I have been to a few different places but overall this is by far my favorite! I always feel welcome, the staff is super friendly. Here my nails feel non existent and natural and not blocky like other places do. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for anyone looking to be pampered.

She my nails look amazing. My daughter and I are making this our official nail getting place. She was the nail tech. Awesome work and great design. A+++ Will definitely be back.

Been several times and love the service. Always friendly, clean, and fast. The prices are beyond reasonable for everything you get. I come here about once a week and it is well worth it.

They recently got new chairs, one of those includes a child size chair! I have not been to the nail salon in so long and it’s been truly missed. I feel amazing after my mani/pedi. Volcano orange pedicure is amazing. I feel like a princess 😁

It’s a special place. I’ll drive across Cape Coral just to get my nails done at TK Nails. They do impeccable work, and their work is long lasting. It’s a very nice, clean, professional atmosphere. I’m grateful for this business.

Three hours after my pedicure yesterday, my nail polish smudged off my two big toe nails, like old, wet nail polish after you apply it and think its dry.Not cool to pay so much money plus tip for a bad pedicure. Pretty disappointed. Not the first time Ive had an issue, but figure everyone has not so great days at work, so Ive come back a few times. However, its time to move on now 🙁I do give credit where its due, so I will say the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the salon is clean and comfortable. Depending on who your technician is though, the work is sloppy, more times than not. At least in my handful of experiences with TK Nails.

Dirty place since the entrance but still I gave them a chance to get my business. After, less than two hours the manicure service done it started peeling off. It was like my grand daughter did it. I went back to them the next day and they didnt feel they were responsible for it. So after they took the money they say bye bye Charlie. I DONT RECOMMEND this place at less you want to loss your money with a service NO worthy for what you pay.

We made an appointment for three people, but were rushed throughout our visit. They were nice, but the quality was very disappointing with the exception of the one lady (I believe she is the owner) that took care of one of us. With so many options around, unfortunately I will not be returning to this spot.

Last visit 01/02/20 - I have been going to TK nails for years, brought my daughter and referred family and friends. And i wanted to wait to write a review because i thought, perhaps the staff just had a bad day - or management is changing.But this was the 3rd time in a row that we felt very rushed and cared for with not much attention and detail. Not only that - I didnt even get a Hello from the Man who did my nails (who looked like he had a rough night!) No smiles, no conversation - I know the price is good, but Im not going to go there anymore. Everyone seems miserable in there.Most importantly - My nail job was a joke. I had clear nail polish - after 2 days, it turned yellow and started peeling off.Also, from the 2 visits before - My nail bed has been sanded down so much that i still cant put fake nails or gel polish on them - i have to wait until all the thin nail is grown out - They even told me that!Sorry, but the cold atmosphere, the man who cant put him self together to look like a professional and cant say HI and the bad nail Job - done.The 2 stars are only for the price - but not for the service.

The absolute worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I purchased a deluxe pedicure that costs $20 then the regular pedicure and received far from a deluxe experience. The man cut and hurt my toes several times even after me telling him it hurt still continued on being rough, did a rushed job even though it was not busy. Then came the polish job, Im not picky I just wanted one basic color, this man could not paint a damn toe. It looks like a child painted my toes, my toes look so bad I literally have to paint them all over myself which is sad after spending $50 on this pedicure. Also very unsanitary, the man literally used a dirty towel that I witnessed being used on someone else to dry my legs & feet off as well.

My third time coming and I had a wonderful experience and I am never let down. Miss Tracy did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her along with Miss Tina! They are precise and delicate and ensure the job is done beautifully! It is definitely worth it and I will be back for sure!

Unfortunately,I could not give TK NAILS no stars. My father took my mother to the nail shop. My mother is in a wheelchair. When he took her in there, he advised that my grandmother could not be serviced because of her being in a wheelchair. I myself have been going to Tk nails for years.... it’s very disappointing to hear that TK Nails were discriminating!! All she wanted was a simple manicure; because she hasn’t received one since the pandemic.

