After recently moving to the area and renting a home in Cape Coral with a well, I was unaware of the upkeep of it. I was not educated in what needed to he done on a regular basis and was a little overwhelmed. I called Water Medic and asked for someone to come out and go over what was involved and I had the pleasure of meeting Colt Adams the Master technician who spent time explaining everything. He is an exceptional technician who loves his job and it shows. Very happy with the service Water medic offers and the knowledge he shared.

5 stars does not do this company enough justice. I spoke to three different people on the phone (yes Im that guy... and I apologize for not remembering the womans name but shes incredible) and they were pateint and answered all my questions. We have used them for pool service (Cody) and well equipment service (Colt) and they are absolute professionals who are going to give you an honest assessment of your needs and are beyond knowledgeable. You have earned a customer for life and we cannot thank you enough.

We have needed Water Medic 3 times over the last 14 years and each time they were very responsive and always provided top notch service. Yesterday our well pump went out early evening and we called them. Matt responded within 5 minutes and assisted me I trying to diagnose the problem by telephone. At 7am Joey arrived and tested our system. The pump was bad and they provided a fair quote to replace the pump, connections, etc. When I returned home later, the job was done, system tested and working perfect. They left no debris behind. We are extremely happy with their quick response and timely repair and would HIGHLY recommend them!!

I have been a customer for 13 years. Water Medic installed and services my reverse osmosis. After all this time I have to say they are a great company. After hour (late night and Sunday) calls are answered and responded to. I have recommended this company to at least 6 friends and they are all satisfied with the service received.

So I spoke to a gentleman named Matt who works emergency calls. I informed him I didn’t have any water he ran me through a simple troubleshoot and Bam it was my 110 outlet and it turned out that a RFI popped. I will continue to use Water Medic because anytime I have an issue they help. They could have easily came out and charged me but it’s not all about money to them it’s satisfied customers. Matt your the man!!

I am so glad I switched to Water Medic even though they just raised the price. The reason I’m staying is John, my service tech. He not only does a great job at what he is supposed to do but he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of my pool system. I go through my receipts and he does what he is supposed to do when he is supposed to do it.I have a salt pool and know that it a different from a chlorine pool and the service tech has to be aware of the differences. John treats my pool correctly. The last company I used didn’t know how to service a salt pool or understand the pool equipment. .John is also very personable. I look forward to him coming each week and so does my dog, Pepper.Water Medic is lucky to have a person like John in their employ. It’s my fault that Hohn may take a little longer to complete his calls at my house only because we typically engage in very pleasant conversation plus he stops to pet Pepper who is by his side the entire servicing. He does his job and I never feel that he is rushing through his tasks because he is running late but doing everything correctly while engaging in conversation with me and petting Pepper.My pool has has never looked so clean and the equipment is running as it should all thanks to John.He is very diligent about his job and will let me know if he doesn’t have an answer to a question and follows up with me the following week or sooner or has a ‘specialist’ from Water Medic come out and take care of my issue.I don’t know if I’d stay with Water Medic if it wasn’t for John. He goes above and beyond his job description.

Had Water Medic (Scott) out to my home today to look at my pool equipment. All problems with the pool were quickly resolved and I am more then pleased with their service. They responded very quickly and I would very highly recommend them for any services that they offer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - highly recommended!

We have had a issue with our water system for the past few months, 2 companies and many hundreds of dollars later...we lost all water to our home last night, called water medic at 7:30am... Adrian the tech came out and worked diligently, repaired our problem and solved a issue noo e else could. And did it all at a fraction of the cost of the other companies . Nothing but respect for Adrian, he was respectful and well mannered 100%. Can not say enough about this young man! Water Medic is a superb service provider to this house. Rick and his team are both professional and responsive. Water Medic uses an often times overlooked process called planned maintenance, so instead of waiting for something to breakdown or require emergency repair, Water Medic schedules maintenance beforehand. Its a great concept and one that makes Water Medic a 5-Star business.

Bill came out to test our water and explain all of the options we had to solve our hard water problems. He was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no sales pressure and pricing was fair. When we made the decision to have the Halo water conditioner installed they were flexible with scheduling and we did not have to be home for the install. Jake installed our system and was just as excellent. He was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. He communicated with us several times by phone to make sure everything went smoothly and we were totally satisfied with the install. We highly recommend Water Medic!

We moved to FL in April from NYC. The house we bought has a large pool that was already in contract with Water Medic. So we choose to just continue using our pool guy John. Well he has turned out to be one of the best pool guys I have ever come across. My pool is always crystal clear and any issues he takes care of right away. He even teaches us things so we know and understand better. My kids love when John comes they go out and greet him every week! He has become not just our weekly pool guy but a friend too. We love water medic and love John highly recommend this company ask for John he’s the best!!!

