They have a person named Zachary Geisendorfer that is spamming text messages to people claiming he is a partner / agent with ERA. Zachary is not listed as a licensed real estate agent in California yet is operating as such. I have requested the texts to stop for months, but they still come! My next step is notifying the department of Real Estate about this. I have found Zachary works for a marketing firm SETSCHEDULE.COM. Zach is sending other people in north county ROBO TEXTS asking about selling their home. Unsolicited text messages are illegal as is offering to broker real estate without a license is a serious offense. California Code, Business and Professions Code - BPC § 10139. If you hate getting junk text messages DO NOT send your business here.

Spoke with Aaron and he was super rude and unprofessional. Also tried to speak to someone from the agency directly and received the same treatment. No one even bothered to answer my questions I had on a listing. How do these people expect to sell with an attitude like that?

Im fairly new in town and stopped in to inquire on commercial and residential properties. I spoke with john Humphrey. Left my contact information. Never called, never emailed. I since went to another real estate company and that day we sealed the deal on a commercial rental. I have also recently rented a nice condo as i wanted to get acquainted before i purchased. I knew by the way i was treated he thought i was of less importance. The greeting, conversation and good bye were cold and standoffish. Not reccommended.
