I was encouraged to make an appointment when I called the business, which I did. Even though I had an appointment and arrived on time, the appointment started 30 minutes late. The nail tech was not able to recreate the design I wanted, although I had a photo for reference. Finally, the nail tech made my cuticles bleed. I walked out of there looking worse than I did going in. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they had the grace not to charge me.

Love this place Jim always does a great job on my nails i moved to the area and found them wont go anywhere else now im very particular about my nail shape and style and he does them to perfection everytime and they never break or chip very good quality always! Oh and their pedicures are AMAZING!!!

Today I have my nails done by Fong. I am absolutely in love with my nails. I love the color, I love the matte finish top coat that I was able to get there, and the service was Second To None not to mention the way that she intricately shaped each nail so perfectly. I have never had better nails.

I always go to Jim for my nails, he always listens to me and make me very happy. Hes the only person i have been to so far that gets the shape and desings I want perfect. I only go to him for my fills for now on.

I can’t sing enough praise about Jim and Marcella! I’ve been getting my nails done for awhile now but today really cemented it. My nails had been done a week ago and didn’t come out to my liking but I didn’t speak up, after being sad about it all week I called and let Jim know. He told me to come in, when I showed him what was bothering me he said he would fix it! He did a beautiful job and gave me some really great tips about being a good nail customer as well! Turned my day around completely! Thanks Jim!

My friends and I came here yesterday evening. One of my friends got a gel manicure, while the other and I got pedicures with paraffin wax. The massage chairs were so comfortable! We spent the time chatting and enjoying our time together.This was my very first pedicure so I Wasnt sure what to expect. The woman who worked on my feet was very skilled. She wasnt overly light-handed but nothing hurt or was uncomfortable. The pedicure was relaxing and left me with beautiful soft feet and pretty green nails! My friends and I were greatly satisfied with the quality of service, and at a lower price than others wed considered. I will definitely come here again!

They were so NICE, KIND and POLITE. The place is really clean and the massage chairs are the best!The lady that did my gel pedicure did an amazing job. She was very detail oriented and I was so happy and pleased with her performance .2 people did my nails because they had a lots of appointments and I was a walk in and they were trying to make me happy. Terrible! Took me and my 3 friends my two friends lost a nail after a week and I lost 3 we all work office jobs not with our hands the other nails were about to pop off after 8 days my lady rushed through me so she could hurry and make more money with other people coming in wont be coming back neither will my friends

Very nice place to relax and get your nails done. Jim is very sweet and kind.

3 of us had pedicures. We called ahead about 2 hours before to reserve our spots. They seated us maybe 10 mins after our reservation time but it was because they were waiting for us to get seats together. All 3 of our specialists were courteous and did a great job. Very reasonable prices.

Great place to get a pedicure. They are cheap and do a really great job! A huge plus is that I forgot to go to Starbucks on my way but there was a cute little coffee kiosk in the same parking lot. So overall, i had a very enjoyable experience.

I moved to the area recently and tried this place based on the great reviews. I am really happy with my pedicures here. Fong is wonderful! Everyone is especially kind and the highest quality of work.

I had a wonderful lady who helped me (I believe her name was Fong?), and I am so greatful I found her. I will be returning here and only here. I can only give 3 stars due to only 2 people working in shop and even though I had an appointment I felt they rushed me due to so many who came in after me. The couple had their 17 month baby in shop and had to care for her while taking care of clients. You just cant cater to clients while watching a baby. Very nice people but I like to relax when I get my nails and toes done. Massage chair was not comfortable and nails were not done very well due to the constant concern for baby. I am not against babies but in a business like this the concentration should be on client.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. I took my mom to get a mani for her birthday and I got a pedi. We were both VERY impressed! Ive been getting pedis for a long time but Ive never been to a place so clean. Their staff was very friendly too! Unfortunately, I live in WA so I can only come when I visit but Ill be back. My mom is definitely going to be back!

Horrible customer service. We asked to come in by 1230pm the manager asked us to come at 12pm. We arrived on time and didnt get taken back until I had asked twice .. 45 minutes late. Request was 4 basic manis and a pedi. We asked to ensure the manis were together. They kept telling us we were next but kept taking walkins. Finally they just took 3 of us and 20 minutes later (an hr and 20 min total wait) I told them not to worry about me I wasnt interested in waiting any longer. At check out he wanted to charge full price and told me thats how it works at every nail salon. None Ive been to. 2 hrs later we were walking out .. basic gel manis. Wont go back.
