little messes the customers leave & she doesnt swerp or mop until around 8:30 at night.I have spoken to the manager & showed the manager pictures to prove my point, & zero actions have taken place. The laundrymat looks like a dump while she & customers walk through all the trash on the floor & she never empties the trash cans.i know for a fact if I was working there & letting kids around slot machines, talking to customers, not sweeping, sleeping on the job, I would have been fired on the spot! What makes her so special??

They are great been going here for years. Love that they keep updating the dryers.

Most of the employees are rude. The taller gentleman who works some nights will follow you around and watch what you put in the washers and then when you make eye contact dusts the machines behind you with his hand. I came in and started a load. He was mopping in the opposite corner of the laundromat and when I loaded my stuff he came up behind me and mumbled under his breath some choice words about it. Hes very rude. Theres also another attendant that will make a bed out of the chairs they have and sleep on her shift. Super unprofessional. I come here because its clean but will find somewhere else if employees dont start treating customers like they should.

Is there is a black hair lady following us around the washing machine and picking on every consumer she has and this is. Not a very good place ☹

They had a really big washer I needed.

It has been here forever. However it only gets three stars because they have sign on the door saying that masks are required. I counted two people that walked in with Face Masks and took them off after they came in they had a smirk on their face when doing it as if they were entitled to. Another entered without one at all and after loading all her laundry finally put one on. The employee walks by wearing one and is helpful but isnt enforcing it like the other employees do.

Clean and all the machines were working. Not Busy at 1130am Friday

The washing machine took all of my money but didnt credit it so I switched machines. Then the dryer didnt get hot, I had to pay for everything twice. Lost at least $6 here and didnt get a refund. The owner was rude. Definitely dont reccomend

At least 6 dryers not working. Customers lined up waiting for a dryer. Attendant was doing the best she could. I packed up my wet laundry and went somewhere else to dry. I wont be back. I used to go to Laundry Lounge. Looks like Im going back

Day time lady is always so pleasant and sweet. However the night time younger employee is extremely rude.

Washers were junk the last time I went here..about a month ago or so. Had to rewash and laundry still was not clean despite me splitting the loads up into even smaller loads than I began with. On this same visit, another woman put her clothes through and when they were done, they werent even wet and had only been spun around with her soap for half an hour. Attendants used to be nice but now theyre grouchy. Must be the owner they have to put up with, so I wont blame them for their frowns while they are working here.

It was very clean, cheap, and the dryers worked AMAZINGLY

This is a great place to do laundry attendants are very sweet and helpful but the owner (who is male) is a a$$ hole Ive been coming here for a year met him twice and each time no consideration, no manners..... He needs to work on that! Not everyone is out to screw you over on a free wash ok

I was recently visiting from out of state and I need it to wash my clothes we were down the road visiting the state Museum and decided hey this is a good opportunity to wash my clothes so we dropped in use the washer and dryer it was great kept me clean and presentable for Las Vegas
