1 hour wait time to talk with someone. I was polite and they became argumentative and told me that my issue was Only reported once 3 weeks ago. I called 6 times and talked with someone 3 times and this process started 6 weeks ago. From what I have read in the reviews, I am not the only one with these issues. I guess when your the only game in town you can do these types of things.

In the past year and a half service cost has gone up 29.5%, approximately $5 every 6 months. A year and a half ago the cost went up $12 a quarter. I would shop around before going with this company.