I have to say that I am very impressed with this company. Their owner is very involved in the business. Him and his wife came out to our home to look at the job. Then after his employees installed the equipment the owner came out again to look at the installation and test the water. Very happy and would highly recommend them.

My well system stopped working and a worker named Jay came out immediately and found the problem for free. He even fixed what was wrong because it was an easy fix, and he told me that part of my pump system needed to be replaced soon. He wrote me a description so I could call and order the part in the future. My water works again and Im so grateful, because anyone else wouldve charged me just to come and troubleshoot. I am giving 1star because I have to but in reality they deserve les than that. Supposedly they repair my water system 1 month ago and now is broken they said it has a 1 yr warranty which is not true because now they want to charge us again for replacing what they already replace 1 month ago. Try a different company. SCAM, SCAM HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I contracted with Water Medic about 3 years ago to replace my pool heater and pump. Since then I have called them from time to time with questions. My primary contact has been Scott. They have always been great about answering my questions and getting back to me promptly. Just the other day we noticed that the pump they put in had a small leak. They sent someone over to check it out right away. Then today they came back to make the repair, all under warranty. Cant say enough about there service. I highly recommend them.

Shawn does my maintenance on my reverse osmosis system. He is always here the first of every month and he is also a very polite person. We are very happy with the service he provides to us.

Water Medic has come out to our rental house several times. Work is always done in a timely manner. They typically know exactly what is going on. Today I had an issue with them just showing up to take pictures of our water system. In a rental, you are typically given 24 hour notice when a vendor is showing up. All I asked for was a call before they just show up- this isn’t much to ask for. Our landlord didn’t even know that you were coming. A knock on my door is not notice. Thanks for always doing a good job when we have a problem. Please just communicate with people.

Jake from water medic came by on the weekend for a no water call and had us up and running in no time, also got us on the monthly service so we no longer have to worry :) Absolute life saver. Never hesitate to give Water Medic a call for any of your Home Well needs.

Our pool tech is John, and we think he is the best! The pool at our rental was so green and brown when we first got here. He was here every day for about a week, and the pool was clearing up in just a few days! Hes very personable and is willing to answer all of our questions too!We recently had him back because we had mustard algae we just couldnt get rid of, after shocking the pool 4 times. Water Medic. Is the place to get a Whole House Reverse Osmosis System. They were the first company in Cape Coral installing them, since the year 2000. They have many competitors now, but cannot compare to the service contract that Water Medic offers with the RO system.

Water Medic of Cape Coral is a professional business with tremendous service.Although I am living in lake placid Florida, 2 hours driving from Cape Coral they came at home and made a tremendous job on my all home osmosis system.Rich, the owner, is a very nice guy.He responds to my demand on Sunday evening and went at home two days after.The job they did was great for a fair price.Definitely I recommend this business.Thanks guys for all you did.You deserve success.I appreciated.

Be sure & read all of this--it has a VERY HAPPY ENDING!!!!! We are new in Cape Coral -- just moved from CO & havent had any problems arise at our house that my husband, who can usually fix anything, til yesterday. He went outside & saw water coming from the holding tank. He tried to figure it out & decided he couldnt & called Water Medic because there was a sticker on the holding tank. Audrina was very nice & said she would send someone out to look at it. Brad was here in minutes!! WOW! That in itself was a wonderful surprise. Not only did he fix the problem quickly & efficiently, he was also so very nice and friendly!!! All went well & we were very happy. Early this morning, Water Medic called to see how everything was going (again, great customer service) & we told him we were very pleased. Then, a little later we found we had no water!! Again, my husband tried to figure it out, called Water Medic & spoke with Audrina again & she said shed have someone call us back. A few minutes later, Arielle called back & she, too, was very nice & explained to my husband that it was not what Brad worked on--it was something different & she explained how to fix it over the phone & IT WAS DIFFERENT & what she told us WORKED!!! Now, we have water & no leaks & are SO pleased & more than satisfied & would HIGHLY recommend Water Medic & their staff !!!! We are definitely going to use them for all our future needs!!!!

