24hrs my A$$ the lady sees me the whole time I pulled in took my time thinking I got all the time in the world, as it took me another minute to get my wet clothes cause my drier is smelling funny so now this is the fourth laundromat. Oh but yea she waits till im struggling with the door to tell me shes closed ĺ, she seen me looking in there we made eye contact a couple times before I even started with my objective of getting these clothes clean . I will complete this mission cause I wont be the smelly guy, I wont.... tbc

Convenient and clean with a attendant. Machines work well. A little dated other wise good.

Dont think the clothes get clean enough... Something just seems off with the water or machines. Dryers work good enough.Let me retract...Dryers are horrible. Half are out of order. Or quit during the cycle.Water is turning my whites very dingy!!

Clean, friendly staff. Money Slots sometimes takes your quarters but the staff will refund your lossed coins. Dryers are Tricky, finding a hoy Dryer is a toss up.

Very bad customer service. One of the ladies there is absolutely rude and the other one was not doing anything about it and it was reay dirty and one of the washers was broken and they didnt tell me when I used it and when I put my coins in and it didnt work I asked for a refund and they refused! I would really like my refund and i would not be coming back ever again

Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience until today. The coin slot had jammed on one of the washers, was told in a condescending tone by a female with dark hair that I wasnt inserting the coins properly and that the door wasnt closed right! ( I know how to do laundry). The female was very rude, treating me like a child and insisted on showing me the proper technique to insert quarters! The other female employee was courteous and professional.

Just finished doing my laundry here and although i cant say the place was the cleanest it wasnt as bad as some say. the reason im only rating it a 3 out of 5 is because i had to use 2 washers and by the time they finished i found some of the powdered detergent still on top of all my laundry almost as if none of it even got washed.another reason im rating it lower is because i was suggested to do 30 minutes for the drying cycle by the help and when that finished it was all completely damp, which isnt the worst thing ill just take it home and lay it all out to dry.

Went to wash my king size comforter at wash tubs laundry. I use the 50 lb size because too big for home washer. My comforter was town in several aces . One year the size of a small saucer. Perfectly round. On my return home noticed. Phoned immediately and was told employee would check washer and dryer. Called 2X, no reply. Was told she had informed Superiors. When I called later in day, person on phone had no idea what I was referring to and told me they would check in to situation. I left all my info with previous employee I have never heard a word back. I had to purchase a new comforter because my comforter was destroyed by their machines that day. Very angry and out alot of $$$

This is a pretty good place to do laundry Im not very fond of the washers here but the dryers dry your clothes faster at 60 or 70 minutes

Nice, clean, and safe. Watch your dryers though because often dont dry and if you arent paying attention you end up staying over an hour drying your clothes twice.

Place is in much better condition than last time I was there ( about a year ago). Its clean and my washers were all working and looked good. The dryers worked better, too!

The dryers dont dry very well but its a very clean business.

Each of my last 3 visits, I have discovered faulty machines, 2 dryers, 1 washer. Whatever, these things get lots of use and they break down. Well when thats the case, you could at least expect them to cover the coin slot or put a sign that says out of order. All 3 times the lady tells me that she knew that one didnt work. Im off to find a new laundromat.

Getting better

Washers work great and convenient location. The last time I was here the employee was cleaning the lint traps in the afternoon hour and my dry time was cut in half, which was a nice change.

This was the nicest laundromat I have been to. The machines were nice and there were lots of games. The attendant was very friendly!

Friday, August 10 at 9:15pm...I has clothes in the washer here and I got back 40 min before they close cause it only takes 20 min to dry. I do this EVERY WEEK and this lady I think shes Indian, I didnt get her name but there also was another person in there with 20+ min on her dryer and she REFUSED to let me dry my clothes saying that she is closing soon and I said the sign says 10:00 and that I come here once a week and she said that she wants to close early and still refused me even tho I said I will use 2 dryers and only be 10 minutes, instead of 20 minutes out of the 40 min they were still open for. She was EXTREMELY rude about it. Me and my family will no longer go here anymore. Cant stand lazy people who take advantage of having a job. Everyone else there is really nice and never cares as long as Im done before they close. But this woman I guess had other plans. Just a poor way to run a business. Oh and also when I first got there the washer I used ate a couple quarters and when I went to let her know she told me that one isnt working but got all upset cause she had to walk back to the counter to get the change. And Im just like why dont you put a sign up. Idk. But this is the first time I have seen her and she is just extremely rude. Dont get me wrong.. I love this place its clean the staff except her is wonderful, never had any problems until tonight. So I take it back we will continue to go but not on her shift ;)

When I used this facility, quite a few washers and dryers were out of service. One of my machines took my money but didnt work. Happily, i was sent a refund immediately by the owner. Maybe it has been upgraded by now.

Arce has the best cleaned and friendly laundromat in this area! Bathroom is cleaned and she keeps busy checking the equipment to make sure other patrons find the place as clean and ready to use.

Some hillbillies just came in with a truckload of dry laundry and is using every dryer in the place it looks like a bedbug situation and some of the dryers don’t always work well or work at all so it doesn’t kill bedbugs!!!!!! I pointed the situation out to the laundry attendant and she didn’t seem to care. So if you do your laundry here and you end up with bedbugs you know why ! I will be taking my laundry to dry somewhere else !

Their washers work great, but their dyers not so much. They need new ones....

I came here after going to another laundromat off of 5 th street where my clothes didnt get clean. The washers where clean, dryers where the same size but didnt have that burnt smell coming out of them and I only had to wash my cloths once I love this place!!!!!
