Very fast and friendly service. Prices are reasonable for a high mileage oil service, and they checked everything on my car for under $60.

I will start by saying I thought Dan Thompson was a classy guy and Business Man before today they pulled my cabin filter without asking me broke my Air conditioner refuses to fix it. If he ever de cides to make it right with Me he might regain my respect and Business until then me and my family will do Business elsewhere 💯

Super fast, only reason i gave a three stars was because i needed new wipers and was originally told 18.50 for both. But, the guy comes back and says my car “needs a specific type so it’ll be $35”. I said never mind but he came back and said sorry for lying and it was actually $18.50. It probably only happened because im a teenage girl so you guys will be fine.

I was able to stop by with only 5 minutes warning and still get serviced almost immediately. Everyone was super friendly and service was quick and reasonably priced.

Normally, I pay a little more attention to my surroundings. I have been to ML several times and never noticed. But all of the employees at some point were smoking in the bays with in 50ft of flammable liquids and never ones though of the customers or the fact that there smoking bothered anyone? Not good and safe customer service. I will be reaching out to Carlsbad Fire Marshall and ask for them to do a safety inspection.

These guys are quick! Their techs hustle to make sure they are getting people taken care of quickly. Theyll pull your air and cabin filters and show them to you if they think they should be replaced. Price is fair.

Compared to Walmart, these guys are lightning fast. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. They use top notch oil as well for a great price. I was pleased.

I was so impressed by the service here. They have mildly unbelievable prices for an oil change—I paid less for synthetic than I ever have in my life. They were really friendly, put air in my tires, and vacuumed the interior for free! This business is the shining star of Carlsbad, and probably one of the only things I’ll regret leaving behind when I move.

Drove from San Diego in our rental car to Rocky Mount national Park, then to Carlsbad to go see the Caverns. Went for an oil change around 8:30 in the morning on Wednesday 7/31. Steve the manager was accommodating and friendly as well as Ruben. Honestly, I think we were in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice considering the last thing you want to do on vacation is get an oil change.They billed our car rental company with no problem. Price was $49 for an oil change oil filter and a new air filter. Very reasonable, outstanding customer service -thank you so much! (This was at the store on Pearce Street)

Lesser of many evils. Better than other TERRIBLE places in town. The guys are nice, but they dont 90% of whats advertised on the check list. They do 1 & 2. Oil change and replace oil filter. They didnt reset my oil light, didnt check my wipers (otherwise they would have told me to replace my back window wiper), didnt add windshield wiper fluid, didnt vacuum. So if thats what you expect, thats not what you get. Honestly I try to take my car to El Paso instead.
