Extremely professional and very nice people. It was a pleasure getting loaded here. If your running behind call. If you have any negative experience here it’s you not them and you should work on your attitude. If every shipper was this pleasant and friendly the world would be a better place. It’s a loves less then 15 miles away.

I pick up cocoa here, always a quick load and very friendly. Just make sure your reefer is clean and dry if you are picking up cocoa (building 2 usually) not overly strict on appointments but I wouldnt push it.

Very nice guys here, in and out fast. No overnight parking but once delivery is completed you can park behind building for couple hours.

I delivered load at 660 Allen Road, Building 2. They are nice people and quick unloading. The only thing is strange, shipping & receiving hours are only till 2:30 pm. I reached there around 315 pm for delivery but waited there till the next morning.

Quick unloading, by appointment, no overnight parking. They let drivers use clean washroom,which is plus point.

They were pretty fast at loading me and getting me to a door. Fast check in at one building and then they send you to another building to get loaded. They were quite fast in there. I was probably out of there in approximately 20-30 min. Ive been here in the past and it was the same.

Good place. They load you fast. If you get here too early, they have parking in there back lot. If they aint too busy they will take you early.

Gotta pick up load 2 miles down the road (Allen bld 15) on Logistics drive by Burger King. Restroom and lots of maneuvering space there.

Very well organized. I was unladen within my time frame. The received BOL was ready in good time. It was a smooth delivery all around.

By far the best Warehouse I’ve ever been to the broker made an appointment to early I called and they changed it for me no problem I got there at 11:30 with backed in and gone by 1230 place is spotless and the staff is really nice I wish all where houses were like this

Everyone was nice if you don’t want to unhook then yes you have to hand in your keys. But if you unhook then you don’t. Just park across from your trailer and wait to be called. Got unloaded three hours before my appointment. They do have a lounge and bathroom and vending machines. Grab a coffee. Didn’t take long to unload there quick.

Great place. Our appt was at 10 am and all 39K pounds were off the trailer by 10:45.The staff was friendly as well.There is no overnight parking and idling isnt allowed. You are required to turn in your keys before you can get loaded / unloaded, also you will also need to slide your tandems all the way back.Overall it was an efficient and uneventful experience.

No overnight parking on site. However, I parked across the street on the shoulder without being bothered. Arrived on time and got right into a door. They make you turn in your keys which I dislike. 1 hour in the door before they started loading. 45 minutes to load the truck after that. Generally nice staff. Overall not a bad stop.

I wish every Distribution center was like them. My appointment was 7am and 7:30 they were done. What a great facility to deliver to

Use to work there. No room for growth, they only promote those with College education. I’ve seen people that have worked there for years get denied a promotion just to give it to a 23 year old fresh out of school with no real experience. I was always on time and the work was dismal. I Volunteered seven days a week a lot of the time met a girl who I started liking, finally a bit of happiness. Gave her a small kiss and Management found out fired me and fired the girl that was only there for one week. Gave us no warning or options just fired us. They are a horrible place to work for and care little about the people who sacrifice so much to be there. Shame on them

You have to give youre keys... what if you have Asma like me. What if its 95 degrees, what if its 25 degrees?.. So its ok for the refers to run but its not ok for you to be comfortable in your truck? It doesnt deserve one star.

Took them 7 hrs to load, although we had an appointment. Communication was insufficient, they just let us wait and couldnt answer our questions. Very unprofessional.

I work with Berks and Beyond and this place is a good place to work at. It has great ppl to work with.
