This is the first time that I can say that the communications between the office staff, our technician (Lance) and us has been excellent. From setting up the service to dealing with chemical issues to talking to Lance about our weekly services, we have been fully satisfied. We highly recommend this Service company to all.

Reliability is the key. We know every week at the same time that Kevin will be servicing our pool and making any adjustments needed. I have had them install pool heater 3 years ago. No problems with it so far. Recently, they installed a new salt cell. They gave me a 4-year warranty when Pinch A Penny would only give me a one-year warranty. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I wish they were closer.

Purchased an overpriced Pentair VSF superflo pump from pool Dr and had it installed. I had the tech come out and diagnose the pump as it works when it wants to. Turns out I need a new drive. Called pool DR for an eta since we use Theo pool frequently. The response was we have no idea when it will come in. Really? I will give serious consideration who I will a pool pump from the next I need one.

I live in PA and my tenant at Colonial C. C. in Ft. Myers, FL advised me that my pool light wasnt working. I searched the Internet and found Pool Doctor. I called them and schedule a technician to visit. I ended up purchasing a new LED multi colored light rather than replacing the burnt out bulb. They showed up on time, did the job in about 90+ minutes and charged me a reasonable price. In addition they accepted my credit card over the phone which made it very convenient for me. They did an excellent and my tenant reported that they were very pleased. I highly recommend them!

Our pool pump has not been priming properly for the past few months. Pool Doctors came out and diagnosed the problem after multiple calls suggesting that we needed an O ring. They brought the wrong type of O-ring the first time and have since tried multiple O rings without success.It has been spiraling out of control since then. Long story short, our pool pump still is not working, and it seems like no one at Pool Doctors cares. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency.

We recently switched to Pool Dr. Our previous service would not return our calls when problems came up. Pool Dr responds in less than an hour. They also send a report after every service so we know exactly what was done. Very happy with them.

Over the years, we have used Pool Doctor for pool supplies and for fixing our Hayward pool cleaner (they have expertly rebuilt it twice). Our latest experience was installing two Pentair Intellibrite Color Pool & Spa Lights. A Pool Doctor technician came and inspected our pools lighting and we were then provided a quote beforehand so there would be no surprises. When we gave the go-ahead, they quickly scheduled us and another technician did the install. He was able to do the install more quickly than the quoted time and discounted us the difference! We are enjoying the different color modes at night which really enhances our pool area.

Since moving to the area Pool Doctor has serviced my pool, from weekly water testing to pump replacement.Just converted to a heat pump from solar.Once again Pool Doctor came and determined the size heat pump I needed and scheduled installation in a timely manner. Mr. Keating who installed the pump took the time to explain how to operate the unit. I highly recommend Pool Doctor!

Their did was prompt and reasonable. Their installer of my heat pump came on the date and time he said he would. The heat pump is heating the pool to the set temperature. All is good so far.

I had issues with my pools salt generation system and Pool Doctors came out and completed diagnostics on my system, and clearly explained to me what was defective and what my options were. Paul, my technician was personable, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Conner in the office was also very good in terms of scheduling, responsiveness and answering my questions.

My pool light was out and I thought it was the Transformer. The Pool Doctor technician isolated the problem to the J box and everything worked fine. The tech was professional and courteous.

Excellent repair and price. The pool pump would run but would not circulate any water and it was constantly sucking in air from somewhere. They really could have taken advantage of me. Two hours and $240 later it was repaired and works perfectly. They were so honest and nice. They will be the only ones I call. Thanks

So far didnt go too well but only week 1. They broke a valve and werent going to fix it till they came back the following week which would have meant a pool pump not running for a week. My husband bought the $80 part and fixed it himself.

Jay did an excellent job in diagnosing our pool heater problem and installing the new parts! Our heater is approximately 14 years old and we were afraid that we would have to replace it. Jay repaired the unit at a very reasonable cost. I am very happy with our dealings with the Pool Doctor and would highly recommend them.

Clean replumbing of pool equipment and new pump and heater. They installed it while I was at work. I was disappointed that they didn’t turn the breakers back on and test the pump and heater to see if they worked or for leaks. They could have left my pool pump running to optimum settings and time on how they found my original equipment. I know they didn’t check their work since I had to turn the breakers on myself when I came home and pool wasn’t running all day.

On July 21, 2020 we had a 2 HP SQ Motor pump replaced including seal and gasket for our pool. Between additional miscellaneous supplies and labor, we had a bill of $549.99 and with tax $585.74. On November 30, 2020, our pool maintenance person noticed a leak. I called Pool Doctor and explained that we had a leak from the motor they replaced in July. They immediately said they wanted to charge me for a service call. Being that we had our motor recently replaced with them, I thought we would be under warranty and that there would not be a service charge. I was told the only thing that would be covered was the motor and there was a service charge for coming to look at the motor they replaced.Pool Doctor does not stand behind their workmanship or product. I was upset and told them that they should not charge us for this service call. The service person told me to have a Merry Christmas! I would not recommend using them. I had to have another pool service company come in to fix their faulty repair job that they would not honor.

We had Pool Dr come to evaluate our pool pump as it was running a bit loud. He said it was just vibrating on the concrete pad, causing the noise, and was actually running fine. As we werent home at the time he even took a video to show us the vibrating. I applaud Pool Drs employees for their honesty and would not hesitate to use them again!

Had a solar panel issue and pool timer issue. Josh at the Pool Doctor was very responsive and helpful, Pool Doctor Technician Keating arrived promptly on the scheduled date and time. Repairs were made quickly at a reasonable price. Mr. Keating was very professional and knowledgable, he is a real asset to the Pool Doctor, I would not hesitate to call them the next time I have an issue with the pool.

Had problem with pool heater. Got quick response for inspection and a professional quickly found the problem. Required a new connector which was not immediately available. Got a good quote and scheduled a follow up visit for the repair. All was done quickly and correctly. Pool is warm again!

After searching multiple businesses I decided Pool doctor was the way to go. When I sent the email to say start they called me right away and scheduled installation of my pool heater the very next morning. They called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on schedule, removed the old heater and installed the new heater in no time. The installer gave me instructions for use, and we took care of the Bill. I was a Pool Doctor customer for the past 5 years. I found them experienced and a reliable service.With a bit of sadness, I dropped their regular maintenance program this past week. Not due to any issues, but I just wanted to manage routine service myself and on my schedule. They recently replaced my fried pool pump with a variable speed model which cut my energy use by a third. I continue to use them for services above my pay grade and for pool supplies. From my experience with them, Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional pool service.

I started my service with them back in November,Not sure what has happened since march but lately every visit was inconsistent, I had their $90 we take care all service and this was how my pool looked after my most recent visit 5 days ago.Cancelled my service due to inconsistency, picture provided of most recent blunder.Side note the tech seemed pretty mad one time that its daylight savings because they are only allowed to work when there is light out so now they are working later, not sure if this is a factor
