Dave was honestly the best landlord Ive had in 40 years of living. Hes a friendly guy who really cares about his tenants. Whenever I needed something, he was extremely responsive. I rented from Dave for seven years, and only left because I purchased my own house. I highly recommend AFP if you are looking to rent in the Carlisle area!!

I am a previous tenent of Allen and Fleming partnerships and I wish I still rented off of them! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Carlisle area. If I didnt move out of town I would still be living where I was. My apt was on N. Bedford Street which was in nice walking ditance to everything downtown. The apt was well kept and didnt have any major issues. If I did have any issues I would call Dave and he would be over asap to help me. He was always friendly and helpful if I needed anything. I miss renting off of them!!
