So Far so good! I pulled in and got very quick service and answers to my questions. The service man was great. Now we have to go back to have the repair done when the parts are in. We will follow-up with the details once its completed.

Ok, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car had check engine light come on which I realize could be a thousand different possibilities. It took the service department 3 days to get to my car and a total of 7 days to put a fuel pump in which is what they said it was. They charged me a thousand dollars for labor and the part (which is about $280 for my car) and then the next morning I get in the car after not having it for 7 days the check engine light comes back on. So then I take it back to them after almost stalling twice in the car on the way to work and it takes them another 3 days to get to it. So at that point I just said forget it because this was 9 to 10 days without my car. Some people need their car. I need mine. So of course they couldnt refund my $1,000 which was a misdiagnoses but it took them 10 days and they still had not figured out what was wrong with my car when I drove it off the lot 10 days later. The communication was terrible. I had to ask for updates during the 10 days and half the time I couldnt get ANYONE on the phone. After I had my car here for 10 days I ended up taking it somewhere else and someone told me that this dealership doesnt know what they are doing. And honestly seems to be that their mechanics arent experience enough to figure things out. And I would definitly say this is one of those places that if your car isnt under warranty it gets pushed to the side. Sure they can do tire rotations and oil changes but if its anything other than the basics you can FORGET IT!!!

Had appointment at 8:30 this morning Friday 9-24-21..got there at 8:15 am ..3 hours later Im still waiting ....A man came in 2half hours after I did and said no Im not doing this went said something to them and in 15 minutes they came and gave him his keys..Im still sitting there ..So I go and the service man said oh yes heres your keys ..Then I had to search for my car ..You know I know they are short staff but keep customers updated please...

I bought my car there. I had to go back for some recall work. I had just passed my mileage for warranty work. A few months ago a door lock control fell down inside of my door panel. The glue holding it let go and needed to be fixed it had come unglued way before my warranty expired it was just 2000 past it. The service man i was talking to said that since my car had passed warranty mileage i would have to pay to have it fixed i explained to him that it happening about 6 months ago and that when it happened it wasnt passed the mileage. He said that it was passed it now so I figured he didnt believe me or they didnt care even though it was just 2000 miles passed the mileage warranty. I told him that i didnt want them to fix it that i would take it to my favorite dealership to get it fixed because there they would believe me. After waiting for a while he came back and told me that since my car was just a couple hundred miles passed the warranty that they would fix it. I just think that they should have offered to fix it to start with one because i had purchased the car there and tow it wasnt like it was a major deal. Two the glue had just let go and it shouldnt have! I took my car there for service and they couldnt fix it because they couldnt find the problem. Thats when i started taking it to a different dealership. The other dealers found the problem the first time. So today I had to come here for recall work because my other dealership wasnt able to do the work because they didnt have a certified welder.Here i am at Mike Bell Chevy the place i bought my car from. I really dont like them the salesperson promised me things to get me to buy my car. After I paid for my car the dealership wouldnt do what there salesman promised me. So this and coming back for other service work here that they couldnt fix because they couldnt find the problem?Today I came here to have some recall work done. As usual not a very friendly Dealership to visit unless you want to purchase a new car.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. You have to put nitrogen in my VW Jetta and they were the only place in the area that uses nitrogen. Even though it was a VW they did not hesitate to fix my tire. They found it had a nail in it. They had it fixed in no time. The crew member came and told me about what he had to do. The dealership is to be commended for their commitment to the public.

I havent had a new vehicle for a long time and after purchasing my Chevy Impala I decided to take it up there to get help on how to use all the extra features on my car. Michael Beam was more than happy helping me with that. I highly recommend him if you need help understanding the technology on your vehicle. He is very patient walking you through how to use everything. Technologically and mechanically speaking, he is the guy we want to ask for. I love this dealership and would purchase another car in the future from them.

Mitch is an awesome sales guy! Called day before yesterday and asked if I should come in to apply for credit rebuilding with my down payment. He encouraged me to stay home and do the credit app online due to COVID 19. He told me it’d be just like at the dealership. They worked hard and got me approved by the next morning for my dream vehicle and with terms I needed. They worked with me to ensure I was happy with car price and insurance price before finalizing. They delivered it to me good as new (it’s new to me) less than 3 hours later. Loved my experience! I will refer family and friends and anyone else! I plan on buying here the rest of my life! It really hits well they have a lifetime warranty too!

Ive never had any issues with this place. I got my first brand new car here and Ive come here ever since for my oil changes, wiper replacements! But they have more services than just that! And best of all, such great customer service! I recommend them to all my friends and family!

If it wasnt for mark in service to help accommodate my needs i swear I thought I was going to have to call the police on myself there. The manager in service had poor customer service and honestly I felt discriminated against. Thanks again Mark you saved the situation honestly.

I was travelling through Carrollton on my way to Tallahassee and I blew a transmission in my 2016 Tahoe. I coasted into a McDonalds parking lot and called the nearest Chevy dealer which happened to be Mike Bell Chevy. I talked with Mark Pullen in Service, told him where my Tahoe was and he arranged the tow, included the tow bill with my extended warranty service and took care of all communications/approvals with the warranty company. I rented a car that day and continue my trip to Tallahassee and even made the meeting on time. Updates and communications on status were great. This has to be the best service experience I have had in my 40 years of driving
