We purchased a home warranty through Lowe’s and they sent the Sears service people out to fix our dishwasher. The technician came out assessed the situation and told my husband he would order the parts and when they came in to call them and they would come back out and fix it. He said it was a hard job and it would take two people. They left and we waited 3 weeks and never received any parts. So my husband calls to find out what was going on, and they said that we overloaded the dishwasher and were not going to fix it. I wish I had taken a photo, because the dishwasher had a few cups and Tupperware containers in the top rack. Nothing heavy . You could not put anything heavy in it because the rack kept falling. Then he calls to talk to a supervisor who tells him he was belligerent and through theTechnician outof out house after telling us what was wrong with the dishwasher. This didn’t happen either. If we had had a bad experience we would have called Sears back right after the guy left and made a complaint. Who waits 3 weeks get three dishwasher fixed, someone who was told the parts are being ordered and to call when they come in. No one waits 3 weeks to make a complaint about a technician. Why they are lying is beyond me. They just don’t want to do the job. Terrible company to have come out. If that technician had a issue with someone it wasn’t at this house. Y’all are rude, liars and if this is the way you do service with people you should be out of business.if I could have given no stars I would have. Thumbs down to this company.
The technician came diagnosed the problem and left upon my decision. The problem was a fan motor wasnt working. I was able to order a new one from an appliance parts CO. And finished the repair myself. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
