He is always willing to print any flyers we need for communications. With being completely nonprofit we rely heavily on any donations. What money we save goes back directly to the students. This UPS location is all-around the best! Jeff, Cody, Evan and Ryan are all very knowledgable and able to help me with all my shipping and packaging needs. There are supplies if needed, stations for printing/copying and all costs are fair. Very efficient service, friendly and simply the best.

Seems crazy to write a review for a UPS store, but honestly, the staff here is SO amazing, I have to give them a five-star! Theyre quick, excellent at multi-tasking, always friendly and knowledgable. I feel very fortunate to have this UPS store so close to home, especially given how decent customer service seems to be dwindling elsewhere.

I do need to be fair and let people know. If you are shipping stuff and you have time, print your own return label. It costs you almost nothing at home. Here they will charge you 0.11 cents per copy and $1.25 for opening their email.If you don’t have time then this is a great place to get things done fast as well as print.This is not a lot of money but the smack in the face is their EMAIL access. I do LOVE the store and do LOVE the staff but I do not think this is kind. I can understand paying for printing, but email piece has me spinning. Excellent Service. Fast and helpful Staff still.

Of all our incompetent, or borderline criminal delivery services in this country (USPS, FEDEX, and a score of other no-name options), this is the most reliable, knowledgeable and competent delivery service - excepting Amazon - that you can use. UPS rarely loses a package, and actually knows how to place it so you can possible find it, on a property with three entry doors and a 125 foot drive. Read my other reviews about USPS, Fedex, and the other civilian delivery logistic businesses. The people inside this business are very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and expert at what they do.

I ship internationally and he has been helpful with the shipping and packaging process and making sure that the packages arrive at their destination. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. If this place were any better they’d be perfect! Excellence in service staff and they really know their buz! On deck on the ball prepared and personal care and service!
