I had very dirty tiles in my house. They haven’t been properly cleaned in years. I found this company online and saw that they receive excellent comments. The comments were right. They were punctual, professional, and hard working. They came in less than the estimate and and time needed to complete the job. The tile in my house looks brand new and I am glad I chose this company!

From the phone call to Silver Olas Carpet, Tile & Floor cleaning, answered by a very pleasant & helpful person Yvonne.Matt & Anthony arrive at the appointed time 8:45 am, proceed to vacuum the travertine floors started to clean & hand scrub the grout as it was very dirtying from tenant occupancy 5 yrs. But Matt & Anthony did there magic tile is like new again!! Will Definitely utilize there service again & refer them. Excellent job!!

Silver Olas did a great job! They replaced some carpet padding and cleaned carpets from a flood. Everything looks like new! I will definitely call them in the future.

Every year or so I need to have my wood floors oiled/repaired and Ive always trusted Silver Olas to take care of it. This year we also desperately needed our carpets cleaned as theyd turned from beige to brown. We had low expectations that the carpet could be salvaged, but to our surprise Jimmy made them look brand new. He was able to clean and repair every square inch of our flooring from the wood floors to the tile, and he did it in one day. For the price it always amazes me the quality of work.

I have used Silver Olas for many years. We have off white carpet that is embarrassingly old (+20 years) and have have dogs and kids who completely make a mess and they always make the carpet seem like new and it doesnt take days for the carpet to dry. Yvonne who schedules the appointments is super nice and Jimmy the owner and Matt do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. We have also used them to clean our tile floors and grout with great results.

The team from Silver Olas did a great job cleaning our carpets and furniture. Unfortunately, we had gotten behind on our regular cleaning schedule. But that didnt matter once Jimmy and David showed up. They worked hard to give our carpet a good, deep cleaning and now it looks brand new! Silver Olas is a great and honest company to have any work done. I was quoted twice as much from another company concerning a flood job, but Jimmy quoted me half the price. Jimmy went to do the work the same afternoon I called him. Jimmy did an excellent and very professional job for my flood damage in a home I was helping to sell. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They do carpet, tile and wood floor cleaning as well. You will be very happy with their service.

I am so glad I found Silver Olas. I called originally because the finish on our terracotta tile was damaged. Jimmy cleaned, stripped and resealed the tile. It is now like new. I also had him clean the carpet. I was very frustrated with the major company I was using for carpet cleaning because the carpet stayed wet for 12 or more hours. Jimmy explained that happens with companies that have a tight schedule & they don’t take care to remove as much water as possible. The carpet Silver Olas cleaned for me was dry in about 4 hours and the price was excellent! I will definitely be a long term customer.

I made a huge mess of my hardwood floors by pouring wax all over and then attempting to clean it up with water/vinegar. I was desperate because the place was a mess!! Luckily the owner was minutes from my house and he stopped by. He provided me the solution and scrubber to get the floor back to original condition. He wasnt making any money but spend a good amount of time explaining to me how to fix it. The best part of the entire experience was that I ran out of solution and out of the goodness of his heart he brought me more. Excellent service!!! I would definitely use him for any flooring needs in the future!!!!

I was very happy with the work done by Silver Olas. They cleaned all my carpet, tile and 2 couches. The crew worked very hard and even scrubbed the tile by hand first before using the machine. The price for the work was fair and I plan on using them again in the future.

I called Silver Olas to take care of the tile and carpeting (including the carpet on the stairs) in a rental property where we just evicted the tenants. Needless to say, the property was in bad shape, it was a mess. I called and spoke with them on Tuesday, and they were able to work me in the next day. The quote was really reasonable, even given the condition of the carpeting. I have never been so impressed with a carpet and tile company before, and Ive tried several of other cleaning companies through the years for my properties. The stairs look amazing, and the grout between the tile in the kitchen looks like it was just installed. The whole place even smells better. Thanks, Silver Olas!!!
