This place, like others have mentioned, is a scam. They have no customer service, rush you through signing the contract and never bring to your attention super shady conditions they put on the contract. After they had already inspected the van and cleared it without any problems whatsoever, they called me an hour later saying there was a chip on the windshield and after I told them then why did you clear the inspection an hour ago, they said theyd send a pic the next day of the chip, which they never did, which proves to you how shady they are. They also pen in the condition that you can only drive the car only 25 miles/day without ever pointing it out to you. What car rental place places a 25miles/day restriction on people and still charge $100/day, and then want another $100/day if you go over the 25 mile limit?? Huge scammers at this place. Please dont fall for it like i did.

Fraud alert people!!! For everyone seeing this please stay away and never approach to rent a vehicle with this company. They are the same as this SD Auto Rental. They kept my $500 deposit and created a groundless story saying that we delivered the car with cracked windshield and without gas cap. We delivered the car to the same place and time guided by that woman called Maria who handed the car to us to the same place where we got the vehicle nearby the mall. They do not have a physical business location and signed the contract and paid over an iPad at the spot. We delivered the car on Sunday afternoon to the same location, sent the picture and video of the car parked and gas cap. How in the world they came up with the cracked windshield and gas cap? This is just unbelievable and unacceptable for what happened. I called and now they blocked me so I won’t be able to reach them out. I won’t stop and karma will also do her job properly. Criminals!!!

I am in the military my car broke down at 2 AM in the morning I called every single rental car company nobody would answer the phone I spoke to Maria at Airport car rental and I was able to get a quick drop off of a car rental it took less than five minutes at 2 AM in the morning great service I even was able to return the car at the airport in San Diego I will send all of my military friends thank you so much to you for saving us at 2 AM in the morning I would recommend this company with a five star rating!

This place is total scam. Do not do any business with them. Their address on google is not an actual address 7750 el Camino real b, Carlsbad Ca 92009. I need a car at 11 pm. I got a Lyft ride to the address, but the lyft driver couldn’t find the Airport rental office in above address. I called the place, the assistant wanted me to text message him my driver License, credit card, and my car insurance information and wait by gas station in that area for 20 minutes until he process my information before send me a car that I didn’t d not see. When I asked them about their ways of business, their representative call me name and tell me that I am uptight and need a counseling.
