They drive up the driveway every Tuesday to pick up the weekly household trash. Been using them for the last couple years and they’ve been great. Keep up the good work.

I have used this business since 1994. Always on time and reasonable pricing. Locally owned small business. Forget about WM and give them a try.

Have used Hickory Sanitation for years and love them! Excellent customer service! All trash has to be bagged, no commercial lift to put it on and dump is why. Not an ossue for us, you just need to make sure theres no loose trash in the can from others that visit your home.

This happens more often than not, where we have to pick trash off the ground.. This morning was the last straw.... This is clearly intentional, if not then careless on a consistent basis...

Ordered service over a month ago. Haven’t picked up my trash but once. Haven’t gotten a trash cans and just get lied to over and over again. Please take my word you’re better off without them.

Service seems to be going downhill. Its trash day and its after 1pm and they still havent shown up, this isnt the first time weve been forgotten. Neighbor was supposed to get a can for thir curb months ago.

We were looking for a new reasonably priced trash pickup so I called Hickory. Called three times and did not get anybody on the phone. Finally on the fourth call I get a nice lady. I explain how many times I have called and she apologizes and explains she is the only one who answers the phone and has been sick. I say okay and sign up anyway. I should have trusted my gut. She tells me when I sign up that there was a death in the family and it would be the following week before I got a trash can. I said understandable. This was on a Tuesday. The following Monday I call and told her I just wanted to check in and make sure we were on the schedule. She said yes. And told me the story again. I say okay looking forward to it. Another week goes by and still no trash can. We are at 2 and 1/2 weeks at this point. I called and cancelled the service. Open my mail on Friday and they sent me a bill!!!!!! I have called three times today and cant get anybody to answer phone...again. Just awful. Why have a phone if youre not going to answer!!!

What great people! $20 a month for 9 bags and they come down our long driveway. Super nice!

Unprofessional customer service. Called 3 times yesterday between 8 and noon to set up service. First time they didnt answer. Second time, they didnt answer, but I left a message. Third time, the lady answered. I asked if they served our new address. She said she would call back to tell me. Never called back. I called again today to find out pick up was this morning. They lady could do nothing except ask if next week would be okay. And they apparently went up in price within the 4 weeks since we left our old house. They lost business.

These people are exceptionally nice. Very competent. Would highly recommend

Honestly this service is terrible . It took me days, no weeks, to get an actual person on the phone to set up service . Then, after being told to put the old broken bin out on the street to be replaced, they never brought a new bin .In the two months of using this service they picked up my trash three times . So out of 8 pickup days they only showed up 3 times . That’s less than 50%. On top of all of this, when it was time to pay my bill, nobody answered the phone or called me back. I called everyday for a week, leaving multiple messages, to literally give them money and got no response at all. The one time I did get someone on the phone she was short, rude, and not helpful in anyway, she honestly seemed annoyed to have to talk to me . I would rather drive my own trash to a dump than ever have to deal with these people again . I’d give zero stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional and just plain rude . Use Santek if you live in this area.

I would give zero stars if I couldI never heard of this company and they keep sending me bills when I have had Waste Management for years. I tried to be nice and left a VM..after yet another bill finally got a hold of a woman that said she would cancel the bill. Month later got another bill so I left a very clear VM msg stating I am very happy with Waste Management and to quit billing me. I said a lot of expletives on the VM msg thinking they would get my point only to receive another bill yet a month later. Turned them into the BBB like I informed them I would if they didnt stop harassing me. This company is a Joke.
