My brothers and I went in to get pedicures. The staff was beyond amazing and kind, and the prices are reasonable. Mindy is great! Definitely plan to go again!!

This was the first time I have been to this place. I went on 4th July after calling and Mindy saying that she could do my gel fill and pedicure at 3:30pm. I showed up a little early and then was told she is down a few people because none of her experienced employees wanted to work on 4th of July and that she would get to me as soon as possible. I would normally be understanding of this but after what happened I will never return to this place nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to this place.First: If you are the only person in the office that can do normal nail color or gel color then DONT keep taking walk-ins as you are already having trouble doing all 5 peoples nails who are already there.Second: When a customer asked for a fill, who CLEARLY needs a fill, dont tell them they dont need a fill and then just paint over Acrylic nail and the area that needs the fill with the gel nail polish. Great Customer Service is when you do what the customer is requesting especially if they are going to pay for that service.Mindy take charge of your employees and if they are scheduled to work on a specific day, even if its a holiday, then be their BOSS and make them accountable for not showing up on a day they are scheduled. Mindy you have extremely HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service skills.I will never return to your HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. I will also tell everyone I know to never go to your establishment!!!!! You and your employees NEED to go to customer service school!!!!!!!!

Nenie does a great job on my nails!! She is really personable too! Clientele has always been very nice to me. I enjoy going there!

The design was really cute. Im really happy with it. Also my technicians was a nice and friendly person so pretty much I had a really good time
