What can I say about Russell clock shop. This man is outstanding took a clock in to be fixed now we have over 10 clocks from him. It’s not the clocks that we buy but the heart this man has for clocks. We have had some problems but with a smile we have over came them. My problems, not his. Went down to Walnut Creek to a clock repair person. they just did not care. Again Russell is an super caring person. He has a friend to help deliver the clocks Denny what a gentleman. Cannot write enough great things about this man. He knows his business and clocks

I have known Russ for over 30 years. He has a great industrial background and a very mechanical mind. I have not found anyone with more knowledge of mechanical clocks than Russ. His shop is also like a museum. Lots of interesting things to see!

Do not call this guy! I was scheduled for today 11/16/2013 at 12:45 p.m. He left a message for us saying he could not find our address guess he never heard of gps or map-quest. Did not call back to see if he could get a hold of us so it was a no show and now have to call someone else. Turned out he ended up calling after leaving our house the first time he is an elderly gentlemen and just did knock loud enough at our door.
