Was hung up on! I understand that the bikes being stuck at port is an issue but when I am able to google my way to find more information on the shipment and container information than you give me, we have an issue. They tell me that they have been at the port for over a month but I find out that the average time at port is 6 to 8 days. I call for information on Friday and was told that floors in the office were being cleaned so I would have to call back Tuesday. I call on Tuesday and am now told that policies have changed and they can only talk to dealers with information. These cheap bikes are not worth having to deal with these horrible people. Already have waited almost a month for a bike that was supposed to be here 7-10 days but being told that it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month and that changes with every call. Going to give this information to the BBB now as well to hopefully help someone else from having to deal with this.

Purchased 2 atvs from them and have been trying to get parts for an atv from this company for 2 years now have had no luck through them on the atv I bought and they will not be any more helpful about this issue will definitely not be purchasing from them on something like this again

These people are the best! All i have to do is let them know what ive got going on and they fix it! The motorcycles and atv i purchased are the highest quality imports you can find. Save yourself some money, get great service and a awesome product all in one. i will definitely be purchasing more of their equipment.

Don’t stand behind there China bikes

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!They do not stand behind their warranty. They charged me to ship a defective motor back then held the new motor until I agreed to pay another $75 to ship it back to me. The motor I received was for or a 2015 and my bike was a 2018! They would not return my mechanics calls. They lie, so if you call them, make them put it in writing in an email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, THEY MAKE THE CABLE COMPANY LOOK GOOD!!*** Update: I sent the photos of the clearly marked 2015 engine the dealer sent me as requested, NO Response!

Purchased through Motobuys, shipped from RPS...bike is awesome and came in perfect shape, highly recommended if you are looking for a cheaper option to buzz around on...Going on week 3 with no MSO although I am sure this is not an RPS issue more the dealer. They import some pretty great stuff, Im excited to get it out on the road!

Horrible experience, and I try on the part of the owner of this place, when I bought with them they told me that I had a guarantee and even a month after buying it I call to say that the tires are bad and they answer me yelling and telling me that the tires are not in the guarantee and apart from that I only had 3 days to report any failure, now I have a cart of 1850 dollars in the garage with all your tires and crooked tires 😡😡😡😡
