I have had appointments scheduled and they run super late. I have tried doing walk on and they have a 2 to 3 hour wait. They need to take walk ins welcome off their window. Its not true. Unless you have all day to wait for a not worth it expensive nail job, this is the place for you.

Giving this place two stars because the gentleman who did my sisters nails did an amazing job and the woman who did mine did okay. The staff member who did my acrylics was rude and did not care about having a conversation when I tried multiple times. We made an appointment for 3 girls to get their nails done at 1:45, we left at 4:30, our nails were done 1 at a time even though we made an appointment for 3 people at 1:45 that morning. I was told my nails were $50 then when I went to pay it was $60. The work was good but it was ridiculous to try and fight me over a price I had other customers back me up on. I sucked it up and paid but I’m not interested in going back after the terrible service.

I had a lot of hope that I would like this place snd go on a regular basis. Unfortunately, they were unfriendly. I walked in, said good morning and the employee sitting at entrance didn’t respond. The person doing my nail was very unfriendly and didn’t want to bother speaking a word to me. I was extremely friendly. The manicure wasn’t the best and not even a slap of hand lotion to complete the job. The pedicure was better but I didn’t see them sterilizing the tools. I won’t mention names snd doing a favor out of my good hear but they know who they are. I tip accordingly and probably gave too much.

I absolutely love Julie!! Everyone is super nice and friendly but Jules is my go to girl!! Love this place!! I miss the wine though!! Wish they would bring it back!! 😝 🍷 🙏🏼

Very rude and unprofessional! I once loved coming here for my pedicures and didn’t mind paying their high prices because of the quality and customer service. The quality recently has been awful and I was just told that they are “too busy” with TWO clients in the entire salon. Nothing available for the entire day either. I will take my money elsewhere. ✌️

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Out of all the nails salons I have gone to, this particular salon did the best for the money. The manicurist did and excellent job and I was more than happy with my nails. I’m a very picky person considering I also do nails and this shop does the best by far In the surrounding area! I highly recommend

I thought about posting this for a week. I gave this rating because my pedicure was okay. It was not enjoyable. The lady was super nice, but she was aggressive with her massage. My manicure dip... well lets just say I went somewhere else and got them taken off and re done. Uneven and not correctly done at all. My nails were lumpy and had to be re done and this was the end result. Supposed to be square. Not worth the money I paid. I wont go back even if they offered.

I had a pedicure. The massage chair was the best ever!! My girl did an excellent job. Very happy and friendly. Very very relaxing.

Leon does meticulous work and I’m never disappointed with my nails after he’s finished. Tony will be the one I request for pedicures from today on

I go here all the time for eyebrow/lip wax and pedicures. Manicures too if I need one. Always love it. They are priced fairly and do a good job. My one pedi was messed up and they re did the whole thing for me. I appreciate the extra effort. I always recommend LV Nails to my friends!

I was referred to LV Nails from a friend who know I am very particular about my pedicures. I am diabetic and need someone who pays close attention to that detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Salon- it is so clean, professional and they always try their best to accommodate their customers-even the ones that do not respect their operation hours. They respect the cdc guidelines and operate with ease. They have a great selection from a base to deluxe options. I highly recommend LV Nail and Spa and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Love LV. They will always take walk ins and do a perfect job. Ido ballet style workouts and am barefoot almost always. I get the callus removal pedi and I know my nails are clean, beautiful and Im prone to getting in- grown toenails and they always cut them just right.

Update: unfortunately after few weeks of getting my nails done here the powder is peeling off and one of the nails literary cracked. They looked good in the beginning but didnt last that long.The only reason I didnt give this place a 5 star because of the smell when you get into their salon. The building have a ventilation problems that causes this bad smell (not chemical). The lady that worked on my nails did a very good job, she was very polite and professional,did not bad mouth whoever did my nails before, even after knowing that its not any of them who did it, which tells me a lot about her, most nail salons will bash the others and tell you how bad of a job they did. Im happy with the result. My nails look good, love the new color.

I came here with my Vietnamese girlfriend to get regular pedicures. While we were getting our pedicures, the nail techs were saying we were broke in Vietnamese because we didn’t get the deluxe pedicure instead of the regular. Not to mention, they do a very sloppy job. Not professional at all.

This is my go to place. I try and make an appt but even when im a walk in they get me in, in a short time. The reason i keep going back is every time i use them i get complimented on my toes! They put a clear coat over gel that keeps its shine. Very happy.

Every other time they came out not good, I even showed a picture of something very simple & got something completely different and the price was outrageously expensive and I have very very short nails...the salon itself was nice! But not worth it..

Julie is a kind, detail oriented, and lovely nail artist. I came in on a Sunday, and received superb service and results for my spa pedicure and manicure. 5 star service and establishment.

My pedicure was OK. Nothing great. My dip manicure is really bad.. she left product all over my skin, the shape is uneven and it just looks bad.

If you’re just going for a regular mani pedi don’t come here, they do the most MINIMAL and rush you out! They charge $60 for a pedicure that will only take them 20 minutes and you don’t even get a foot rub. 10 minute manicure and they banked $80 bucks in 30 minutes. Ridiculous service for the price.

I was a little nervous to go in today due to this pandemic. But When I walked in everyone was wearing masks and they added some plexiglass partitions and made sure there were six feet between all patrons! This place has always been clean but they upped their game! That’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for two years!

Everyone is always so kind, professional and most of all extremely clean . They have always been up to par with everything but they really outdid themselves . Wouldn’t go anywhere else, been a loyal customer since moving down a year and half ago . They are amazing and would recommend to anybody, they really make you feel like family .