Took my 7 year old for mani pedis on her birthday!!! After being turned away at another establishment that stated open til 7 online I spotted TK Nails on our way home the open sign was on but by store hours it was well past closing. We walked in I asked the girl if shed be willing explained other place could care less it was her bday and their google had them open for 2 more hours. She sweetly sat us and got us going while finishing up with the customer she had!!! I told my daughter just our toes well do our hands at home which the woman heard she said Ill do the manis too if youd like!!! I didnt catch her name but this woman was the sweetest and most patient lady to my daughter!!! I have never seen someone in her profession so great with children!!! Id expect her genuine care and patience from a teacher or care giver she even giggled here and there at my daughters cute sighs or crazy comments. She not only saved our mom daughter day she went above and beyond staying open almost 2 hours after closing for us!!! I highly recommend and will be telling any1 who will listen TK Nails doesnt just do good work they have good caring people!!!

It was a nice experience, they got me in without an appointment the lady that did my nails was very professional and she did a good job. Ill have to wait a week to see if the dip powder is going to chip or stay as is. Just a tip for everyone if you want to do dip powder make sure that they use the white base powder first before doing the desired powder if you dont do that then your nail will definitely chip, peel off and wont last long.

I have been a customer for nearly 3 years and have never once left unhappy. The efforts to please and accommodate customers as well as make experiences totally relaxed and pleasurable especially with pedicures is amazing. It’s my mom decompression time and this team “Nails” it for me every single time!

Although we were able to walk right in for pedicures and a manicure, the manicure I received was terrible--nails filed crookedly and left rough, polish was applied sloppily and no top coat added. Two people kept trying to get me to come back in to correct the sloppy work but I had neither the time nor desire to stay longer.This was the first and last time I will visit this business.

I called TK Nails today.....March 13, 2021. I spoke with the owner and she stated “ I can not understand you” and “Call back later, we are busy”. No remedy as of yet regarding them discriminating against my mother!

This place is awful! I wanted a French manicure but instead I got this. The lady that did my nails was super rough and hovered over me for my payment as if I was a hoodlum trying to run out. She wouldn’t even let me go to the counter to pay. My nails look awful and I have my graduation tomorrow ... this is the worst experience I ever had ... I am never coming back to this place!

The employees are always friendly and they do great manicures and pedicures.

Went there this past weekend for first time and as soon as I walked in there were signs all over the place that they are taking every possible precaution to keep their clients safe against COVID 19. I can assure you that this is not the case. First I was asked to sign in on am iPad by the front desk. By the time I was finished with my service is there, about 10 people signed in on that same iPad using their fingers and not once was it wiped down. I was never told or asked to wash my hands at any point of the visit. I sat at three different stations because I was soaking my old nails off and having new ones put on and not once did any of the stations wiped down. The first station I sat at was occupied by two other clients before I was told to go to that station and not once was it ever wiped. Also the machines that have the ultra light we’re being passed from client to client again with nothing ever being wiped down.

Very clean and friendly! Tracy did a great job she sow my problem and fixed it. Definitely recommend it.

I go here on a regular basis and it all depends on who you get. Some are good and some are not good. I am a little upset my nails are fading with this new color set they just got and its been 4 days.

The lady kept messing up my nails and everytime she kept swearing. I’m young so I personally don’t care but it’s extremely unprofessional. My nails lasted all of 5 days before they started falling off. After a few days it already looked like they needed a fill. I’ve gone places where Ive lasted weeks with the same nails. The price was supposed to be $25 because it was a basic full set with a basic solid color. I didn’t get anything extra at all but when I was done it was $30. At first it was worth it because they looked good for about 2 days but after that it looked like they needed to have a fill. Extremely disappointed.

This is the absolute worse place I’ve been too. I understand they can’t speak English well but after some miscommunication he made my nails (he only clipped two) WAY too short and when I said I didn’t want them like that he started yelling at me in his language and charged me more money for some garbage acrylics.Second when I was drying my nails they turned off the lights and were pretty much out the door without letting me know. Never again.

You guys OVERCHARGED me! I was getting a fill and ONE nail repair.. your sign says for “Acrylic Fill” $16 & up.. so I’m like okay? So I guess it’ll be $23.. but, no y’all charged me $10 more! Which was $33 that’s like getting a full set or something.. anyhow, that Spanish chick did a great job on my nails..

