I was given a price of $22.00 to remove my gel polish with a basic manicure regular polish.I left paying $32.00 not what I was told the cost would be.The gel has not been fully removed as you can see in the image I provided.The cut/shaping is so bad it looks like a child did it. That was after the second attempt.I am an unhappy customer. I will never go here again!

Absolutely love this place. First nail salon I have been to that charged the price shown in the brochure. Also did a very thorough pedicure on my duaghter and my self and a great mani on my wife.

This business is very professional & clean. Brandon is amazing, he did my wedding day nails and I absolutely loved them, I got so many compliments and everyone asked where I went. He was so nice and conversed with me and my girls the whole time also not making it awkward or a long quiet visit. This had been my first time to this salon and I was beyond happy.

Courteous, professional service! Came as a walk-in customer with a friend for pedicures and we were able to be seated side-by-side straightaway. The pedicure stations were clean and all products used were of decent quality-commensurate with prices. A standard pedicure is very reasonably priced ($32). The pedicure chairs were delightful! Very nice massage settings. There are combination options for those looking to have both manicure/pedicure. A great variety of colors to choose from in all types of polish: gel, regular and cool acrylic options for special requests and designs.The reason for the four stars is that the gel/no-chip polish seems to be watered-down and I dont believe the manicure will last as long as a normal no-chip/schlack manicure. Will update rating should I be proven incorrect.Otherwise, this is a great, quick, inexpensive and convenient place for your nail needs!

Newish to the area, I have tried several nail salons starting closest to my home. Luminous is the 7th and last! No need to look any further. The technicians here are some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are clean, kind and deliver. Hannah is remarkable for pedis. She is gentle and thorough. Melissa for my nails is the best. Goes beyond what many salons do just to turn the chair around. Lucky me!

Both my husband and I have been going to Luminous Nail Studio since they opened. The facility is clean, modern and bright. It feels good just to be there. My husband and I both get pedicures and I get my nails done (fill or dip). Liz, Brandon and Lana are wonderful. The services are great and reasonably priced. We look forward to seeing them every other week! :)

I am sooooo glad I gave Luminous Nail Salon a try. I researched salons online and they got very good reviews. Liz did an amazing job on my nails which look so natural. I like gel dips and she knows what she is doing! Ann did an amazing job on my pedicure, took her time and is very meticulous. The salon is beautiful, professional, immaculately clean, offers reasonably priced services easy to get to with lots of parking. I need to search no more as I found my new nail salon!

First time coming here and last. The older guy in the back doing pedicures cut me with the drill while taking off my gel polish cause she did not have enough patience to soak my toes! He didn’t clean my TOES AT ALL To top it off he burnt me with the hot towel! The lady that also does pedicures took over and thankfully she did an awesome job!l and treated the burn he caused with aloe.. The three stars are thanks to HER!!! So I thank HER for HER awesome job but other than that I do not think I will ever be back here again.

The decor in the salon is fresh, clean, bright and brand new...super important to me. Liz was masterful not only with my nails but also my ingrown toenail! There is a nice, private room for waxing and another for brows..what more can you ask for. The employees were friendly and personable which led to an overall relaxing experience...I’ll be back, keep a pedicure chair ready for me at all times please!

The salon is beautiful, the massage chairs the highest tech, and Liz is amazing! Kevin does a great pedicure and Brandon is a pleasure to speak with and do your nails too. DisappointedHonestly if there was an option for 0 stars i would choose it. My nail is bright green, I got dip for $46 and the didn’t even last 2 weeks when most salons they will last 3-4. I went in to see if they could do anything but they said it was because my nail had got water under, the most they did for me was to tell me to put bleach on it, never apologized once. VERY disappointed:(

My eyebrows are uneven ever since I got them waxed at this location. Brandon did a good job on my nails and I paid him in advanced for both services and left a decent tip for both and I guess he didn’t communicate that with the lady who did my eyebrows because she chased me out the door as if I didn’t pay. I was embarrassed and will probably never visit this location again.

People here were friendly, severed you water, coffee or wine! They did a GREAT job on my and my daughters Pedies!!! Will be coming back here the next time Im in Cape Coral!!!
