Called Dring at 10am on Friday and quickly needed assistance. I was headed into a weekend with no AC in my house. Dring was able to provide same day service.Alfredo came to my house at 6pm. He was extremely professional and took his time to properly diagnose the problem even with it being late on a Friday. Additionally, a reasonably priced repair option was provided. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Alfredo.

Alfredo was awesome! Were new homeowners and didnt know much of what we were doing. We knew there was a problem with the AC that the one year warranty wouldnt cover (Ie. They kept putting off replacing things until critical failure) so it was incredibly refreshing when Alfredo showed up and presented all the options and gave us enough information to understand this new process. I genuinely appreciate his customer service and highly respect his knowledge base. I highly recommend him.

He went the extra mile to analyze past repairs completed by other companies and provided a thorough review of how the unit should look and how the repairs would benefit our home in the future. Have been using DRING as a member for a short time. I’ve had no issues this far. They perform checks and are very courteous and professional. On time and friendly to talk to. Today’s technician, Justin, was more than happy to explain what he’s doing, find out what the status of my membership is and asked me if I have had any specific issues that he should look at. Satisfied with their work thus far and would recommend giving them a try for your A/C needs.

This business was AMAZINGLY responsive. When I first called to request service on my AC unit, which was strugglingto cool the house, Linda encouraged me to check my air filters first. While they did need to be changed, it wasnt the root cause.I called again to schedule an AC check, and the technicians - Dustin and Chase - were out the next morning. They found a leaking coil had caused a drop in refrigerant.Their assessment was thorough, and their explanation was easy to understand. They worked quickly and efficiently, wearing masks and shoe protectors when they were inside.They also took the time to explain their Dring Annual Maintenance plan, which is a GREAT deal. Called late Friday afternoon, they were out Saturday morning. Justin thoroughly examined my system to diagnose the issue and pointed out several things that could be issues down the road (typical builder install with subpar work). Justin explained all the different options with pros and cons to each. No pressure, just allowed me to make an informed decision. Extremely friendly and professional. Will be my first and only call from now on.

Our install was completed today. Very pleased with the work crew and the finished product.We have not yet made a final decision, but I leaning toward purchasing a new unit. Justin is absolutely the best HVAC technician I have ever seen - and believe me, Ive seen a few over the past 40 years in this home. My mother recently had Dring come out to replace her old air conditioner and furnace, and asked me to post a review of her experience.She said she respected everyone involved in the process: from the gentleman who inspected her old equipment to the men who did the work. She was especially impressed by Robert Hall, the inspector and sales rep, and the two brothers, Josh and Skyler Morris, who installed the new equipment. She described the work of the installers as being thorough and excellent. She also wanted to praise the install manager, Joel Hamnes, for his caring and considerable efforts in quickly obtaining the correct air conditioner for her home. Overall, she thought the people she dealt with were excellent and the service they provided was first rate.

Today their technician Khadir performed the annual check on our air conditioning system. He was very pleasant, professional and thorough and did not suggest any work that was unnecessary. He was a pleasure to work with. We also had our heating system serviced and our air ducts cleaned earlier this year by Drings technicians and have been very pleased with the staff and the work done. We have used the company for 20+ years.

Dring was assigned as my air conditioning repair service from my home warranty company (American Home Shield). Despite the difficulties they had attempting to contact my warranty company for approval, Dring made it a priority to repair my air conditioning unit prior to the arrival of family members over the 4th of July weekend. I have used this company for 20+ years with no issues. They had been great and I highly recommended them on Nextdoor. I have two houses. This year when they came for my bi-annual checkup on my system on House #1, they told me there were leaks, electrical issues, etc, on my 10 yr old system they installed. They showed me pics.and told me I risk my system stopping completely this summer if I do not do something. They recommended a totally new system but they did give me three options. The cheapest was an $800 bandaid that they could not guarantee would holdup, and the most expensive was an $11,000 new system. The repairman was not their usual type - he seemed like a manager. Fearing a complete outage in the middle of summer,I bought a new HVAC system. They came to House #2 a few weeks later and I got the VERY SAME SPEEL. I was horrified and realized I had been probably been scammed at house #1. I did some research and found out Dring AC Heating was sold last year to Chaisson Home Services. THAT was the difference. I can’t be positive, but It appears they are trying to milk customers to pump up earnings.

Can’t believe I was able to get a technician to come to my house so quickly during this bad winter storm. Company communicated ahead of time (about 45 minutes) that someone was on their way. Technician (Coby) arrived on time, was polite, professional, efficient, answered all my questions, and, most importantly, was able to fix my heater during the visit. Thanks to Dring and Coby, I was able to have heat again in my house.My parents used to use Dring in the 80’s and 90’s and it’s great to know their quality and professionalism continues to this day.

Questionable business practice: I last used them 20 years ago. I dont recall a problem, have been using another company. Just got a call about a credit on my account about to expire. Turns out it was a loyalty credit... in other words a coupon. Leaving a message offering a discount is fine, but calling it a credit is misleading.

Had a Tech out from Dring name Kadir because my AC was on the fritz and I thought he was very professional and he worked really hard to solve my problem. Very satisfied!

Another great service call. This time our 10 year old furnace stopped working. Kevin spent the time to diagnose the root of the problem and make sure that the right part was installed. He also went above and beyond to make sure some of our loose vent ductwork was properly attached. He was on time and courteous and I would highly recommend Dring to others.

Upon finding out that we needed a new unit, I contacted the residential sales man at Dring for a second bid. He spent quite a bit of time explaining my options and different choices. The first company only tried to get me to go with the highest cost unit they had. Being on a fixed budget, Jeff, the salesman from Dring was able to find a unit in my budget that was perfect for my needs also. Installation went smoothly and am happy with the whole experience. I have been using Dring to service my home for over 15 years and my entire family has for the last 10 years or more. My aunt and grandmother have both had systems replaced by Dring and they have had nothing but good things to say about how great their systems work. Im lucky my system has been maintained so well for so long. Im hoping its a while before I have to buy a new one. However when that time comes I will give Jeff a call. My family said he did a fantastic job overseeing the replacement. The installers Michael and David were very professional as well.

I had to have my AC unit of 8 years replaced or so I thought. After a quick visit from Drng they were able to repair my existing unit and they were absolutely amazing and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have used Dring for about 16 years, so far just OK, I called them two weeks ago because my AC is behaving strange, the technician came checked the capacitor and compressor and said its all good, my AC is set to 73 but its 78 inside my home, and the compressor does not turn on, how can it be OK?No 24/7 service, have to wait from Saturday evening till Monday for any kind of answer.....😞
