Excellent Service from Service Advisor Brian Cochran and Technician Corey Michalski. Turnaround time was 24 hours for (4) new shocks/struts, springs, upper and lower control arm bushings, 4-wheel alignment, high pressure fuel pump and oil change. Impressive!!! Shop is very clean and they have an updated waiting area.

Over all great people, experience, professionalism. I setup an appointment for a wheel alinement since I had just purchased new tires. I was greeted with a smile. I cant say enough good things about Blair Automotive when it comes to servicing European cars. Brian Cochran and technician Corey did an excellent job resolving my air suspension issues on my BMW 7 Series. The waiting room and front of the house is pristine and comfortable. The staff is professional and courteous. The shop space is exceptionally-clean & climate controlled, and contains the latest professional repair equipment to service even the latest European vehicles on the road. The service was fast, professional, and the price was fair. Blair Automotive has always treated me in a kind and professional manner. My GTI broke down on a Sunday (fuel injector failure) and I had her towed to Blair. Aaron followed up with me after the service was completed. This company seems committed to locking in customers for life. I tried replacing my rotors on my own. Unfortunately I was still hearing a high-pitched squeal. I took my vehicle to Blair and they fixed it for a reasonable price. The rotors I originally purchased for the DIY project we’re not put back in my vehicle to return to classic BMW as was requested. I was Just going to write it off as a loss, but Aaron asked me to send a receipt for my purchase and he sent me reimbursement from their company account. They have a customer for life with me and I strongly suggest you give them a try.

I worked with Brian to get my A/C fixed and to do some routine maintenance. They were great. They communicate very well. I always knew what was going on, though the repair took a couple days. They had to order a compressor and the first one arrived damaged in shipping. They even washed my car. At the end of everything, they had forgotten to clear the maintenance nags in the computer, so Brian came to my office to do it. I didnt have to go back. I recommend them!

I went to Porsche Plano service department to inquire on some service on my car and was very disappointed with their customer service. I took my 2007 M-Benz C230 and I can not recommend this shop enough! They are very professional, affordable and most of all HONEST. Brian was of great help in offering his educated advice on what I needed to get fixed or whether the repairs are worth it or not. They are not there to steal your money but to fix your car in the most affordable and transparent way possible. I wish I had found them sooner.

Took forever to look at my car, then I had to call repeatedly to get an update. Messages were left with no call back. Our older car was not a priority.. Unnecessary items/hours were added to the estimate, and Brian repeatedly talked to me as if I were a child, despite multiple attempts to inform him I was knowledgeable about cars/mechanics, having been in the military, just because I was a woman. Overall a horrible experience and we will never be back and we certainly will not recommend the shop to anyone.

The team at Blair knows their stuff. Theyre always available to help answer questions and offer recommendations. More than that, theyre all experts at Euro cars. My boss (Golf R, Porsche) recommended them and Ive been using them on my Golf R ever since. They helped me understand everything I needed to know to make educated decisions. They also provide regular coupons for over $100 for services. I especially enjoyed their Toys-For-Tots charity work, doing oil changes for toys for the kids. I highly recommend Blair.

This was my first time, and I couldnt be happier. Check in and check out were both under 5 minutes. Brian quoted me a worse case situation for a full brake replacement prior to drop off which was courteous and pleasant. Great experience at Blair, facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, was in and out in about 70 mins for an oil change using Liquid Moly oil and check of major systems. If you’re using anyone else stop and use these guy, unbelievable on every level period. I drive 3.5 hours to use them. Their communication about issues, sending me a text with a video of the issue with a comparison part beside for reference, that’s a first and a home run in my book. They do a great job and are very friendly but I’m just a little upset that they told me the carbon fiber mirror Caps I brought in for them to Install doesn’t fit my vehicle. They didn’t even bother removing the mirror cap to see if it fit. So I went home myself and did it.Also, they charged me $100 for a CAI installation which is fine and also $100 the other time I came in to install a rear diffuser, but wanted to charge me $500 just to install some side skirts!!? That made completely no sense at all. You lost me there.

As a long time customer my overall rating and experience has been a very positive one. Ill continue to have my 3 autos services by Blair!

Johann is extremely courteous and professional. I had the back brakes on my car changed, the price was below the dealership price without sacrificing any quality or communications regarding the process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and they cleaned the inside of my car to boot. They also followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I was satisfied (ie, they didn’t forget about me as a customer once they had received payment). A great place to take a luxury car to receive luxury treatment with more reasonable pricing.

I came in with my 16 Golf TSI to install a new AWE exhaust and do the APR Stage 1 tune. They were able to start working on it that day. There was a few hiccups with the car itself, but the team there are always working to make sure the work is top notch. Shout-out to Brian and LD for all the professional work and advice they were able to give. These guys caught a HUGE leak in my water pump that even my VW dealer wasnt aware of.
