We recently had to have the coping replaced on our pool, and lets just say the cleanup work done by the contractor was awful - they left the team at Pinch a Penny with basically a pool full of sand, stuck concrete and grout. Pinch a Penny has been relentless in getting it clean, and as we all agreed today - its finally over/behind us. The most impressive part is how the team has been on it from when they first saw the issue - again nothing to do with Pinch a Penny work/workers - yet they had to clean it up - and didn’t give up. I almost got to the point of brewing coffee every morning for them as they were not going to give up and they were intent. Thank you for the great work in getting my pool back to clean, and always keeping it that way!

We have been so impressed and satisfied with the quality of service and the customer service that we receive from Chris and Laura and their team at Pinch-A-Penny in Camlot Isles. It took us a few years to find a really good pool service and repair company. These folks really do a fantastic job and are so responsive to your questions and needs. The staff are great, and they always have a positive attitude. Chris recently bailed us out after our entire pool system became disabled after a lightning storm. He was over at our house within an hour and a half, got the system operating, and then did a very professional installation of the new equipment the following week. Thank you very much!

This is my second review. The first one was 5 stars and I would give this one 10 stars if possible. My wife and I bought our house 2 months ago and this store has been very supportive, as its my first pool home. Today, I had an EMERGENCY. I called in and although it was very busy, Serena called around and managed to get me a service appt. She was very nice and she saved my day. She could have easily told me they were too busy for a last-minute service call today. Then, Chris came out and replaced some parts. Chris was very professional and 110% knowledgeable. He took one look and knew what the issues were and how to fix right away. He left my house, returned to the store to get the parts, then came back and fixed everything himself. I cant say enough about this store. I will be back for all my pool supplies / needs for as long as we live here. Thank you Chris and Serena!

Angela, is the kind Lady on the phone, she organizes everything needed, and shes the kind of person any good business wants at the head of an excellent team of experts who go over and above to do all, to make a seemingly impossible problem have an expert solution. Greg was here twice, and today with JR, they knew exactly what the problem was, and what is needed to fix it. I cannot possibly state how pleased I am. This is the dream team when it comes to lifes pleasures, or in my case, therapy needed to battle cancer. My Heros! Thank goodness for this team of experts. Give Angela a big fat raise! She deserves it!

These guys are rockstars. We purchased new blower and intelaconnect controller for our spa. They had to come out 3 times to finally get controller to work. Even though issue was on our side with internet they were bulldogs in fixing the issue. Daniel Hoyt is professional, courteous and a genuinely great guy. Ask for him and you will not be disappointed. Chris Chapman runs the store and I can only say the same about him. They weren’t happy until the job was done.

Always a nice staff

Chris and the staff there are great people to deal with. I bought a heater from him 2 years and did not seem like it was heating the way it should be. I called and the Chris, the owner, was over in less than 30 minutes and let me know that with all the cold weather we have been having that we needed to keep pool covered at night and when not in use and that there was nothing wrong with heater. Offered to pay for Service Call and he refused and said that he would catch it on the next time. Nice to have home town service in Cape Coral. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service, a absolute pleasure to work with...

I was so pleasantly surprised and delighted to have a pool technician that came to our home and made our pool work like a charm. Her name is Roberta and she is wonderful! I had a pool service coming in every week but the pool was not looking great and the skimmers were not doing their job. Roberta came in and changed the dirty filter that obviously had not been changed or cleaned, fixed a leak for me and made sure that all the equipment was in tip top shape. Unfortunately for us we needed a very expensive control panel and she called and they had one and she ran and picked it up so we could be up and running all in one day! That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I changed my weekly cleaning to this location as well. I do not want to have to worry about the pool or the equipment. The pool is in good hands now.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a fairly good stock of items for a small store. They also had a pool water test station in house. I would certainly go here again

Water leaked through the display casing on our pool pump causing it to fail the day before my sons’ 10th birthday. We were having a pool party for him. And our family was arriving from up north that weekend, too. I called and Chris came out within a few hours and replaced the drive unit. He had the pool pump (and more importantly the heater!) up and running in no time. Great service on very short notice - couldn’t ask for better customer care. They saved my butt!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of equipment and great water testing services...but there is no penny pinching going on, prices are not the lowest. Parts and weekly service are higher than most competitors.

The place I rent in Cape Coral has pinch a penny come there weekly in the service always been great everyone seems really nice staff I’ve never met so I didn’t like who comes to scare the pool how they recommend

Great customer service!

Great place to get supplies but Pine Island location is cheaper. We bought a step for the ladder yesterday at Pine Island, came to this location to replace two more and it was $8 more.

Loved this store until they ruined my $600 pump and blamed me for it. Never going back. I only needed a capacitor, instead they tore the pump apart and replaced bearings. A week later, the pump failed because of a bearing failure.

I spoke with Chris about the issue and we are working towards a solution. I will update review
