The original estimation I received from the dealership (recommended by the insurance company) was denied and the insurance said they don’t even accept it. Found Mr. Hilly in a google search. Fast appointment. Very accommodating on location. On time. Quoted price was the price I paid (no surprises). Professional. Thorough. You can tell he not only knows what he’s doing but he’s a car guy so he knows what he’s looking at. Answered all my questions and gave me very helpful information. The end result: insurance paid exactly what his report said they should. Worth every penny for the report.

I contacted several companies to give me a diminished value claim. When I received my quote from auto appraisal network I was stunned. They came in thousands lower than other companies. You pay upfront for the report so if you are unhappy with it then your at a loss. I wont be using this company again and recommend anyone looking for a diminished value claim to check with other sources first that dont charge upfront until they give you the report and you agree with findings. I dont think they understand the difference between a base model and fully loaded models with factory performance packages that add thousands to the value. On a positive note I now have great photos of my car so at least I got something out of them.

We used this company to fight our insurance company on the value of our totaled car. Our appraiser,Jude Hilly, did everything and made the process so simple. The original offer before we hired an appraiser did not even cover our loan. When Jude was done we not only had enough to pay off the loan but had a down payment as well. Worth every penny!

I live in Hawaii but have been looking at trucks in the Dan Diego area. Found one I liked but needed someone to look at it for me and came across Judes company on line. Though I did not need a full appraisal he willing to check it out and give me feed back.
