I have no connection to Aqua Dogs prior to the building of my pool.So let me first say WOW! I cant say enough good things about this company. I was getting ready to give up on hope for a pool I was quoted outrageous prices for the cost to build our dream pool(save serious money give them a chance). Aqua Dog did it at a reasonable price and we couldnt be happier. They knocked it out of the park(check out images) From start to finish it was top notch service. At first we had the privilege of working with Cyndi. She is so sweet, patient, and attentive. Cyndi was there throughout the whole design process from the size, shape, and tile. Even after the build we were able to ask questions and it never felt like it was a hassle for her( I ask a lot of questions). Cyndi always made time for us. Once we signed the contract the construction began and they finished on time. They probably would have finished earlier than expected if it wasnt for the tropical storm. Corey pretty much took the reigns from there. He was also amazing. Through every step of the construction he would be there to make sure things were going great. If we ever had a question Corey would address it right away. Coreys employees were very professional and followed his lead. The whole project went amazingly smooth. A huge thank you to Aqua Dogs, Cyndi, Corey, and Tom(what a hard worker). You all did an amazing job and created our dream pool. Our family will enjoy this pool for a long time to come.

Used pool service for a few months. In that time they replaced my chlorinator. Billed me for one. Installed a cheaper one. Over the holidays had a leak at attachment of chlorinator, emailed several times. Called 2 days into the next week FINALLY got a response. They were more upset that I demanded a response (not repair of the issue) within 2 days of the next business week. Is it too much to ask to response to an email? It takes 10 seconds to indicate that you care about your customers. No?? Because I voiced my opinion rather than do the right thing for the customer they dropped the customer. Anyway, today we find that not only did they try to install a lesser quality chlorinator (they returned to install the correct one only after in brought this to their attention) but they installed the new one incorrectly. Evidenced by the leak less than 6 months after install. They very well may do a good job cleaning the pools but when it comes to ancillary services they leave a lot to be desired. There is so much more but I think your choice can be made with caution.

I have reached out to aqua pools via email to get information and pricing one month ago. I have yet to hear back from them.

These people are amazing. They are truthful and the get it done. If the pool person hasn’t come or something has went wrong they sent someone straight out. They are a wonderful mom and pap business I could never ask for more. The pool was clean every week. Sometimes maybe a little bit of dirt but nothing serious. If I have ever had a problem like algae they came straight out to fix it. I could ask for a better pool company. With there billing if I ever have forgot a month they called me or invoices me and politely ask for me to pay them soon. Overall I give this company a five star. They are so great!

These guys came recommended from a friend who is... lets say picky. He was right. They are professional and accommodating. Service price is fair and they do what they say.

I couldn’t refer a better pool company. My family were going to go with another pool company to service it, but our friends gave us recommendations that we could not pass up. We love them. And even better the ly are family owned. Would refer.

Very good service, great people to deal with. Wouldnt use any one else. Any problems Ive had get taken care of quickly. Also very reasonable on cost.

We kept Auqadogs as the pool servicing company after we bought our new house. Unfortunately after them not cleaning the pool and leaving notes saying they did and putting too many chemicals in I canceled their service. All fine and said thank you, sorry it didn’t work.Then I come home, after my new pool company had come, serviced my pool and fixed my chemicals to their service person coming and again putting more chemicals in my pool. So now I’m back to having too high of chemicals (my arm should not come out smelling so strong of chlorine that soap will not take it off). The owner was rude and said she believed her employee when he said he only put one chlorine tab in and she stood by him.That’s great and I’m glad she has her employee’s back but she certainly doesn’t have customers interests at the top, where they should be. When they say he tested it and my chemicals were low I know that is a lie. I would not recommend this company solely on the fact that their employees don’t know how to properly service a pool and they lie about things they have done.

We contracted them to rebuild our pool hot tub and the decking. They had some difficulty with a subcontractor, but succeeded in completing the job to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would hire them again.

This is a shady company beware! I was left a note in my mailbox stated Autumn serviced my pool on August 15, 2018 (weekly service). Amber never serviced anything we were home all day in fact my husband was in the backyard. My pool filter pressure gauge was at the top of the pressure which indicates the filter is clogged. If she had done her job she would have notice this. My husband called the company. They sent a guy out (very young) the only tools he had with him was a channel pliers. This tool couldnt take anything apart. My husband had to give him tools to use. On top of all this the kid didnt even know how to take the filter apart! My husband had to take the filter apart for him! The KID got snippy and my husband had to tell him to get off our property! This kid has no business working on anyones expensive pool equipment. My husband called the company and it ended with them telling him to find another pool services company. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This company is dishonest and hires kids that have no knowledge of pool equipment. They deserve no stars in my book!