The customer service is fantastic here! They do a lovely job. The one small issue I had is that I asked for coffin shape nails and they didn’t turn out exactly like coffin nails! But it wasn’t so far off that I wouldn’t return! Thanks salon workers!

It was a Sunday afternoon I stopped in around 2pm, hours before closing time when I was told they were too busy to do my nails. I was surprise to receive such a rude response, considering that the salon was nearly empty . Anitionly I wanted to see what the high ratings was all about and if L V nails would be a business I felt comfortable returning back with the women within my family or circle . Definitely will never return or recommend this place. First impression is everything Gladly to say I didnt end the day disappointed, I ended up finding another nail salon with amazing customer service and they served wine🍷

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff are extremely rude. On one occasion, I witnessed the manager scream and curse out an employee at a neighboring business, while customers were inside. Because of this I didn’t return here for a long while, but today I really needed a fill and this salon was the closest, and now I really regret having come here. I will admit I do occasionally bite my nails when stressed but i could not believe that the nail tech would point this out rudely and then proceed to call two other employees over to show them and talk badly about me in Chinese!!! No way to treat a customer, especially one who used to give you repeat business. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I will NOT be coming back. Trust me, take your business elsewhere.

This is the BEST nail salon in cape coral. I stopped in today for a pedicure and the first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful it was. The staff was great and attentive. Tommy did such a awesome job. I highly recommend LV Nails.

My 4th time there and always good service and long lasting nails. Longest I’ve gone is a little over 3 weeks and still no chips or breakage. - They offer the same gel polish as my old salon for 22$ less (gel fill and gel pedicure) I appreciate when they cut my nails they always pull the clippers out of a sealed bag so you know they’ve been sanitized.

Just visiting by walk-ins but they all do great job! I will absolutely come back

Went for acrylics, and the turned out great! The salon was very busy, and I didn’t feel that his focus was completely on my nails, but that’s okay. Very reasonable prices and left happy!

Always terrific service here. (Google wont let me post a new review so Im just adding onto the old one). Ive been there twice with my daughter, we have always had good service. I appreciate that they have their air conditioning on since other places choose to keep their doors open instead (I am not talking about Florida cold fronts)

Have tried other nail shops in town not and I keep coming coming back to this one. They excel with their service clean and friendly and they listen to what your needs are. V is my girl and have always gone to her from the beginning she’s awesome haven’t tried the other techs but I’m sure they are all great.

Went a few Sundays ago . We really didnt have the best experience. We walked in and asked about how long the wait would be. They said to pick out a colour for my daughter and my nails. We waited almost two hours! Two hours. There was no communication with the staff and myself! I would have grabbed lunch or came back another day! We were in the salon total of 4 hours! The nail tech removed two of my acrylic nails with a LETTER OPENER! it hurt so bad! She filed the sides of my fingers down so bad then proceeded to glue the base nail down and add acrylic on top of open skin!! She did my nails so fast and they came out looking sloppy and done at home! I understand they all wanted to go home (it was after closing) but you lost two customers. I tipped well and after i did, she started being all nice and finally apologized. Also the chemical smell in the salon is out of this world! If you have asthma or get headaches easy, stay away .

Wish I could give this place a 0 star. Worst nail place I’ve ever been too. I asked for a natural look. Showed her a picture and she finished my nails which were clear acrylic with clear gel. You could see myNails under. It was absolutely horrible. I went back in and they made me go to the same lady to get my nails fixed she was mad and rude. Yanked my arm and rushed putting nail polish over what she messed up. She had to redo the same nail like 3 times due to rushing. Will never be back. I should get a refund.

Really great at shaping and creating seamless nails(acrylics). No bumps, bubbles, rough edges. Finishing product is soft and incredibly precise, i was quite surprised truthfully. Amazing at creating a smooth ombre, no fine lines between the blend. Ombre is my usual at other shops, and lines can be seen shifting from nude to colour, but here, Haong finished with a seamless blend.Customer serviceWas great, she often asked me if each progression was okay, making sure i was satisfied. When she didnt like how one nail blended, she took the powder off of it and started again.One thing i thought was really nice, was how put a dab of colour/powder on her nail first and asked if it was good or not. Usually artists dont do this and just proceed, but she constantly did little things to make sure i was on board.

I have visited a total of three times, each awesome!!! Lisa takes very good care of me, and always makes me feel welcomed!!!

First time in and super happy. Just moved from Texas and was having a hard time finding a place who did exactly what I asked for. Finally got my natural pink nails!!!! I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable if I wanted to make an adjustment which is a plus. Hate when other salons nail techs start to smack their lips or seem annoyed when you ask for a shorter length or when you say no to something they suggest. I am one super picky person and after trying 4 other nail salons I found THE ONE. I will be returning!! (probably to Lisa only because Im that type of person lol)Also I needed to be out within an hour due to our bulldogs grooming apt and she was able to get me in and out.

Had an appointment here today. Tech was yawning and falling asleep while doing my nails. And, the worst part, CNN propaganda running on the TV the entire time. Gag me!!

There isnt a Nail Salon that can compare to the the people and the service at LV Nails and Spa.They truly are the best! Wouldnt go any where else.I was as a snow bird for many years. When I became a full time resident, I went back to my old salon to see Vee only to find out she had left...well you all know how hard it is to find someone that does a great job. Through my search of a new salon a friend of mine told me about a new salon that opened and off we went. To my surprise there was Vee. She and her husband Leon opened their salon. She was as surprised to see me as I was her...thank goodness I found Vee!! Thank you Vee...I wish her and Leon the very best because thats what they give!!!
