Such excellent service from Rescue carpet and Rug, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning. They made the job like easy; I was very happy that they offered pick-up and delivery. When I sent the rug for cleaning, I was in the process of looking for a new apartment and when it was time to deliver, I had already moved, they were gracious enough to deliver to a new location with no problem. They even worked it out just so they delivered right before my new furniture came in. Their work on the rug was great, I had no complaints.

Excellent service. The rugs were picked up & returned in a timely fashion. We really had to put in no effort. Rescue carpet and Rug, was great in folding & removing the carpets as well as opening & spreading them out on the return. Very friendly & cooperative staff. It was a delight to do business with them.

Rescue carpet and Rug services did a great job with my 2 handmade wool carpets. The service takes about a week, and the price was competitive. The carpets were well cleaned and the original colors were restored. I would recommend them! Excellent service by the owners.

Excellent service, I am using Rescue carpet and Rug, since last three years, he is the best in Carlsbad. My carpet went very bad with stains, I request the apartment to change that but they didnt, so I decided to wash it and call Rescue carpet and Rug to wash my carpet now it is sparkle clean. I am so happy and strongly recommend to everyone.
