We got the dip nails and extensions, took about 1 1/2 hours and they turned out great! They had an extensive selection of dip colors(I chose purple) and all of the colors were pretty. The place was clean and quiet, we called at 3:10 and got an appointment for 3:30. Great service, friendly, professional staff.

Very fun atmosphere - gluttery and shiny. My nails looked nice when I left. Great selection of colors for dipping powder. But with only a base and two color coats my nails started chipping in a week. They did fix my nails when I went back. It was the most Ive ever paid for dipping powder. Ill try somewhere else next time.

Very disappointing! I was so looking forward to a good pedicure after this long period of COVID - salons closed. I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes which was nice. I arrived and asked to see the menu of pedicure services as I wanted to make sure I got one that included foot scrubbing for light callous’ and the man up front told me that was the $45 spoiled pedicure. I told the very nice technician that I wanted my toenails trimmed fairly short and rounded. She did not trim, barely filed for about a minute and was ready to move on when I told her again that the nails needed to be trimmed as I wanted them shorter. Kim was very nice but we definitely had a communication problem. She then did trim and used the trimmer to make the edges round and did not go back to use the file to smooth the cut edges. The initial brief file use and then trimming was literally the only nail work she did. She then put on some cuticle softener, and immediately put my feet back in the cold water. She then immediately moved on to some machine that looked like a hairdryer to buff my feet (I guess that is the extra service of the spoiled pedicure). After that she went on to leg massage. I asked her if she was going to do any nail and cuticle work and she politely smiled and touched my leg in a way that I thought she was indicating that she was doing the massage first. I see the technician next to me, Holly, doing a pedicure in the way that I am used to and expect. My tech then went on to another leg massage with oil - all very nice but the whole time I am wondering when the true pedicure work will be happening, so it is hard to relax. The man up front walks by so I call him over to ask if the pedicure I am getting includes cuticle and nail work and he says yes and then says something to Kim. After the leg massage, she moves on to the foot scrubbing that I wanted and am used to. So, I did not need this spoiled pedicure to get the light foot scrubbing that I asked about in the beginning and is included with the normal $29 pedicure (the client next to me got the nail and cuticle work that I did not just no second leg massage by a much better technician for only $29). She then goes back and gets the cuticle trimmer to work on my cuticles (this apparently would not have happened if I did not ask even though it was happening for other clients around me without them having to ask). So, without putting any softener on or pushing the cuticles down, she is trimming away on non-soaked toes/feet and proceeds to cut my cuticle/skin deep so that I am bleeding on two toes. I now have open wounds in a nail salon and boy, does one really hurt (she was apologetic). She asked about polish, while I am watching my bleeding cuticles (accidents happen and that is ok but I really believe this technician is not sufficiently experienced). I told her I did not want her to paint my toe that had a bleeding open wound because I dont want my blood getting in the polish that is used on others and I don’t want polish/ a brush that has been used on others and not necessarily on fully sanitized nails being placed on my open wound (dont these places know about the horrible and real risk of infection in these places). It took 3 techs to help her understand what I was saying and a lot of undo client attention on me. Kim then painted away and it looks fairly nice. I have been getting pedicures for years (albeit from higher end places but still only $45) and know what to expect from a proper pedicure: soak feet in warmish water, trim and shape nails, buff nail edges, put on the cuticle softener, use the tool to push down the cuticles and then use the trimmer to clean up the cuticles, oil and put back in water until time for the heal/foot scrubbing. NONE of that happened and I was stressed the whole time politely trying to understand what services would be done. I am out $50 and my feet look like this and man does my toe hurt! I hope this does not get infected. I tried to tell the man up front but he did not seem to really care-just mad.

I went in for a full set of gel extensions. Angela took 2 hours to complete, just days after 3 nails broke. As you can tell, there was no build up on the apex especially for the length. I paid almost 100 including tip and didnt even get them to stay for longer than a few days. Poor execution and the rest are cracked on the edges. Very unsatisfied.

I walked into this Salon on my lunch and was helped right away. Vanessa did my nails and toes and to be completely honest this was the best nail experience Ive ever received. I will never go back to a different salon unless i HAVE to, what a gem to find! Arrive a little early as parking can be hard but other then that I highly recommend this nail salon. I just had an excellent experience at this establishment. Trish gave me a fabulous gel manicure after spending a long time gently removing another technician’s work from another salon. I’m beyond pleased with how my nails look as well as the customer service that I received. I also got a pedicure and the lady did a great job and was very warm. I’ll be back.

