Always a pleasure to pick up here

I mostly do drop and hook here. Guards, yard guy and shipping/receiving staff are always very professional and respectful. They provide a very clean restroom and free coffee for drivers, no complain so far, very consistent and good place.

Loading by appointment only and if you show up 30 min early they will tell you to come beck at the exact appointment time. They will make sure that the loading time will take at least 2 hrs even if the freight is ready. If you have a load booked for straight delivery, don’t count on them to load you early, it will be 2 hrs after the appointment time. If the broker booked the load at 41000 lbs it will be 43500 with the pallets. If the broker is trying to convince you that you will get loaded early, better don’t rely on that at all.

Loaded quickly plenty of room to maneuver around

Good place, staff is friendly. Appointment times are set they will take you only 30 minutes Prior to appointment time. Vending machine, microwave, bathroom available. Plenty of room for backing and turning around. Unload/load is decent not to bad. They will let you take a 10hr break if needed. If not there is 4 major truck stops north of here about 6 miles.

Unloading here is pretty quick and staff are pretty cool arrived about 20 min late but they didn’t say a word about it they simply just gave me a door and I was done in like 15 minutes. Gotta disconnect or surrender keys here but unloading is so fast I didn’t even mind like I do at most places that have this practice I would definitely deliver here again

Every time I come here the treatment is pleasant an same for getting loaded!!! No complaints an the gal at the front desk is very pleasant to deal with... No issues from me..... Just an FYI the place Im reviewing is bay valley not sure if key distribution is the same place but the address is 1700 Ritner...

Staff are serious and enthusiastic. The pick-up time is 10am today. The goods were not ready yesterday. Put down Triler. We went to rest. Like them for their work attitude and efficiency. Thank

4 hrs still waiting for a dock to be loaded

Great shipper! Cool, nice staff. Dock doors are easy to get into. Free water and coffee inside. They might even allow you to overnight park after youre loaded, if you ask first. Just because this plavr6is great, doesnt mean the place youre delivering to will be great. If youre going to SuperValu in Harrisburg, you should NOT book the load! Best place for drivers . Free wifi and coffee. 1 hour max for unloading and night parking available also. 👍

VERY slow shipper checked in at 13:20 for 18:00 app didnt get loaded till 22:10

Cant check in right until your appointment time(5 mins early) they offer over night parking fast unload process. Great friendly staff here as well

Very good place on time load

The only reason you would have to wait is if you are late for your appointment. Anything after 30 minutes and you are late. If you are late, you will be worked into a door as soon as possible.