BEWARE: This the worst set of nails I have ever had. I called and made an appointment for my daughter and myself for full sets.The lady that did my nails piled on the acrylic on, it was so thick it was sitting on my skin, I asked to have them thinned and it just got worse now I looked like I needed a fill. A man had me come over to his chair and it didn’t get any better! My daughter’s nails you can see right through them, the technician only used one coat and today she had a nail fall off (nails placed yesterday).Ladies please we work hard to pamper ourselves and 85.00 for 2 full sets to have to come home to only file down and repaint our nails because of how embarrassing they look is not my idea of being pampered!The attitude of the staff was disrespectful!Oh and the lady beside me was going through the same thing she asked them to take them off!

I don’t normally review places but I think it necessary this time.. the service is awful.. I waited over an hour, many people came in and walked out. The place is outdated and dirty. I’ve been here twice and the second time was my last! I was rushed, and switched chairs, my nails came out uneven and bubbly, I originally had coffin and when I left they were so rounded I had to go to another place to take my old set off and replaced properly how I like them.. if I could give 0 stars I would! I do not recommend this place AT ALL

My nails are beautiful!! My sister and i walked in for mani/pedis and they accommodated is quickly. The staff was so friendly and did beautiful work. We had some issues with the colors we chose and they were quick to get us in the next day to fix it! We will definitely be back time and time again!

The place looked nice itself, how the customer service was terrible! My wife went to get her nails that were only supposed to be $25, which she confirmed before sitting down. However during applying the acrylics, the man raised it to $30! They arent good nails either!To top that off, while my wife was drying her nails, they turned the lights off and were pretty much out the door since it was closing time. He couldnt wait or at least inform her that the shop was closing? Unbelievable!

Unclean salon and rude staff

This is one of the better nail shops I found. They do a great job and try to make you happy with your expectations. The only thing that was bad thing is if you get a nail tech that’s newer or they are too busy they don’t pay attention to detail. I have fungus on two of my nails from them not making sure they weren’t lifting. Seems like this is the standard of nail shops now a days so I’m not surprised 😕

This place is honestly the best nail salon in Cape Coral! They have great customer service and all the technicians are amazing. They try their best to make sure you have a great time. If you need to get your nails done, I would recommend this place greatly.

My nails look like a child did them. My daughter’s nails turned out great though. I should have complained but I tipped accordingly instead and my nail tech balked at the tip.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have never had an issue. They girls are friendly and love to engage with the clients. Very clean and professional.On a side note, a previous review said they do not clean? Ummmm... define clean? They use their sterilizing liquid and never reuse dirty tools. Educate yourself please.

This place was very clean and nicely presented but they were rushing me and other clients way too much and because of that my nails came out awful. They’re extremely uneven, there are spots all over them from her bumping me and not fixing it, and I paid extra for rhinestones which they don’t even use the proper product for, they just used nail glue and trust me if nail glue actually held I wouldn’t be paying $35+ for acrylics. My stones fell off with me literally doing nothing, I don’t work and I’ve spent today watching movies in bed (I got them done yesterday) poor quality wouldn’t recommend. I also took my 11 year old sister to get her first set and they did split us up, the person takin care of hers cut her multiple times and drew blood and then blamed her for all of it, she’s a shy person when it comes to new people so it was hard for her to speak up for herself and without me being there next to her I did not hear of any of this until we left. I’m getting my cosmetology license in a couple of months and one thing we have been repetitively told is that customer service is huge and super important and they just simply did not do well here.

Young girl didnt even talk to me, i asked for color change, she did acrylic and new color, she said she had to. She was so busy watching, i assume the manager/owner She filed my nails too thin. I went there one other time and it was wonderful, now its dirty, trash can overflowing, she just kind of swept the dust from nails into her hand and just threw toward little trash can. I was very, very disappointed.

Tracy is by far the best in town for nails, feet and face. Ive been here my whole life and never found a better place yet!

