This was the second time weve had him come in the past couple of years. We have had innumerable pet stains on our carpet. He treats the smell with enzymes, and in such a quick amount of time, our carpet is spic and span and bright again. I was surprised at how quickly he got it all looking great! He cleaned my area rugs, an upholstered chair and all of my carpets and it all looks and feels great! He was even early to his appointment!

Cliff was on time, professional, and did a great job getting my pet-stained carpets clean! He was fast but thorough, and I can’t believe how clean and fresh my carpets are! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Just ok. Their equipment broke and they had to reschedule original time. That wasn’t a huge deal to me. I wanted the cleaning for a couple of coffee stains and they were unable to remove them. Might just be the nature of the stain vs the quality of the cleaning?

It’s ok. I got my 6 bed rooms and an area rug serviced. The technician was here for about an hour. Not very thorough. There were several areas that were missed. And none of the stains came out.

A wonderful experience from the ease and availability of making an appointment, to the timely arrival and professionalism of the service provider. Service was very thorough and efficient. A great value. Carpets look brand new.

I was very happy with Cliff and his rug cleaning skills. He did Scotchguard my rugs so its too early to say if the dirt comes back quickly or not. I will say, he did an AMAZING job getting them clean again, they look fantastic!!! We were very happy with the appointment we made with Knockout carpet cleaning here in Carlsbad. We were looking for a local company we could count on when we decided to call Cliff.He showed up on time with a helper and they were friendly and informative on the organic process and their method of cleaning our carpet. They got out stains my last carpet cleaner could not and left our carpet almost dry to the touch. The speed dry was a little extra but well worth it. We have three kids and cant wait for a day for the carpet to dry.I recommended cliff with knockout carpet cleaning to a couple neighbors and will keep putting the name out.
