If I could rate any lower I would. Rude. Makes you feel like you are a burden to even be standing in their building. Not helpful whatsoever. Both times I have been in there have been the exact same way. Terrible customer service. The people on here giving positive reviews HAVE to be friends trying to help.

Interesting place with some selection but didnt find what I needed. Did find it at another wrecker they referred me to so they are service oriented and willing to help you.

Guy working was rude, had zero knowledge of what was in the parts yard, will not sell smaller pieces as a typical wrecker would only large full body pieces that are over priced. Just an inside door skin for an old truck was over 100$... would not recommend 👎

I have dealt with them for 25yrs. They are a small yard in a small town. They dont have a huge selection, but when they do-they are a life saver. Also they haul off junk cars for free. I own Caveman Auto Repair in Carlsbad. I sometimes get abandoned vehicles that are not worth the repair. I can rely on Carlsbad Wrecking to haul them off. They dont have a huge inventory of parts, but when they do they have always stood behind parts 100%. And have given warranty when required. Also have given good advice several times in the past.

When u need a part they very helpful and if they dont have it they go an extra step to find it on the internet

DO NOT USE!!!They are rude and will offer you nothing.They wanted to give me $30 for my car (which was not totaled or anything of the sort) and when I told him them that the gas alone in the car was worth more than that they hung up on me! They are only in it to make huge profit off of your desperate situation.If you need to get rid of a car use either Rustys Junk Car Buyer or just donate it for a large tax deduction.I would rate lower than one star if I could.
