Not a public location for pick up. Misleading

I took a friend here because sadly his car died on his drive down to visit me, and he needed a rental for the week so he could get to work blah blah blah... We got to Hertz and the reservation hed made through AAA was all ready to go and Jeanie (not sure if thats how she spells it but oh well) was not only incredibly helpful in making the process easy and beneficial for him, she was also super nice! All in all - despite being in a bad situation overall, this part was made easy and pain-free for my friend. I now know why my dad only uses Hertz

Unbelievably rude staff and inept company. Reserved rental online. Drove 20 minutes across town to pick up. When I arrive, the associate talks on the phone for 15 minutes while I wait. Once I finally do get her attention, she tells me my reservation (or any cars at all!) is not available. She makes no attempt to help, then picks up the phone and starts talking again. Great company. Great website. Great employee. I will be sticking with Enterprise. ..

Had booked Dodge. Liked the service. Price was also pretty reasonable.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive ever been through. DO NOT use Hertz and especially do not use this location. These people are the scum of the earth!

Horrible customer service. Disorganized, failed to deliver what they’d promised, and were unapologetic about it.

Great, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.
