Our cat got a flat about 60 miles outside of Carlsbad. We tried other services first with horrible experience. Elite loaded up a loaner car so my entire family could get into town, came out late at night, let us drive ahead to get the kids in bed and then dropped the car off. The driver was amazing. Very professional and super friendly. Thank you for helping to make a bad experience not too bad.

Super friendly and helpful. Towed my short bus out of Orla and let me keep it in their lot while fixing it. They do everything in their power to help in a timely fashion and not overcharge anyone. They’ve got the equipment to tow and recover just about anything.

These guys are extremely professional and fast ..i drive a tractor trailer and they got me out of the stuck situation I was in carefully, professionally, and quicker than I expected. They even showed me how to get where I needed to go since roads had been washed out..AMAZING SERVICE!!!!

Told me they were going back to their yard to grab more cable and never came back or even called. I wouldnt recommend them if they were the only wreckers in town

I came in for a flare to be repaired and when they tried to remove the tire a chuck come out the side. They called out to the shop and explained they would make it right. They not only worked with me to get the huge tires for my truck that let me Barrow a tire so I could make it to work. They bought me a new tire and paid half of the second tire k owing it would ride wrong with one new tire. They were honest and hard working. They worked with my schedule and took great care of me. Please if you need tires they are where to go. Honest hard working people. Thank you guys.

Friendly and courteous staff and reasonable prices.Over the weekend as I was stranded on side of the road, I called several other tow companies and had no luck, but these guys did answer and were prepared to help..they were fast, friendly, and courteous and while hooking up they did a great job, and were cautious and attentive.I would use Elite Tire Tow Services again if I needed to, and would most definitely recommend them.

Very Unsatisfied!! I bought 4 new tires at this place, horribly customer service, when I brought my vehicle in, they had me pull my truck in and made me take the spare down myself, then some guy comes in complaining he’s been waiting over an hour he says. So I had to pull my truck out and waited about 2.5 hrs. I got my tires finally but apparently they don’t know how to Balance tires or use a torque wrench broke lug stud but of course it’s not their fault. Tried to drive my truck to work it was shaking so bad i could hardly stay on the road. I took it back told them what happened, they “say” they balanced them, if they did they don’t know how cause they were Not. So I’m talking with Mike the Manager he said they would fix it. When I told him I don’t want the unexperienced kid working on my truck again he said that’s all your gonna get, I asked him to do it but he said he doesn’t get his hands dirty. Really, very unprofessional. Well I told him I don’t trust that kid to touch my truck so I spoke my mind!!!And of course he didn’t like it so I agreed to leave.When I finally got them balanced somewhere else guess what 3 very unbalanced tires, at least they got 1 right. They are gonna hurt people!! Stay Away

There are some really wonderful people working at this place I came in and needed a tire I had been out of work for a little bit and I had just got my first paycheck which is was a small one however this tire was about to blow and I am very grateful to them because I got to go home and see my husband and I and I will tell anybody to go to them for tires for Towing they help people out when they can but they are a business and theyre in business to make money but they are good people talk to him they are great caring human beings and I hope that their kindness goes out into the world and then comes right back to them and God bless him theyre good people theyllll take care of you and know what theyre doing!!👍👍👍👍

Well they took the spare off they fixed the tire put it back on however they did not put the spare away and there was one other thing I to I dont know but anyways um I believe that the staff doing the patching of the tire is good efficient fast however theres a little bit of a miss service there in that they did not put spare away for me and Im a disabled woman so there you have it

I wish I could leave 0 stars, ordered my tires one day then went back the next and they had ordered the wrong tires. Which really wasn’t a big deal, mistakes do happen. The big deal was how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was. I can only imagine how much business they lose cause of her. Their also very unorganized and all over the place. The only thing I’m happy about, is taking my business else where.

This place is hands down amazing!I was here visiting my fiancé and got a nail in my tire. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me time to call my fiancé to figure out what he wanted to do! I felt bad cause I didn’t want to waist there time but they were so patient. I do not have a shipping address so they allowed me to ship my tire I am buying since they didn’t have the one we wanted and put it on for me! They are all just very genuine caring people.

We used US Rider and Elite was their provider. While it took them a while to get to us, as we were in a remote location, they were very pleasant on the phone. Called when he picked up our vehicle, and was the nicest wrecker service I dealt with on the phone. Clint was the dispatcher, we did not meet Cliff, the driver.

Made the call lol and they came so quick broke down on 285. Blocking traffic at a bad time. Drive backed up hooked my Jeep and had it chain and locked tight before I could get in tow truck. The price I paid was shockingly low compared to the past towing charges I have paid. A+ for this company

Locally owned tire sales & service center. Very helpful owner, good service, fair prices on new tires. Decent selection. I needed something special and he had it in the next day. Plenty of parking for big rigs (RVs, etc,) and over the road tractor trailers (18 wheelers). Across the street from Wal-Mart and IHOP.

Excellent service, great people, and good prices. We will be going back next time.

I use my car for work and use this place USUALLY... BUT I will no longer use you guys. The reason is I paid $24 for you to tell me you cant fix my tire! I wasnt looking for it to be free, but you could have given me a discount. I will tell all my coworkers not to use you either.

Terrible service! Gave us a quote then after it was done charged us 800 more than what we were told. We called and asked why Alfred owner hung up on us. Drivers said he was rude and arrogant!!! BEWARE!! Very dishonest!

