Was having issues with my computer and reached out to Scott who was able to hop on my computer remotely very quick and try to find the problem. He was able to run a test to see if my hard drive was failing which is was and then had a part overnighted so that he could have it fixed the next day. My computer is running better than ever thanks to Scott.