Called Water Medic and from start to finish everything was wonderful. The receptionist was very polite (Ashley was her name) she took the call and thoroughly explained everything. Johnathan the tech came out and went over everything with me and wrote up an estimate explaining what he had found. He was friendly and had an extremely welcoming attitude. The pricing also was unbeatable. It was really nice to have someone come out and actually explain our issues to us so we could better understand what was going on. We will have the repairs done by them and I defiantly would recommend then to anyone. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for this company. Thank you again.An update to my review:They came out today to do the repair itself and what wonderful service we got. The gentleman was very nice and the water works great. He also got us set up for a monthly service plan. We couldn’t be happier with water medic.

Every time I have called them they try to walk you through items to check and save you from unnecessary service calls. They went above and beyond this last time when we had no water. Lets just say if you want a company that is reasonably priced, quick to respond and stands behind their work this is the company to call.

Cant say enough good things about this company. Woke up Monday morning with no water pressure. Called Water Medic, they showed up within an hour. Our below ground pump had failed among other things that dominoed as well. Then we find out the pipe had melted and the pump was stuck. They gave us options and fixes that were reasonable. They had it fixed by the next day. From the first tech onsite, to the boom truck operator to the fabulous crew of 2 that set the new pump, they were friendly, straight talking, not trying to upsell anything! They were absolutely our Water Angels. Call Them!

The experience was wonderful I have a new tank after 11 years with the old one Scott V is definitely a wonderful person and an asset for Water Medic amazing person with amazing personality patient careful with everything he do, I don’t have not even a little thing that I can say wrong this guys are very good and careful with the job the same way with Jefrey the maintenance person it’s a shame that in all this years I never take time to do this. Darrin and Dough is the best ! I recently had them replace my bad pump in the well . They are very helpful and gladly answered all my question regarding the pump and how it works. Then they checked my reverse Osmosis system to make sure that it is running. To their finding that the floater switch was bad and was cut off . Darrin and Dough fixed that too. Unfortunately all previous work was done by Waterman 911!. I was glad I decide to get Water Medic service instead . They have been really helpful. Thank u again Water Medic . I just want to express our sincere gratitude for an amazing job by your company. My husband and I woke up on a Monday morning to no water in our home. I called my father who owns Darling’s Daughters water company and he told me to call water medic because they are fantastic people. I called and the lady was so very nice and she told me she’d have someone come right out. The technician arrived in 45 minutes and we live in Lehigh Acres near Alva. I couldn’t believe how fast he got here. He was very nice and took a look at all of our equipment and told me it was the pressure tank which needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair price and installed the new tank right way. He did a fantastic job and the water worked right away. I feel so blessed to have been recommended to such a great company. Seems like a great company. Its a bit expensive, but they have fixed and replaced any faulty equipment to my system ASAP. no complaints. I get a courtesy call every visit to make sure my dog is inside.

Best water company! Rich, the owner and his team are punctual, clean, polite, and most importantly the best in their business! they are honest and back up their equipment. It works flawlessly. Water Medic performs the monthly maintenance on my water softener system, and I am very happy with their service. Ive called them several times after hours due to issues with my water softener or well, and theyve patiently walked me through some diagnostic steps over the phone, avoiding the cost of a service call. The office staff and technicians are always polite and are very knowledgeable.

This company has been servicing my pool and taking care of my salt service for MANY years. I need not worry about one thing. Weve had some issues with a pool leak and they have gone above and beyond helping with the contractor to figure things out, get our cage open etc. Jen is an amazing pool gal, Rich is super friendly, always available and Jake is out of this world on assisting with ANY thing that is out of the ordinary and the ordinary too. We arent there all the time and just the peace of mind is worth a million dollars. Which Ill keep in mind should I ever get a million! lol Hands down the best company in the area.

Water Medic just installed a new pool heater at our home. They were remarkable to do business with. From my first call to Ariel who helped me with prices and information about the pump they carried and advised me on the parts/labor warranty advantages. Once I gave her the go ahead one of their pool people showed up at the house that day, checked out what had to be done and told us they could do it the next day. We replaced our pools solar heating system with an electric heater from Water Medic. Justin Gomez answered all of our questions and helped us pick the right heater for our pool, balancing cost vs efficiency. Justin was professional, and meticulous when he installed the heater. Justin did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Justins work ethic and professionalism are why we will call Water Medic in the future.

I recently had a check-valve seal that broke and needed replacement on my well-head. I have a whole-house R/O and the tank was full, so we had water for the house in the near term. Nonethless, Water Medic made arrangements to come to the house very quickly that day and repair the valve. I was bracing for a significant Bill; but the charge was much lower than I anticipated (thank you), and the work was very well done .... and all cleaned up. Excellent work; timely; very professional.