I drove across this place and was immediately attracted to the aesthetics and wanted to give it a try. I got a classic pedicure and it was okay. My feet usually aren’t rough and it feels like she buffed off dry skin but not all the way so my feet have dry skin flakes that need to be buffed off. My manicure is also sub par, she got some nail polish on my skin and one hand is darker than the other because she didn’t put the second coat on thick enough so I can still see my nail underneath. She also didn’t paint the sides properly on a few fingers. You couldn’t tell really in the store but honestly I felt like she wasn’t skilled enough to fix it, I could have painted my own nails in the same way.The customer service was excellent and the place seems very popular so maybe I had a just okay employee. I’d be willing to give it one more try as long as I don’t have the same person again.

Wow, came in for a manicure and all I got was a quick file, 1 minute lotion rub slathering(no massaging at all) and then a polish. Was in and out in 15 minutes. No cuticle treatment, hand soak, or massage. Was going to do the hydration treatment but wasnt even offered. I felt rushed and as if I was a burden. Definitely would not recommend and will never come again.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST nail salon. Not your traditional setup. I use to drive into Rancho Santa Fe for my nails and pedicure....however...I now drive 5 miles for a very enjoyable experience.

Lee always does an amazing gel manicure with nail art. She can create extensions if you want longer nails. She can do any design you want. Most places only do what these nail artists do in acrylic. The gel keeps your nails strong. This is my hidden gem!

Sophie and Tracey are wonderful! They were able to do my chrome nails and my friends mermaid nails beautifully. They took thier time to make them look perfect! The salon is gorgeous and very well kept!

I have been going to this place for a few months now and loved it the first few times that I went. The quality of the gel manicures is always great. However, I went in last week to get my nails re-done and ended up with Katie. I am warning you now, do NOT let KATIE so much as touch your nails! She blatantly ignored my request for shelac instead of regular gel and then proceeded to rush me through my manicure. She left ridges in my nails from the filing and the tips of my nails are now completely uneven lengths. When she put on the clear coat she couldnt even be bothered to put it on my entire nail. Every nail has huge areas of top coat missing. It literally looks like a child did my nails. When I went in the NEXT DAY to ask that she fix them, she flat out refused and told me that I was wrong and then proceeded to laugh about it. The girl at the front desk did absolutely nothing about it. It was by far the WORST customer service I have ever received. I was a loyal customer going in there every three-four weeks like clock work, now IF I ever go back I will definitely not let Katie touch my nails

Hands down best nail salon Ive been to in a really long time. The nail technicians took their time & didnt rush through everything to move onto the next customer. I also brought my 6 year old daughter & they gave her the exact same treatment for a manicure/pedicure at a reduced princess price (i.e. foot soak, massage, lotion, filing, etc.). I felt like this salon provided exceptional service at a very reasonable price. This will be my new go to salon.

Gel touch nails does a fabulous work. Their employees are professional, creative and can recreate all the fun Pinterest posting that other salons cannot. Mai & Ty are amazing! Both very creative, patient and meticulous. I have never had a single nail break since coming here. They are very busy and you do have to book in advance but its well worth it at this salon. Perfect touch of girly and sparkling decore as well. You feel pampered after leaving Gel Touch Nails.

I went last Saturday evening and got a pink and white full nail extension gel set. The gal took her time and the view of them on the top looks nice but when I got home I noticed they didnt wrap the gel properly so each nail looks like its missing white gel in the corners making them look chipped or old. They were closed Sunday so I went back today Monday evening a gentleman was at the front desk looked at them and talked with a manicurist who said they needed to be filed as I stated I was worried they would lift. They did file them but they still appear chipped on the sides and $55 is pricey to not be perfect. They didnt offer to touch up the gel or offer a refund so I will never go back. Its too bad because its a nice salon clean and no chemical smell.

Today I had an appt at 4pm for a friend and I- when we arrived she was sat and I waited 15 minutes to be taken by the receptionist. She never asked what shape I wanted my nails filed to- and never touched my cuticles- I never got the exfoliating treatment orrrrr the hand paraffin or even the soak! She took calls the whole time and never even told me when I was finished just walked away- then I was still charged for a full gel manicure (price of paraffin and exfoliation cuticles ect). I was finished AFTER my friend who got two treatments. Completely unacceptable and charged for things I never received! My friends experience wasn’t much better. I wish I could give zero stars!

The first gel manicure that has stayed on my nails more than a week. Thy did an amazing job!

It was terribly over priced and by far the worst customer experience. The girl repeatedly commented on how dry my cuticles were, I found myself thanking her multiple times because she made me feel like I was causing her so much trouble. She dug so much of my cuticle I ended up getting an infection. The girl att the front kinda snobby and not very welcoming. I will never ever step foot in that place. Ultimately ended up paying 35.00 for a basic mani pedi on a 6yr old and 100.00 on gel mani pedi for myself. Very disappointing and they originally quoted me 25.00 for mani and pedi

Tried dip powder and it barely lasted 2 and a half days before breaking off and damaging my nails. Its insane to pay 45 dollars (plus tip), only to have it damage your nail after 2 and a half days. They refused to refund me as well, despite the terrible work. Ill be finding a new salon!