Van did an excellent job on my nails that were previously screwed up from another salon. Diane did a wonderful job on my sisters nails as well that were also screwed up from the same pervious salon. This spot is very run down, old, and does not look clean. I came in for a pedicure and was told to pick a color and wait, so I did. 15 min later, a woman came in. 5 min later she was seated before I was for her own pedicure, even tho I had already been waiting 20 min. When I was seated I noticed the lady did not clean the pedicure tub after she had finished with someone elses pedicure, instead she just emptied the dirty water and refilled it with clean water, which is gross & unsanitary. 45 min later after arriving I left, and nobody said a word to me or asked me to reschedule. didnt get my pedicure & never coming here again :-)

The staff was friendly and got us in quickly but the quality of my pedicure was disappointing. My nail polish was done very messy and got all over the skin and cuticles on my toes. I asked a couple times for my technician to clean the polish off my skin, but it was still a mess after she tried, so I just gave up. I spent a few minutes after I got home just cleaning it up myself. The people were nice but overall, the pedicure was disappointing.

Usually when I come here to get my nails done Im always happy with the finished product. But this time Im not happy the nail tech didnt do what i asked a couple of nails are not even, they arent the thickness i asked . Not happy .

Walked in on a Tuesday around 10 didnt have to wait.. had a photo like I usually do.. she was a Spanish lady that did my nails and did them Perfecto!!

They did a great job, didnt try to upsell me, and didnt overcharge!

Tracy and some guy that works there with grey hair was very rude and didn’t do nails nice. They also made someone pay for something that wasn’t done right. They also yelled at there customers. They are lucky I didn’t break there heads open.

Ive been going for a couple of years now. Great service, beautiful nails every time. I get the SNS Nails which are a lighter, thinner gel. Usually Jimmy or Jackie do them. Very pretty results!

Worst experience I’ve ever had I took my mom to get her nails done I called in order to make sure that they had an opening they told me they did so I headed there when I got there it was busy. He started doing my nails he walked away for 15 mins and I had no idea where he had gone, nor did he apologize when he got back to me. He got on his phone and was talking to people the whole time I was getting my nails done. They have waves in them, and bubbles. I called to try and get this settled and the MANAGER. She decided to justify herself because it was “busy” but this is a buisness if you want people to continue to come to you, you do it right or don’t tell me to come in. She then decided to hang up on me when I told her that the 85 I paid wasn’t the same price as what a fill and full set was. I would NEVER go back. Don’t waste your money on these people, they don’t care about you.

I came in as a walk in with my best friend and they didnt sit us together so we had to yell across the room, so we were barely able to talk to each other.. fine, not that big od a deal... The lady Tracy who did my nails was very pushy and kept rushing me.. She was over confident of herself and kept talking about herself as though she was amazing amd knew what she was doing. Well, I told her from the beginning that my nail beds are super sensitive and to go easy with the drill cause i normally dont even have a drill used on my nails.. she said okay amd just kept drilling away and she kept cutting my fingers.. I was bleeding all over her equipment amd ahw kept going as if it was normal.. I said something about it ans she blamed it on the fact that I told her I have sensitive nail beds . It also worries me cause if she isnt cleaning those drills in between people, she can be giving people HEP C... So needless to say I will not be Back and I hope people read this before going here to avoid catching a disease or having their fingers put through torture... i only gave the extra start because my nails do look very cute, but my fingers feel like they are on fire and now I need to go get tested for diseases..

Terrible! Was asked if I wanted Deluxe Spa Pedicure you get a free manicure. Saw the price list Deluxe Pedicure was $35 so I said sure that sounds like a good deal. My manicure looks like I just dug through a pile of rocks, nails are uneven, jagged, didnt even clean my fingernails. I also did not get them painted. It was like she only did half the manicure. And the pedicure, first of all, absolutely no difference between regular Super Deluxe Pedicure and Deluxe Spa Pedicure. NONE! Except the Super is $45. $10 more for scented lotion? She didnt even do what was on the sign that is included in the Deluxe let alone whatever is supposed to happen for a Super Deluxe. I was already upset about the manicure and her not doing the complete pedicure services I thought I had requested. I get to the register and my crappy manicure and pedicure for what I thought was $35 turned into $50! Terrible terrible experience! No Im next door getting a REAL manicure. No tip for her and I will NEVER go back!
