Completely replaced screen for Surface Pro. Only took about 3 days despite Hurricane Elsa approaching the next day. Nice helpful customer service. Highly recommended! Oh and $100 cheaper than sending out to a service found online!

I cracked my screen on my Galaxy s10+, took it there at 11, had my phone fixed a little over and hour later. The service guy was nice, and I appreciate the work. He explained what he was going to do and quoted the price. I am happy to spend a couple hundred dollars versus 1200 for a new phone from AT&T. I would definitely recommend these guys and will go back if I ever need to.

I took my Pixel 3A cell phone here to have the screen replaced. I had dropped the phone and was uncertain that it could be fixed. After speaking with one of the representatives on the phone, I felt better that the phone could be repaired. When I took the phone in, I was told it would take about an hour and that is exactly what it took. The looked just like new. Good job.

I was referred to them by Samsung and told my phone repair would be about $250 ....high but given Samsunh recommendation I figured it would be worth it. The shop took one looked at it and said it would be closer to $350...ridiculous!

So right on there website it states that they repair Samsung! Well guess what thats a lie! I am on vacation and have water damage to my phone. The website sys they fix water damage. Nope they wont for Samsung. False advertising. They partner with them but cant repair them. Something is wrong with that picture. I wouldnt take your phone to them.

Wow! My clients were having a hard time understanding me over the phone. People said I sounded like I was underwater. Popped in and spoke to Marshal and told him the problem. I sent my xbox one to get my hard drive replaced it took a week to fix it like they said but for a 70% success rate they hit the nail right on the head and seems to be working like it used definitely going back if something else happens

Worse place ever they don’t honor their warranty. Got glass fixed 2 weeks ago and glass started cracking. The phone was not ever dropped and is in a otter box case. I understand people get their phones fixed then break them again. But this was poor workmanship or a factory defect in the glass and they didn’t want to fix it. They also told me when I got it fixed if it broke in a year the would fix it. This was not the case. Do not recommend!!!!

Was told the display went out, replaced it. Ended up being the logic board instead. Received my Mac with missing screws. I’m sure it’s a great place to fix simple things such as a broken iPhone screen but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to get your computer fixed.

This cell phone, computer, xbox, electronics repair retailer is top notch. Clean inviting store, friendly knowledgeable staff. Most cell phone repairs in 90 minutes if parts are in stock. One of my repairs that had a bad replacement part (no fault of theirs) was fixed at no charge, no questions asked. This review is written after my 2nd happy repair and experience.

I dropped my iPhone while eating and the speaker got clogged. I do not have insurance on my phone so I was looking at a $200.00 bill from Apple to have it fixed. I got a recommendation from a family member to try uBreakiFix. They replaced the speaker for $49.95 after trying to fix the speaker and my iPhone works perfectly. I had no problem with the actual store. The employees were nice, they got done quickly. But afterwards, I had noticed that the side of my phone, inside my case had a sort of strange light coming out. I didnt pay mind to it. Then I took the case off a few weeks later for the first time after I got it fixed and the screen is popping off. Mind you I havent dropped it or even scratched it since I got it fixed I dont know what happened but I was not pleased.

The tech named Andrew fixed my Galaxy S5 screen in about 45 minutes and had it ready for me to go back to work before my lunch break was up. I was very satisfied will the service and would recommend to anyone

Rude and unfriendly management. Was sold into a tempered glass screen when my iPhone 6 Plus broke, when I came to pick up my phone it was already installed after I said I didnt want it. Its put on crookedly, almost on the home button and front speakers. Phone dropped from hip to carpet and cracked worse then it did the first time with the original iPhone screen. They cant fix it of course because they obviously use cheap glass screens to repair it and Im obviously the temper glass they are using is not worth the quality they say it is. Home office is just as condescending as the store makers in Cape Coral. Stay away so you dont have to waste your money on these people twice, its apparently how they stay in business by using low quality materials for high prices to their customers.

They were full disclosure and did exactly what they said they would for the price agreed upon. Replaced a screen on my girlfriends Galaxy S6 and all the black paint came off the back glass during the process. They replaced the back glass at no charge. Really stand up guys over there.
