Im only giving these guys 1 star because it wont let me give them 0. I bought a rebuild kit for a Chrysler 360. When I opened it up I noticed the main bearings were open and some of them had large gouges in them. I requested a replacement set, which they sent. When I got those it was the same story, they were open inside the shipping box and about half of the replacements were damaged and couldnt be used. One of the pistons were also damaged, and the gasket set came with the wrong intake manifold gaskets. At this point I decided I wanted a refund. I was told if I paid for return shipping (about 50 bucks) they would refund the price of the parts less a 20% restocking fee. I sent it all back only to be told the bearings and pistons were damaged and so my refund is rejected. This whole return process took about 4 weeks after they received the parts back by the way, ultimately I didnt get any money back. They did say if I paid for shipping and sent them a label I could have all their damaged parts sent back to me. What a joke. Their customer service is terrible, and the quality of their parts is almost as bad. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Youll save yourself a lot of regret if you just spend a little extra money and go to a more reputable supplier. This bad decision cost me around $350.00 that Ill never see again.

Purchased engine kit of theirs for a 4.3.. I called for tech support looking for correct metal of distributor drive gear to pair with their camshaft and they would not help me out. They flat refused to give me any information without a direct account with them. Needless to say I returned the kit and will be going with Melling like I should have to begin with. Also their gaskets are the worst material I have ever seen in a gasket kit. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra cash on a reputable engine parts source.

I emailed customer service and after a short back and forth had my answer within two hours of initial contact. I only had to file one ring, all the rest were within spec. Would purchase again.

Ordered an engine rering kit,order arrived,no main bearings in kit when descrition cleary stated they were include,4 calls and messages and no response,order came from Florida and no response from them either guess i got taken.

Got a head from rock labeled enginetech. So far so good. Some slight damaged that wasnt disclosed about the head but nothing I didnt think about. The bolt package came in a bag in a box. Rattling around. Wasnt expecting that. All in all seem legit, good quality work.

Had a lifter fail it fell apart causing engine damage they refuse to stand by their parts because it was sold by rock auto. Rock auto wont help me because it has been over a year even tho I put little miles on the new parts. Do not order anything from these people their parts are trash.

I am very pleased with my first experience with Enginetech. I am a professional repair shop and through the last year, periodically I have to buy parts from Enginetech because they either are the only ones with a decent aftermarket part for a great price or I need an inexpensive replacement part for a customers vehicle. So far I have not had a defective or faulty part. The customer service is ok though. I feel at times they are rushing to get you off the phone but I can understand why. They are a large company and deal with a ton of people day in and day out. So I think generally speaking I have to have some understanding in it. So my only complaint is feeling rushed to get me off the phone. Other then that I’m pleased. I really enjoy the inexpensive parts but great matching quality too. Say I want a forged piston. Do I spend $800-$1000 for Wiseco or do I spend $500 for a similar quality one? If I’m not racing and need a good street beater the Enginetech parts are a great way to go. Recently we got a set of MDS lifters for an SRT8 Hemi Charger that no one had. Installed them and they are problem free. OEM Mopar costs nearly $800 and they are on back order for over 6+ months. These were about $300 my cost so I had some decent markup and was able to get him back on the road where no one else could. So it made my company look great! So I recommend Enginetech and I will continue to do business with them.

Ordered a 5.3 rebuild kit thrust bearing does not have tab to keep bearing from spinning in the block and cam bearings were so soft that the cam bearing knocker would brad the ends never would I order from them again bearings are made in Israel go figure.

I recently started my own auto repair company doing all types of repairs, not only engines. I had a customer get their Dodge Ram towed in with a spun roller lifter causing damage to the camshaft. The truck had 180k and I convinced the customer to do a complete rebuild because of the mileage. had block and heads checked and re-worked. I purchased all available parts from engine tech and what wasnt available I purchased from a local Dodge dealer. Six months after returning the car to the customer it gets towed back in with a broken timing chain. I called engine tech and they said they have seen this before. They said they would pay for repair at $55/hr. They did send me most of the parts to do the repair other than the head bolts. I had to have the cylinder heads sent out again to be repaired for an out of pocket cost of $585. After the truck was completed I submitted the paperwork for the repair claim. I was credited back only $585 out of a $1,625 dollar claim for engine damage and 18 hrs of labor x $55/hr. The retail amount I would have charged for this repair would be $2,700 dollars. This was a part failure and had nothing to do with the workmanship. They told me on the phone that it was all they could do for me and they thought it was more than fair, haha really!!! most likely because I do not buy enough product from them. I have called several times with no response from them. They would rather F#?@ me and loose me as a customer. Now I will have to use social media in hopes they loose some business. What a shame. Typical that they do not want to take responsibility and step up.

THE worst customer service E.V.E.R. They dont seem to get it. My business makes their paychecks and feeds their family. HAPPILY taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you RUN, not walk, away from this company IF youre looking to do business with any sort of supply rep. What a joke! They have girls (not grown folk) answering their phone lines, with THE snottiest attitude and piss poor manners I have ever witnessed in the 21 yrs of business and customer service. Id suggest someone in upper management take a look at the supposedly recorded calls and make an example out of the 2 smart mouth millennials driving business owners and their business away. Not one single person I have dealt with has been professional or curtious, except for the one guy trying to get our business in the first place and took our application. I am part of a large machine shop, we get discounted pricing on their products and every order is somehow screwed up. missing parts, incorrect parts, they forget to ship components. dont waste your time just pay for quality parts and service order somewhere else.

I recently called and was treated very bad, the full kit they sold me is missing parts who do you call, not enginetech because they dont care and cant help you. i would rather spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else even if it costs more. hope this helps someone, FYI same part as FM and others they just put their name on it.
