I had Samantha T do my service and wow she is amazing. I usually don’t leave reviews but she truly deserves it. She treated me with such kindness, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable getting my service done. She did eyebrows and tinting the first time, loved it. I now go back each month to get my eyebrows and tinting done. Went back again for a Brazilian because she made me feel comfortable after just one session. Thank you Samantha ! Will recommend her always.

This was my first time here but it will certainly not be my last! The place was so clean and has a very welcoming staff. I was greeted right away and was in and out within 20 minutes. Alexis did my brows and she was not only professional but made me feel comfortable and at ease. They also give you 20% if your a new customer which was very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new brow place !

Its very hard to find someone Im comfortable with while waxing. I think its important the person have a great personality, not body shame, and go out of their way to make the client feel comfortable. I had found that person here at Waxing The City in Canton. Although the rest of the staff could use some work. Especially the lady that runs it. Does she ever smile? However I went to make an appointment with my favorite waxer today, to find out she is no longer there. Now I cant go back to this place and my search is starting over. I wish they would just tell me where she went, but instead of making the client happy they want me to just book an appointment with someone else. Not happening. They lost a great worker. I think she could have helped build that company into something better.

I just moved to Michigan from Pennsylvania and was so happy to find Waxing the City near me. Kayla was so sweet and accommodating by squeezing me into a busy schedule. She was also very knowledgeable of what products to recommend to my specific needs. Jess my esthetician was absolutely amazing! She made a not so pleasant experience not as painful. She seriously was the best! I had a much better experience here than I did back in Pennsylvania. I will be back again and taking advantage of the membership they offer.

I have never liked the way anyone has ever done my eyes brows. I am very blonde and they just were never even. But Kayla changed my mind! She really does care about her customers and makes you comfortable. Only person I will use for my eyebrows. Thank you so much Kayla!!!! They also have really nice products that you can buy at affordable prices.....

My waxer, Kayla, who also works the front desk, is awesome! She’s super accommodating and makes you feel very comfortable for any service. I’ve been seeing her for years & this is definitely my favorite establishment i’ve visited for waxing! Super clean, quick & great product selection.

I had my first ever brazilian at Waxing the City with Jess and it was amazing. I was nervous as soon as I walked in the building but the woman that checked me in started to ease my worry right away. When I got in with Jess I told her about my concerns and she made me feel so comfortable about the entire process. During the waxing she educated me on after care and was just so knowledgable. By the end of the wax I knew that wouldnt be my last time there. I would recommend Waxing The City and Jess to everyone!

This was my second time getting a wax in my life lol.. This was my first time at Wax City and Nikki was amazing :-) . She is very professional, educational, made me comfortable and this whole experience was wonderful. I was nervous going in, but omg this time when she did it, it did not hurt like my very first time. It helped that she made me feel real relaxed and she is personable which kept my mind off getting the wax. Front desk staff is very nice and professional as well. So I had been contemplating on doing a full Brazilian wax for a while now, but I was also in need of my eyebrows to be waxed. I passed by Waxing the City and looked up their services and reviews. From the booking online, to when I first walked through the door, to the time I exited the building, this place needless to say exceeded my expectations! Nikki was so understanding and so knowledgeable! She made feel so comfortable to the point I had no fear! The staff is amazing, the establishment is clean, the products are amazing, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is my new spot! It’s close to my home, they have great offers and all the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I LOVE they do not heavily push anyone to purchase products. I’ve gone twice so far, each time with Nikki who is very fast and personable!

My experience getting a Brazilian wax was nothing less than perfect. Before even stepping foot in the facility, I was convinced it would be a professional environment because Janice called me the day before as a friendly reminder. Janice really set the ambiance at the front desk with her willingness to assist and inviting demeanor. I was only in town visiting family, but desperately needed my eyebrows done. Thankfully I saw them online and decided to call. Janice answered and was gracious enough to let me come in immediately AND gave me directions from my location since I’m not familiar with the area. Upon arriving, Catherine met me in the lobby and escorted me to the back where we talked while I got my eyebrows done. Overall, my experience here was amazing. Both representatives were polite and professional. I received the best eyebrow and lip wax from a quality place. I recommend and will most definitely come back next time I’m in town !!

This was my very first waxing experience and it couldnt have gone better! The facility is clean and inviting, the front desk employee was very warm and friendly, and my cerologist Catherine was wonderful! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, she was kind and made good conversation during the session which helped both calm my nerves and make the wax go by quickly and easily. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had, as well as advise me on proper care for after/in between sessions and products I could use to help. It was an excellent experience overall and I will definitely continue to go back!

Exceptionally clean facility. The ladies Waxed perfectly arched brows on my 2 daughters while safely following all Covid procedures. This is our new go to for waxing. Plus the owner is beyond sweet and professional.

I see Nikki at the Canton location and she is amazing. I get my Brazilian, eye brows, and under arms done by her. I have been going to her the last two years and made sure to follow her to Waxing The City when they opened. Super clean facility, nice owner, and everyone makes you feel as comfortable as possible.

This was my first time visiting Waxing The City and my experience was wonderful. I remember thinking what a clean studio when I walked in the door. I wore a mask as did the studio manager who greeted me. I had to complete a waiver and was asked if I had any questions.Catherine, my masked cerologist, escorted me to the room, which was very clean and sterile. She took her time and asked if I had any questions. She made me feel very comfortable.Although its nearly a 30 minute drive, I have found my new waxing studio. Kudos to the manager and staff!!

I’ve been going to Nikki for my waxing needs for over a year now. I absolutely LOVE her! She’s amazing at what she does. She’s professional, kind, and knows what she’s doing!