After running my truck pretty hard in the oil fields I broke down and thanks to Elite Wrecker and Towing services I was able to get back on track ASAP. Overpriced for the quality of their work, expect to spend three hours here for a tire rotation and dont expect for your tires to be balanced correctly. Now I have to go pay for someone else to balance my tires CORRECTLY for trying to save a couple dollars and get it done sooner it’s gonna cost me more time and money. There’s a reason why this place can take you in same day, cause they do awful work. Would wait and go somewhere else if I was you.

Just another penny gouge

Good service, friendly BUT tightened lug bolts so tight all 8 broke off. Did not turn down torque setting from semis all bolts broke off, tire, wheel gone fender skirts broken to pieces

Very disappointed in this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They said they were coming both times I called them. I’m 2 hours away. Lies. Just lies. Never came. Never called me to saying they couldn’t make it. Just sad.

Terrible service, quality of work did not meet my expectations. I paid a lot of money for nothing. not only that the work was done for a long time, but they cheated me more. I am disappointed.

Bad service. Told me they could pick up our driver and van. 2 hours later my driver called them and they fell behind and let know one know and said it would be two more hours. They just had us waiting on them. I understand that things happen but they could have gave us a heads up to make other arrangements.

Only giving 2 Stars because the Receiptionist was extremely nice. I got my tires rotated and balanced and when they where done the air had never been checked and properly inflated for the front and back. I have my doughts that the balance was even done. So when I pulled up to the door to have my tires inflated I asked about resetting the sensors and the owner informs me that it will be an extra $45 for this. Excuse me, This comes standard where I am from, and the owner replies, the machine isn’t free and walks off. I also had the pay extra because my rims are 20” and it’s an extra charge over 18”. Never again will I go to this place. Price gouging unfriend business minded owner there.

While I was on a road trip across the country I misjudged my mileage and ran out of gas on the 180 close to the New Mexico State line.. The closest town was Carlsbad nm. After calling every tow company I found it wasnt looking good for my wallet or schedule.. Elite referred me to some more local companys that were closer to me.. After a few minutes I received a call back from elite just checking on me.. After telling him I couldnt afford the few hundred dollars for gas he said he will work with me and headed out my way.. He arrived with in the hour and was nothing but professional and very helpful!! I would recommend elite over any other tow companys if you are in that area! Thanks again elite I really appreciate your help, it made my day and kept me on schedule. Thanks a lot!!

Took 3 hours from the time the driver said he was heading to me which was about 15 miles out of town to get to me and drop the vehicle back off in town. When I called for a quote the only charges I was told over the phone was a $115 for the callout and 2.75 per mile. When all said and done cost about 344.40 for a tow. ridiculous the time and charges that were hidden fees Im guessing. The driver did fixed the problem but be careful with them undisclosed fees.

I purchased 2 steer tires from town, $882 I paid for it, I asked Elite Tire Service to pick it up and do a road service for us, instead they picked the tires and never installed it on our truck. I called the local sheriff, he said cant help us, to take it to court, everyone is connected there, Stay away from this shop, dont waste your time and money. I hope they will lose more than $882....

Replaced my air compressor on the truck charged me 1700 $ the air compressor broke on me 2 months later I had to tow my truck to get it replaced it was expensive. Called to get the broken one replaced or refunded they owner said to call on Monday becouse they are closed.. I called Monday they said Im sorry we wont do nothing about and when I continued to explain he said sorry were closed and hung up, never picked up again.

Jesus came with a humble and with a servants mentality. The owner of this store is neither . The receptionist was awesome and couldnt have been nicer..was quoted $150 for a simple job and changed OVER double.

Good qhick service.and they have a tow service with plenty of tow trucks to tow a car or a loaded 18 wheeler.thdy have plenty of different size tow trucks to take care of any vechicle that may need a tow.

1 star for the female receptionist. She is the only kind thing about Elite Tire. Everything else is a price gouging, rip off. $50 to rotate tires? $60 to take off and replace 2 side by side tires? Numbingly slow service. Inexperienced workers. They should take some of the crazy amounts of money they charge and train their employees.

They are horrible, they tried to charge me 480 to fix a single tire. The tire they fixed got flat 40 meters down the road. Disgusting service and people. Do not call here, they will rip you off, use you and leave you deserted on the road. If there was anything below 1 star I would give it.

The Worst service!!!!They not only charged 200 for a new Proxes tire witch is originally 120They also had our worker put the tire on himself because he supposedly had back pain and then, the tire size wasnt the one we had asked for.They took a smaller one and didnt mention it until they arrived to the job.I tried to talk with ALFRED but he didnt give a flying ****.They are rude and very unprofessional!Over charge you and try to hide the fact that the tire isnt the right size.DONT CALL THIS PLACE.They dont deserve the 1 star ⭐️

I have given this place 2 chances and both times was left disappointed....first tire bought from there went flat within a few days....2nd tire bought from them ended up getting a ball on the sidewall within a week....refused to fix the problem on either one....to me that shows low quality product and bad customer service....not to mention the prices are higher for a lower quality tire....i wish we still had Trace and MTA ....i will only be getting my tires from Forrest Tire again.

Horrible place to have work done. Had my tires rotated and they didnt even tighten the front drivers side lug nuts. The tire almost came off while driving. Called and complained and was told What do you want me to do about it.

Never got any service done set in the office for about 35 to 40 min. Then when we finally got a chance to ask how much longer it was going to take we still had a 30min or so waiting time. All we went to go get done was to fix a slow leak on 1 tire.

The owner from the shop Alfred is an idiot,he just wanna make money from nothing,they double charge me for the job and after we left the shop was same problem.When we return back he say we need to pay more to go forward and found what is wrong.Just avoid this place,they have no idea what they doing.
