My grill rusted in weeks, arrived destroyed and caught on fire and the customer service staff is both sexist and condescending. needless say if you wanna waste 700$ these are the people to steal ur money. their warranty doesnt cover anything. and the staff is just hideously rude

Do not buy one of these gas grills from Sams theyre awful theres something wrong with this grill that will not get over 300゚ takes forever to cook on

I bought a gas grill of theirs. In the box for assembly they placed 2 of the same panels both left side partsSo my grill doesn’t have a right side panel. I contacted Mr Morgan over there about the issue he said to show proof of purchase. So I sent him the recite. He replied that I can purchase the panel .Why would I have to purchase side panel when they didn’t put the right part in box. So I’m supposed to pay for their mistake.

We purchased a Trail Embers pellet grill from Tractor Supply and it did not work after curing the grill for an hour. Now, weve gone back and forth with customer service trying to get the piece that didnt work. Its been over a month now and we still have not been able to use the grill. We have even had 2 different customer service representatives, Jack M. & Hunter W., who do not seem to care that weve never been able to use our grill. You would think theyd be more helpful and accommodating, like overnightting the piece. So, I cant really comment on the grill because it hasnt ever worked! I can tell you I would NOT buy anything from this company because of horrible customer service! Now, after waiting so long were not even sure if Tractor Supply will take the grill back.

Firstly, I love the grill. I had a minor issue with the knobs as I purchased a display model at Tractor Supply. I sent an Email to customer service and they quickly remedied the problem.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from this company for over a month to no avail. Wrong part was ordered, my fault, but trying now to return and reorder the correct part has become impossibl . I have left 4 voice messages and 3 emails - no response. Cannot operate my smoker without the part that is also showing as out of stock for over a month.