Let me tell you about the owner of this company, Rich. I submitted a request for service through the website at about 9pm on a Wednesday night. Within 30 minutes I had received an email and phone call from Rich. I was already asleep, but I reluctantly called rich around 6:40 in the morning due to not knowing how extensive my problem was. Rich answered right away and was extremely helpful in getting my situation resolved in a timely manner. There was a bit of run around on my end getting a technician out to my property, but Water Medic remained professional and I will definitely use them in the future.

If you want no communication, a bunch of trash left in your yard, and a still broken well with no water for ten days+, then hire these guys. Some basic communication would have fixed the situation.

Water medic installed our new whole house R/O system a few months ago (in Golden Gate Estates) and it was A++ service, accompanied by A++ performance, all the way. Richard, the owner, came out to our house for the initial consultation, and followed up right through full completion of the job. The install team did a great job, and the system looks as good as it performs. Our prior system was originally installed and maintained by the big name in the industry, and was nothing but a headache. What a difference this experience has been!

I noticed our water tank was very low, and our well water would not pump any water. I called water medic and within 10 minutes Jonathan was at our house. He figured out our problem within minutes, and was already working on fixing it. We are so grateful for water medic!! THANK YOU JONATHAN!!

Richard Jackson is old school. If his customer is not happy,he is not happy. When he checked the installation he felt it much more than we needed and had entire installation redone at no cost to us! We are very happy with the job now and he had it redone almost at once!

Best investment ever!From hell to Heaven!I was crystal clear water customer for one year, that system broke and they couldnt figure it out whats wrong with it,so I called water medic, Rich came to my home and gave me best deal you can possibly get .I had new system installed at no time .Installation was fast and smoothe I was so happy with tech. that gave him 42 TV. System produces over 2 gal per minute and very quiet,I can barely hear it sound.Water medic turned my life from hell to heaven.GO MEDIC!

I think this company is the best in the Cape! They always have someone on call and always come quickly to fix any problems I have had. Their prices are very competitive and everyone is very knowledgeable. We are realtors and refer them to our clients all the time. Also, our technician, Tom, is the best technician we’ve had yet. He truly cares about doing a great job, is very thorough on the notes he leaves, and is very personable. Thumbs up all the way around!

Water Medic goes the extra mile. Not only did they deal with my well problems but were super helpful in diagnosing other water issues around my house. I was really impressed at how helpful and thoughtful everyone was. They were here early, fixed it efficiently, explained everything thoroughly, and fixed all kinds of little things around my well.

Great folks. They do a good job. Always impressed at how clean the get my aerator. They keep my well equipment working well so that my water is always good quality. I have to admit, Ive taken them for granted. However, I recently stayed at a friends house who is also on well water, but doesnt have Water Medic. His water smelled like rotten eggs & was a little yellow. Whoever he is using doesnt compare. I recommended them.

I have never been more impressed with a company! We installed a whole house reverse osmosis system little over a year ago. We chose Water Medic because of there professionalism and timely response. We recently had a small issue arise, and without hesitation they listened to my concerns and scheduled a service tech to come and take a look at the problem. It was fixed in a few short days and detailed instructions we left to help us avoid the issue again. The small fee for monthly service is well worth it. Ive never tasted better water in my life! Over the last few years I have had my well pump go out, my pool pump go out, my R/O water treatment stop working and needed to switch my pool to salt water/chlorine generator. All these jobs were done quickly, professionally and quite reasonably! I highly recommend this company and their employees! Great job every time.

I got three estimates for a reverse osmosis whole house solution. Not only was Richards (the owner) price considerably less he was also highly knowledgeable and able to answer every questions before I asked it. The installers were efficient and the system looks beautiful. They even labeled all the components so I know what everything is! After the install, Rich came and drank the water and took a sample to send to the health department for confirmation.I wouldnt recommend any other company.

Never warned anyone about killing the water, and today its so chlorinated, 4 units are not able to use the water, unless you want to wash dirty socks,pure waste of time and effort

We have used water medic many times over the past 10 years. After hurricane Irma our well system needed to be repaired. While many were without power, they sent someone right over.Most recently, we had leak in our system. It was minor problem, they sent someone out and they didn’t even charge me. In 2018 service like that is rare. They have earned a customer for life.Kudos for providing exemplary service.

I called because my well water pump was not working. I had called another water company and they wanted to charge me $150 for a service call and could not guarantee the problem would be fixed the same day. I called Water Medics, and Tina walked me through a solution to the problem quickly and efficiently and did not charge me a dime! This is outstanding customer service and I will be a customer of theirs for life now and will not hesitate to recommend them to others!! Thank you Tina and Water Medics!!!
