They use to show all the time. Michelle was great. Then apparently they just dropped us. Haven’t had pool service in over two weeks. I’ve called and left messages no response back. However they can send me a bill. Don’t use them.

I would like to start by saying that I do not believe Brandon is still the owner as service has been nothing but a nightmare!!! They change people everyday and their service has shown as they never show up and when Michelle does show, throwing chemicals and walking away does not help at all. My pool has been green for most of the pandemic. I Highly do not recommend this company at all and I am yet to hear from them about these issues. Only shows how caring they are.

I have had this company for a few years now but the last few months have been terrible and the quality of their work has drastically changed. I saw another review that believes the owner may have changed and if that is the case the quality of work took a big hit with that change.

Our pool in Ft Myers has been neglected for weeks with noone showing up, noone answers phonecalls or returns emails, honestly dont even know if they are still even in business

Brandon, the owner of Cleveland Pools, is our HERO! Yesterday our pool equipment stopped working. I had an electrician out, as we had a terrible storm the night before-- and I thought we lost power to the pump. The electrician said Your pool motor is dead, you need a new one. When I called Brandon-- at 6pm-- he was so warm, and friendly and said Ill be over first thing in the morning and check it for you, he also gave me a quote to replace the motor... when he came over, I had the money all set to replace the motor -- but he INSISTED on checking the motor first. To both our surprise, he found that a wire had disconnected and that I did NOT need a NEW motor. He insisted on plugging the wire back in-- for FREE-- I cant tell you how grateful we were!! Brandon is on my SPEED DIAL and the ONLY pool company I trust. All the other companies had a $80+ charge just to come out and look but not Brandon-- he was wonderful. Moving to Florida was easy. Finding reliable service companies has been a challenge. My beautiful pool in 2011 became an ugly mess in 2015 with the pool service I hired. Prior to spending thousands for the recommended drain/acid wash or total refurbish, my friend Scott Shane suggested Cleveland Clean Pools. In less than a month my pool looks new again! As a community planner having worked with hundreds of businesses in the United States, Ive seen the good, bad, and in between. Cleveland Clean Pools ranks EXCEPTIONAL in my opinion. They offer outstanding service, reliability, knowledge, and courtesy. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I hope my review helps another person avoid what I dealt with before finding Cleveland Clean Pools. Al and Rob do a masterful job!

I have been looking to write this review on Cleveland pools for the last year.First let me say that Al Lee is a great guy that has looked after my pool since day one.I am a Canadian that purchased our home in Cape Coral June 2014.My first contact with Al Lee actually came from another pool company when he was referred to me due to the condition of my pool.The pool pump had been shut off for almost 4 months when we finally took possession. It was described as an eco-system full of wild life. The Green water was full of frogs, tad poles and the likes.Al called me at my home in Ontario to give me a price and his diagnosis. He gave me a great price on the initial clean up as well as the #2 maintenance package. After 3 to 4 days of treatment the pool looked great.I had even contracted Al to pressure wash the pool cage as it was covered in mold as well.If you need proof of this endorsement, then check out the gallery of pictures on the Cleveland pool website. My pool is pictured before and after the treatment . WHAT A DIFFERENCE! You can also see the pool enclosure pictured as well.Thanks to Al and his right hand man Rob my pool looks inviting and clean every time I show up at my Escape in the Cape.

Brandon is AMAZING. We had a terrible experience with Contemporary Pools and we were referred to Brandon at Cleveland Clean, and before we even had a chance to call, he called us! He came out to our home and within two minutes had diagnosed the actual problem (Contemporary gave us bad information and charged us for nothing). He ordered the part, came and replaced it, and now our pool is working perfectly, clear and healthy. Brandon is kind and knowledgable and actually makes an effort to diagnose and fix the problem. We will definitely be using his services again!

Finally after numerous collaborations Ive found the perfect team.My pool was green and leaking, for months no one could fix it......UNTIL Christine and Allen came into our lives by the grace of God our pool is beautiful and no more leaks,they were professional,straight forward,and did what they said they would when they said they would what a pleasure it was.I highly recommend you call for any of your pool needs you wont be disappointed.Thanks guys

The one thing I really love ( but hate to do) is calling a business on a Sunday and getting an answer. Rob the technician is always there. He is there to answer any questions and help us with out with our pool issues. We never feel rushed. I recommend the capabilities and understanding of someone who knows their stuff. Excellent company my pool has never been clener, they spend ages with a robotic pool cleaner to get it sparkling!We have had many pool guys in the past and cc pools is the only one who i have ever seem scrub my pool tiles properly.Lovely guy who always has time to answerr my questions.. I would highly recommend.

Want to give a big shout out to Cleveland Clean Pools, Al and his crew Brandon, they didn’t waste any time replacing our pool pump as we came in coincidently from (216) CLE (Cleveland)!!! on a Sunday and by Monday early evening, a new pump, clean pool and excellent customer service was delivered.As homeowners, who rent during the season, it is great to have a contractor that you can trust and have their eyes when you are not here.
