I checked in at 10AM for a 1PM appointment. They gave me a door immediately and I was empty by 1130AM. No problems at all.

Fail, not a single phone call or person to complete their job. Or even a number to talk to someone. Or plain old let a driver know a light doesnt work. Could have saved 2 hours of my life... which we know means nothing to this company.

Old man at the gate is really nice but office is slow getting back with him, not too bad, its a busy place.

Very bad place 6 hours tom10 hours pickup and delivery don’t come here no buddy here listen to you only god can do something driver can’t do nothing so better don’t come

Arrived 4 hrs late from delivery appointment ... this customer put me in dock and unloaded full load within the hour .. fantastic! .. I assume that they needed product .. BTW, I was late because Broker set unreasonable appointment time. Disregarding transit time and Shipper delay.

I see some good reviews people who come here to deliver but guys think twice before you come here for pickup super slow or only come if gotta take 10 hours break

Arrived here on time, got through the gate and docked quickly They loaded about 5k lbs on to my trlr. No activity for over 1.5 hours. Still red light and no BOLs. Hope I get my Detention Pay!

Oh my god i just came here at 3:00 pm my appointment was 4:00 pm and im still in the dock and the light is green im almost 3 hours 30 minutes in the door and the guy came behind me they are loading and also this The man does not have a appointment as he told me, they do not know the justice between the drivers

I came here at 1.30 and appointment was at 3pm. They ask me to come back at 2.50pm. I came back at 2.50 pm and got dock now its 10pm no sign of shipper. I told my company not to send any driver to pick up or deliver here. No respect for truck driver time. Now i have to stay overnight because some bad management, managers, supervisors, shippers. Why even gave somebody appointment when u know u have bad management. Request to all stay away from this location.

I have arrived at pick up location 3 hrs earlier. They said I have to wait for my scheduled appointment. I have been already waiting for 9 hrs but they did not start loading the truck. It was horrible place. Do not waste your time doing business with them. I would give them no star at all.

I Arrived 1hr early, no issues empty within half an hour. Excellent company.

Loading and unloading crew are fast, the best.The people at the gate and the shipping office are quite SLOW.

Yet again another place that dont care about drivers been here for 5 hours was on time and still yet to be loaded .... then all the doors are locked so you cant even talk to someone to find out whats going on.... dont recommend this place to get loads from at all!!

It should been a drop & hook so not the case 2.5 hours just waiting for them to start loading. I won’t be back....

Product not ready for appointment 6 am started loading at 9:10

Checkin twice and first time too early second time they talk about the load and said that theywanted you to wait for 6，7hrs.Or you can call your dispatch. They dont care about your feelings and time.

Only thing I can say is get here at least an hour before the appt time. Was in and out in an hour. Maybe beginners luck for my first time here but not too bad.

Checked in at 17:15 for an 18:00 live load. Didnt get loaded until 03:30. Had a whole break. No thanks

Checked in at time 4pm appointment time. They started loading at 7:30pm. 5 hours and still not loaded yet. Very slow

Checked in 1245 pm. Appointment time 1300, didnt get out until 952 pm. Will never go back. Still waiting on my detention.

What kind of DC doesnt have an answering machine for phone calls? All it does is ring over and over.

2nd time here, always a process to get loaded, first time I was 5 mins late, made me wait an hour and a half to start loading me, second time I get here a half an hour early, thereafter like 8 trucks at the gate so guess what,? Yup stuck here half the night again, for a few pallets. Ridiculous

I spent half my day trying to replace the handles on my post hole digger ...your new handles have pre drilled holes....one hundredth of an inch off...dirty...dirty americans.

The gate is slow, but if your doing a Lul. They get right to you once in the dock. Pretty quick considering other places. Assume you will spend about one hour here

Fast live load checked in at 8:30 appointment time was 9am was loaded and gone by 9:30

I am impressed by all department .. Front guys Weslie and Jarod allotrd me gate number in 5 mins and i am loaded in 25 mins .. So for me it was good experience

Hi Truckers, waiting in a line for check in 4 trucks head of me, took me like 20 minutes in line, check in 10 minutes before my appointment, in and out with in 2 hours

40min to get to the gate when all I was doing was dropping off an empty trlr for my company.

I don’t know what to say. Got here and there are 5 trucks waiting at the gate to get in. No one is at the guard shack. Two trucks are waiting to leave but they’re locked inside the gate. Drivers’ time mean nothing apparently to these people.
