My experience at New Face New Body has been absolutely amazing so far. I have been interested in laser hair removal for my face for a while now, but because of the cost have been putting it off. I finally decided to give it a go when I found a less expensive option at a different location. Unfortunately, I did not see any reduction in hair growth after six full treatments (which is what I was told I needed) at the other place. Every appointment lasted no longer than 5 minutes, I was told to shave before each appointment, and left many times with visible hair still on my face. After completing my package there and seeing no changes at all, I decided to bite the bullet and pay for the more expensive treatment at New Face New Body, because I knew I’d get the results I was after. My very first appointment was amazing. They took the time to ask me about my problem areas, numb my face with ice before and during the laser removal, and really took their time to thoroughly go over each area. They also told me not to shave between appointments, unlike the other place, so they can see exactly where the hair growth is. The whole process was completely different from what I had experienced before, you can tell these ladies really care about their customers and our appearances. I cannot wait to finish my treatments and see my results from the laser hair removal!

I was afraid to go for laser treatment as I heard from my friends that it doesn’t work well, hair will grow more after treatment will be done and all that but I thought to give a shot, and guess what it was the best decision i have ever made. All customers are required to fill out a form indicating their recent travel, illnesses, etc.4. Customers are obviously required to wear masks, but they are also provided with gloves that are sanitized inside and out to avoid cross contamination.5. Customers are asked to wait in their vehicles to avoid crowding in the waiting area or close contact in hallways.It is so obvious that Beth, Fatima and the whole New Face, New Body team care deeply about their customers safety AND satisfaction with their services even when it requires a great deal more work on their part. You’d really be making a mistake if you passed this place up!I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. It is obvious from day one that customer service is their absolute number one priority. They want their customers happy and relaxed at all times, even if it comes at an expense to them. If you’ve never been and you’re thinking of trying them out (which you absolutely 100% should!) a few things to know:1. They don’t do appointments, which sounds odd at first but actually works out WAY better because you can just drop in whenever you want. I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen there.2. Their prices literally cannot be beat. $45 for a Brazilian wax is unheard of.3. When they say the laser hair removal doesn’t hurt, they mean it. At most it feels a little hot, but it’s not painful. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.4. Their “No More Bumps” solution is awesome and has so many uses besides avoiding ingrown hairs (treating enlarged pores, lessening scarring, etc.) Just ask Beth. She may even change the recipe up a little for your batch depending on your skin goals.5. Everyone who works there is insanely kind. They make what can be an awkward or uncomfortable experience feel like you’re just visiting with a friend.Anyway, if you’re looking for a new salon that goes above and beyond every time you’re there, this is the place for you. I wish i had started when I was younger because laser does not work on white hair. No problem though I buy a wax package for those strays. The cool fat removal on my inner thighs was perfect to eliminate chafing when wearing dresses during long walks in the summer. Its been a long journey of 12 years for me to finally find a place to help me take care of my skin. I had really bad acne and scarring on my face due to facial hair growth. I have been to other laser and waxing places and I have never had the success and speed that I have had here at New Face New Body with laser hair removal. I love Beth and Fatemah. Their laser and waxing skills is painless. I found put it is a family business and every one in the family is wonderful. The front door is doing a great job at keeping every one safe. Their is a health screening before entering to protect us from COVID-19. I feel like I made new friends and family. Sometimes they are so busy but it is worth the wait and they give you the time that you need.

I have known Beth for eight years and she is such a lovely lady. I feel real comfortable at the spa. I always recommend her to my family and friends. I travel two hours to see her and her daughter for services.Even with COVID-19, I feel real comfortable and they are taking all the extra necessary precautions to make sure that we are safe and healthy.
