Arrived and pulled right into the lube bays with our RV and car. Took about 25 minutes to change oil for both and we were on our way. They had 4 other vehicles arrive before we left. Price for service was reasonable.

Stopped in midday on a Saturday to grab a quick oil change during a cross country road trip. Made sandwiches in the car, watched the whole crew hustling to service 3 full bays, got our oil changed and were back on the the road inside of 30 minutes. Guys were hard-working and friendly.

I was told that they checked my tire pressure and all was good. That was a lie, they never set my tires where I wanted them. Had to go back to have it fixed and reset my oil life. It was part if the services I paid for. That was the 1st of the month. I put a lot of miles on my truck. Went to an oil change place today in the town I live in. Come to find out master lube put 5/20 oil in it and actually on the cap it call for 0/40. Ill never go back to a place that the employees lie to customers face and dont do what they are supposed to do.

CABIN AIR FILTER!!! I didn’t even know what this was, but Chad checked mine, and replaced it, and made my air conditioner work WAY BETTER!!!!!!!!!!! Be sure to ask about it!!!!!!!!!!

They tell you that your truck will be done by a certain time, so I made an appointment based on that. After over 2 hours of waiting and missing my appointment thet let me know I was still two trucks back in line. Then some guy walks in to get his tire fixed and he gets jumped to the front of the line!! He was a normal walk in like me. On top of that the two different employees that helped me were rude and acted entitled. Could not even get my keys back to get something out of my truck. Stay away from this place!! Once they get your keys they going your truck captive, and customer service goes out the door!!

Took my car for an oil change here 2-3 weeks ago. While they were changing my oil, the tech asked his superiors a couple of times on how to do it properly since he was unsure. Made me feel uneasy, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now 3 weeks in and a couple of hundreds in the hole (having to buy more oil and the cost of repair), I took it to a Toyota dealership to find out that the tech somehow managed to damage the housing of the filter, cracking it, making my oil leak and drain completely at one point. If you can afford to wait to go to a certified center, you should. Might avoid issues like these. 2 stars because they were friendly enough.

Fast and friendly but expensive

They were very fast, also very rude. When I asked if they had something thin I could clear one of my window washer tubes with, (more water was coming out of the other one) they tried to check it and couldnt get the window washer to work at all. They then started to pull out tubing. I stopped them, saying it did work, as I had used it just hours before. They then threw up their hands and started talking sarcastically about how the customer is always right. I tested it as soon as I got out and it worked just as I said it did.They also said on the phone that they checked all fluids, but they did not check the radiator until I asked them to as they were closing the hood. They also couldnt figure out how to turn off the needs maintenance indicator. All in all, not a very pleasant experience. I wont be going there again.

The genius in the pit didnt clean up after he spilled my oil filter all over my frame. Now I have these nice spots in my driveway to deal with.

Fast service and most importantly is they check your vehicle for safety and other minor issues that could turn into major concerns. Found two lights out, repaired oil leak, part of service. Charged for parts only. Superior in all respects.

I brought my pickup in for oil change and service assuming they greased and checked the differentials. So I never went under to check. Hmm should have. The boy in the pit doesnt grease zerts or check the gearboxes apparently.

Super fast service. A bit more than Wal-Mart but 20x faster, no joke.

Oily hand prints ALL over the outside of my hood. They even got oil on the new windshield wipers they put on. Streaked from day one. I had to spray them with cleaner and get to oil off. They did change the oil, filter and wipers.

Expensive service

If there is a free bay (there are 3) then you can get in right away. Oil change in minutes. They stock filters for most all trucks and popular cars and SUVs - prolly not for cars people around here dont drive much, like jags or Volvo. Parts store just down the road for those special cases. I took an F250 in there and was out in 10 mins, oil, filters, vacuumed. Theyll top off fluids and grease the chassis if it has fittings. Right off canal st at the dark canyon draw bridge.

Fastest best service in Carlsbad, dont go to Wal Mart for your oil change

These guys performed a transmission flush on my 2010 Silverado Truck (100,000 miles). Anyone with half a brain knows not to do just a flush, but a complete pan-drop and filter change transmission service with high mileage vehicles, but they did it anyway.It took them 4 hours to complete the work. Within 15 minutes the transmission began acting up, and within 24 hours it was nearly un-driveable. I had to redo the transmission work, including the filter and fluid change, and the truck began working fine again after.They said it was impossible for them to put the wrong fluid in (since they use universal fluid) and refused to offer a refund. Funny that re-chaninging that fluid to the proper Dex-6 fluid fixed the problems yet they refuse to acknowledge that it was their work that caused the problem.
