Hole in the wall and simple place. They’re not very detail-oriented; dusty fixtures, fluorescent overhead lights, old pedicure chairs. Regular manicure didn’t even include moisturizer. Deluxe pedicure was mediocre at best. Three techs and just raced through the processes. Mai worked on my nails.Two stars because they’re following Covid restrictions. Had to wash my hands immediately and everyone is wearing masks. Would not recommend.

Theyre great the first few times, but then when you become a regular and make appointments, expect to wait 20-30 minutes while they finish up walk-ins and eat lunch, because of poor time management. I was treated like theyre doing just fine and my business is inconvenient to them, so Ill take my business elsewhere, thanks.

Made appointment this morning. Arrived and was seen on time. Great selection of colors in dip. Gel and regular polish. Technician did a great job on my long overdue mani-pedi.Wish the hand massage was a little better, but seems difficult under the clear barrier. Still left feeling super relaxed.

I love this place. First time I’ve been for a manicure and two years because I play the harp I need my nails really short. Going out of town and wanted to get a little more late it’s something I wouldn’t have to worry about while I’m on my trip. She did a wonderful job I will be coming back. My nail tech is Ruby.

I’ve been going to Mai Nails for 6 years now. I’ve been to many other nail salons in Cape Coral and they by far are the best. Super nice, clean, they always do a great job no matter who I’ve had so my nails there and there’s tons and tons of colors to choose from.

Hadn’t been here before and because of Covid-19 was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new! Was more than pleasantly surprised. So clean and definitely following social distancing protocol. Wide range of services, decent prices. Will certainly return again..side note, got gel pedicure over 2 weeks ago and still looks like I just got it done!

Although there is a pandemic they remain very clean. Masks on all the time and they make you wash your hands before working on you. The manicure was great.

Tange is FANTASTIC! I walked in with the worst feet- they needed a LOT of work! I left with brand new feet! She gave an incredible pedicure! I highly recommend her and the deluxe pedicure!!! Salon was clean, friendly, efficient and great work! Now I just wish I lived here so I could come all the time! I will be back when we come back in town! I highly recommend this location for locals and visitors alike!

They seemed very nice when they were speaking English. Im not sure if the people that run the nail places dont realize how rude it is to speak their native language when you dont have a clue what theyre talking about or if they just dont care. I also think their prices are a little high but I was pleased with the results.

This place is a joke ; me and my fiancé made an appointment for a pedicure and manis for our anniversary and we got their 10 mins early and we got seated paid $60 for two Pedis that lasted 15 mins, then they charged $17 for a mani that they didn’t even put clear polish on nor polished at all. All together we paid $77 for nothing didn’t get no massage didn’t get our feet scrubbed or nothing a waste of money. This place is ridiculous. And when we made our appointment we asked prices and told it would be $48 for everything so how it went from $48 to $77 idk smh

I really like this salon. Great customer service and friendly. Price is very affordable. The lady who did my nails took her time and was very contagious of her work. My nails and toes look very nice. Glad my friend recommended this salon.

Do not recommend. Have tried to go there a few times, since its so close to my house. But pedicures have been inconsistent and repeatedly gotten ingrown toenails everytime i go there, and now twice they have burned me when getting my eye brows done. This time she burned me and tore the skin then put hot wax on the same spot again, which by the way was on my eye lid going to the inside corner of my eye. Been getting my eye brows done for the last 20+ years and have never had this happen, and now its twice at this location . Will never go back. Wish i could post a picture of how swollen and bad it is.

Trang does an Awesome job on my nails! She can pretty much draw anything I want on my nails! I bring in a pic & she draws it or designs it!! My all time favorite nail tech!!!

Ive been a customer for approximately 8 years now. The best nail place in town! Ive referred many friends. Ive had to wait a time or two. But so what. They get busy. I would trade in a half hour wait to get a good set of nails anytime!

Their customer service is terrible. My daughter and myself went to have a full set and a mani-pedi. They werent able to accommodate us but were very rude about it. U come back later . Well no, We no come back later we found a new place.

I had my nails done by one of the owners and Im pissed. Theyre uneven and there are specs in them. The pink is way too pink and it looks trashy. Im so upset. $40 for pink and white gel! Ill never go back. I love Nail Art & Co. but they were booked so I went here. Ugh!

I have never seem racist people like i did here.. Made me wait while they catered to the white people.. I was trying some nail polish on n the owner snatch it saying is this yours? I did not waste my money there..

I am a hairdresser in town and could not believe how RUDE everyone wasMy nail tech never said hello,or looked at meand spoke to a young girl the whole time he did my nails. No one greeted me or made me feel welcome. Ive been in the business for a long time and this was unacceptable. Pity

I have been a loyal customer for years but will never go back. I made an appt and still had to wait 30 minutes. NO APOLOGY! Then, Cory, burned me three times!!! He laughed every time and said, you having a bad day. Again, no apology just laughs for him. I dont see what is so funny about burning a customer. I will NEVER go back!!!

I have been to other shops since I moved to Flordia in July. I have been going to this one now since September. Their prices are reasonably other 2 places were very expensive. At least 20 to 30 dollars more for same things. The workers are always very friendly. As long as I call them before I come over they make sure that I get done in a timely fashion.

First time customer. Came in the day before to make an appointment and make sure they could do the (simple) design I wanted as my normal place was booked. Confirmed that they could. Came in for my appointment and they didnt even start until half an hour after my appointment and my asking multiple times. They had a little boy start my water for me (5-6 years old) which I thought was weird. Then they told me they couldnt do my design after all! They also clean their pedi tubs with 409 and dont have plastic liners. I decided to leave instead of continuing with this horrible service.

I have been there a few times and I am not going to lie, I think they do great nails . But they have the worst customer service . The two owners are so rude. I do not feel welcomed at all and they never say hi or bye ... also they always up charge me . One time I was a walk in, and I sit there for 20 minutes and then she tells me sorry we cant do your nails we are too busy, after I waited for 20 minutes !!!!!!!

Difficult for me to schedule appointments due to my work schedule. I am always greeted with a smile, and wait time has been minimal if any. I receive compliments all the time and always recommend Mai Nails.

Arrived for a walking appointment which it states online they accept. They asked what I would like I informed them that I wanted a mani and pedi. She looked at her scheduled and asked if I had an appointment. I stated no. She looked at the Customer in front of her and then turn and informed me that they where too busy. They had a grand total of 5 people in there!!! Extremely rude!!!!!
