I have an antiquated DELL PC that had numerous issues that affected my ability to enjoy the use of the machine. I was also unable to send emails due to a problem that I created but was unable to fix. I opted for an at-home repair and was visited by Alex. He resolved all of my issues and also modified my laptop to allow ease of use and synchronicity with my PC and iPhone. CCS helped me out a few years ago when I had problems with my laptop, so I didnt hesitate going back when I was in the market for a new one.Alex was familiar with my HP Z Book and recommended upgrading to a solid state hard drive along with increased RAM and a clean install Windows 10 on my existing computer.I took his advice and the upgrades turned this machine into a rocket!Matt was great keeping me informed as they had the laptop for a couple of days just to transfer all the data. (Im a data hoarder...🥴)It boots in less than 30 seconds and doesnt bog down when running multiple graphics programs simultaneously like Creative Suite and Photoshop.The performance is amazing and I likely saved well over a grand compared to a new machine.You can definitely trust these folks to do the right thing for you.

A great experience. It is never fun to have a computer need help. Alex was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and explanation of my laptops problem. He gave me periodic updates on status of the order for the needed part and within hours of its arrival, I had my laptop back in excellent shape. I dropped off my sons computer at Creative Computer Solutions in Cape Coral because it shut down intermittently. They tested it for 2 days and could not replicate the problem.But the owner did not give up and took it home to test it more; he was able to replicate the problem - a faulty motherboard. I picked up the computer and he recommended to order a new motherboard from a discount supplier, which would be cheaper for my son. They would install it at a very reasonable price. At home we found out that we had one year warranty left on the motherboard and we am now trying to get a free replacement from the manufacturer.I was impressed by their courtesy, knowledge and assistance to keep the repair cost down. You do not see this too often in service businesses.
