Dave was great to work with! Being the first time renting out a property, Dave was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions and handle/coordinate anything the property needed. Rented from Dave for a couple of years in Carlisle. Was very responsive to issues and made minor upgrades. I do miss the house we rented. The carriage house and back brick patio are lovely and private. The wood floors, especially upstairs, are beautiful. Amazing amount of storage. Loved the working wood fireplace. Dave knows how to work with his tenants. He made it possible for me to create the space I wanted.
