I have been coming to this location since they changed management and I have absolutely no complains. From the best dip and fancy pedicures, they are awesome. From the owners to employees I wouldnt change a thing. If you want quality work at a reasonable price visit the Nail Lounge

I really wanted to give 3.5 stars but not possible. So I provided 4 stars because I felt the work itself was ample. They are not eagar to exceed expections but basically provided what you would expect. Sort of indifferent. I am put off a bit by the chatter in foreign language without any regard to small talk or verifying questions that the service is going well. That said, it felt great. The place is not exceptionally clean but I believe the tools were clean. Needs a little detail work on condition of facility, they probably dont notice. Dirty baseboards, ceiling, and shelves. I think overall it is better then most oriental establishments. I would return but if I found a place that provided perhaps a drink of water, or paid more attention to detail, I would go.

Honestly the BEST nail salon I’ve EVER been too, I was recommended by a close friend of mine because she always raved about this place and I never truly found one that gives you the attention you deserve until now. Abby takes her time with me, never rushes no matter if she’s busy or not, goes an extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable with what I’ve chosen and even goes out of her way to mix and match! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Greets me by name and I’ve only recently started going there a few months ago, the manager is the most welcoming and kind hearted person you’d ever meet! She provided me her personal contact info so if I ever need to set an appointment, she’s got me. I’ve never waited long for my appointment. I’ve even brought my mother-in-law who now loves this place and now she always comes with me every two weeks. You’ll never regret this place, Abby and everyone here is the best !

This place is very professional and inviting!! . They have so much colors to choose from. The salon is beautiful and upscale! I’ve been to plenty of salon in cape coral and this place has been the best by far! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone!!

Absolutely unprofessional completely over priced. All I got was powder and clear coat and it was $40. I expressed how I felt and they basically didn’t care. I was very unhappy any good business would want to help the customer and make you feel happy about what you got. The manager told me I wasted their time and to sit and wait till the lobby was clear so they could take them off and refund me. Then the guy who did my nails came up to me and said what’s wrong. I expressed it wasn’t fair the price I got charged for what was done. He said well what do you except? What about my time? Mind you I gave him a tip for his time which I shouldn’t have done. Just very unprofessional.

Ive been there a few times. My last experience:The tech cut into my finger at the cuticle area with her aggressiveness.She tried to put the wrong polish on my nails even though I told her which color and number it was supposed to be.She shaped my nails wrong even though I showed her how they were shaped when I got there, and then showed her a picture before she started shaping them.Also her overall attitude was brusque and nearly rude. I think that she was in a hurry and simply did not care.

My sister and I came here for a day of pampering and received just that!

If I can give this place zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and completely overpriced. I expressed how I felt and they just basically brushed it off their shoulder. Mind you I went in with my two sisters and mom. You would think that because of a bigger party they would’ve at least cared a little more. The nail tech just walked up to me with attitude and started arguing with me about the fact that I came back to speak with the manager because of how unsatisfied I was. She didn’t seem to care much either.

So I’m sitting in the waiting room at the nail salon where I made an appointment for 5:30!!!!!!! Then they just took me back at 3 minutes until 6:00 and not 30 seconds later told me that I had to wait 10 minutes longer because she had to finish a different customer!!!I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!What’s the point of making an appointment?!?!?
